Analipseos (Greek: Αναλήψεως, literally Ascension) is an under-construction metro station serving Thessaloniki Metro's Line 1 and Line 2. It is expected to enter service in 2023. This station also appears in the 1988 Thessaloniki Metro proposal.

The Folk Life and Ethnological Museum of Macedonia and Thrace is located in Thessaloniki, Central Macedonia, Greece. It was founded in 1973 by the Macedonian Educational Association and is housed in the building known as Old Government House or Villa Modiano, which was built in 1906 by the architect Eli Modiano, on a 5 hectare plot of land by the sea, for the banker Jacob Modiano. The museum is on four levels, with a semi-basement, two floors, and an attic. Architecturally it is an eclectic structure strongly influenced by Art Nouveau. Particularly impressive is the double loggia with a view of the sea. The museum collects, researches, and studies the remnants of traditional culture in Macedonia and Thrace and presents them to the public in temporary exhibitions. The museum's collections consist of some 15,000 objects (woven textiles, embroidery, local costumes, tools, weapons, domestic articles, musical instruments and woodcarving, woodworking and metalworking equipment). It also has a specialized library, a photographic archive, a record library and a sound library.

The Yeni Mosque (Greek: Γενί Τζαμί, from Turkish: Yeni Cami, "New Mosque") is a historical mosque in Thessaloniki, Greece. It was built by Italian architect Vitaliano Poselli in 1902 for the city's Dönmeh community, crypto-Jewish converts to Islam. However, when the Donmeh left the city during the population exchange between Greece and Turkey, it was used to house the Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki in 1925. Today it serves as an exhibition center.And is open to the city's Muslim population for prayers during Eid Al fitr.

Ippokrateio General Hospital of Thessaloniki (Greek: Ιπποκράτειο Γενικο Νοσοκομείο Θεσσαλονίκης) is a public hospital in Thessaloniki, Greece. The main building was constructed in 1908 as "Hirsch Hospital" funded by Maurice de Hirsch (architect Pietro Arrigoni). During the Axis occupation of Greece it was used by the German army. It was renamed after World War II. Today it is part of the National Health System and is the largest hospital in Thessaloniki.

The Cultural Center of the National Bank of Greece in Thessaloniki (Πολιτιστικό Κέντρο του Μ.Ι.Ε.Τ. στη Θεσσαλονίκη) is a museum in Thessaloniki, Central Macedonia, Greece. It belongs to the National Bank of Greece Cultural Foundation.

Efklidi (Greek: Ευκλείδη) is an under-construction metro station serving Thessaloniki Metro's Line 1 and Line 2. The station is named after the ancient Greek mathematician Euclid and the neighboring homonymous technical school (Katsimidi and Papanastasiou streets). It is expected to enter service in 2023.This station also appears in the 1988 Thessaloniki Metro proposal, under the name Archaeological Museum.

25 Martiou (Greek: 25ης Μαρτίου, literally 25th of March) is an under-construction metro station serving Thessaloniki Metro's Line 1 and Line 2. The station takes its name from a nearby major road, which commemorates the traditional date of the start of the Greek War of Independence in 1821. It is expected to enter service in 2023.Travelling on Line 1 or Line 2 from N. Sid. Stathmos, 25 Martiou is the last station at which the two lines share tunnels. From here eastwards, Line 1 continues to Nea Elvetia (and Pylaia depot) and Line 2 to Mikra. This station also appears in the 1988 Thessaloniki Metro proposal. In older iterations of the Thessaloniki Metro Lines Development Plan, the station is listed as Patrikiou, named after Minas Patrikios (el), a lawyer who in 1925 became the first elected Mayor of Thessaloniki. In the 1988 proposal, Patrikiou and 25 Martiou are separate stations.

The Makedonia Palace (Greek: Μακεδονία Παλλάς) is a 5-star hotel located in Downtown Thessaloniki, Greece. The hotel is located on Megalou Alexandrou Avenue, by Thessaloniki's eastern urban waterfront. The Makedonia Palace opened in 1972, It has 284 rooms and suites. Located on Thessaloniki's waterfront, it has views to the Thermaic Gulf. It is located a short distance from the city centre, the White Tower of Thessaloniki and the Thessaloniki International Exhibition Centre, where the Thessaloniki International Fair is held every year. Makedonia Palace is about 15 km away from Macedonia International Airport. The hotel is a major venue for both domestic and international congresses and conferences. Every September, during the annual opening ceremony of the Thessaloniki International Fair, the Prime Minister of Greece stays at Makedonia Palace along with most of the Cabinet. The hotel has also hosted many Greek and international celebrities, including Russian president Vladimir Putin,XIKI,Chuck Norris, Faye Dunaway, Colin Farrell and Catherine Deneuve, during their stay in the city. The hotel is owned by the IKA (Greece's social security fund), and was managed by The Daskalantonakis Group. In 2014, Belterra Investments, owned by Ivan Savvidis, leased the hotel through a 30-year contract, at a €1.7 million annual rent.

