Moreland is an area and electoral ward in the City of Gloucester, Gloucestershire, England. The area is commonly known locally as Linden: the electoral ward is named after the Moreland match factory which closed in 1976. The population of the Gloucester ward was 10,253 at the 2011 Census.

Brunswick Square is a 1.5-acre (0.61 ha) privately owned public garden with residential streets along three of its sides, in the English city of Gloucester. It is overlooked by the Christ Church to the east on Brunswick Road. The square is surrounded by terraced houses and flats with the Gloucester National Spiritualist Church on the north side and Gloucester House on the south side. There are nine grade listed buildings around the square. The square has been part of the Eastgate and St Michaels conservation area since 1968.

12–18 Brunswick Square is a set of seven 19th-century terraced houses on the west side of Brunswick Square in the English city of Gloucester. The buildings were completed in 1825 as part of the development of Brunswick Square led by Thomas Reece. In the 1930s Princess Mary visited the YMCA at 18 Brunswick Square. It has since been converted into offices and flats, and has been a Grade II listed building since 21 January 1952.

Barton and Tredworth is an area of Gloucester, England that lies just outside the Eastgate of the city and has a population of 10,953 at the 2011 Census. Up to 45 different communities live in the area and as many as 70 languages are spoken here.Barton and Tredworth is currently involved in a project to record the memories of the people living in the area both past and present.Barton is one of the few places in England still to elect a Mock Mayor. Norfolk Buildings is a terrace of grade II listed houses at 73-91 Bristol Road, Gloucester, on the east side between Theresa Street and Alma Place. The buildings were begun in 1836 to a design by the architect Thomas Fulljames in the Greek Revival style for the reverend Samuel Lysons of nearby Hempsted Court. It was originally known as Theresa Place. In 1829 they were described by the local writer George Worrall Counsel as "a very handsome row of elegant houses". The north end of the terrace was the Norfolk House Hotel but is now The Linden Tree pub under the management of Wadworth Brewery. To the rear of the buildings is Alma Terrace. Lysons also developed houses from 1854 in Theresa Street, originally known as Clarence Town, and Alma Place. Lysons Avenue is a short distance to the south.