Villa Mordoch (Greek: Βίλα Μορντόχ) is the name of a historic villa of Thessaloniki, Greece on Vasilissis Olgas Avenue. It was property of the wealthy Salonica Jewish Mordoch family of the city. It was completed in 1905, designed by architect Xenophon Paionidis. Today it houses public services of the Municipality of Thessaloniki.

The Municipal Art Gallery of the Municipality of Thessaloniki in Central Macedonia, Greece was founded in 1966 as an offshoot of the Municipal Library. Since 1986 it has been housed in the Villa Mordoch on Vassilissis Olgas Avenue, a mansion designed by the architect Xenophon Paionidis in the eclectic style in 1905 and owned by the Municipality of Thessaloniki. Since 2013 it is housed in Villa Bianca, also on Vassilissis Olgas Avenue. It also uses the Makridis Room near the Posidonio sports centre on the sea front and the old Archaeological Museum (Yeni Cami) as permanent exhibition spaces. The gallery has more than 1,000 works in its collection, and these are divided into the Thessalonian Artists Collection (3 generations: 1898–1922, 1923–40, 1941–67), the Modern Greek Engraving Collection, the Collection of Byzantine and Postbyzantine Icons, which covers a period of six centuries, the Modern Greek Art Collection, and the Sculpture Collection. The gallery organises regular (mainly retrospective) exhibitions of Greek artists, produces numerous publications, has a specialised library-cum-reading-room, and offers guided tours for the public (booked in advance). Since 1986 it has held 55 exhibitions of Greek and foreign artists. One of its aims is to jointly organise exhibitions with major visual arts institutions in Greece and abroad. Thus it has presented such artists as Max Ernst and Nikos Engonopoulos (in 1997), Theofilos Hatzimichail (in 1998), and, for the first time in Greece, the works of Nikolaos Gyzis owned by his family (in late 1999). The latter include drawings and oil paintings from Gyzis’’s travels in Greece, Asia Minor, and Germany, family portraits and scenes, allegorical subjects, genre paintings, and still lives. The immediate aims of the Municipal Gallery include converting the second and third floors of the Villa Bianca into permanent exhibition spaces for works by Thessalonian artists and its collection of Byzantine icons.

Papafi (Greek: Παπάφη) is an under-construction metro station serving Thessaloniki Metro's Line 1 and Line 2. The station is named after the Ioannis Papafis, a Thessaloniki-born merchant, entrepreneur, and national benefactor of Greece. The station is built within the grounds of the Papafio Orphanage, a male-only orphanage financed by Papafis and operated by the Metropolis of Thessaloniki. Construction of this station has been held back by conflicts between the Metropolis and Attiko Metro, the company overseeing its construction. The Metropolis challenged the company's right to the compulsory purchase of 907 square metres (9,760 sq ft) of the orphanage's garden grounds, resulting in a legal battle which reached Greece's Council of State. It is expected to enter service in 2023.This station also appears in the 1988 Thessaloniki Metro proposal. In earlier iterations of the Thessaloniki Metro Development Plan, Papafi station is shown as a starting point for an extension of Line 1 to Nea Elvetia through Toumba, but this has been abandoned as of 2018.

The French School of Thessaloniki (FST, French: École Française de Thessalonique EFTH, Greek: Γαλλικό Σχολείο Θεσσαλονίκης) is a French international school in Thessaloniki, Greece. It was established in 1906 and has integrated the Mission laïque française (Mlf) in 1906. It serves levels maternelle (preschool) through terminale, the final year of lycée (senior high school). It serves levels maternelle (preschool) through troisième, the final year of collège (junior high school). and it allows French, English and Modern Greek languages learning from preschool for all children. As of 2017 the school has about 125 students range from 2 to 18 years.
