Junk Bay

The Cross Bay Link (Chinese: 將軍澳跨灣連接路) is a 1.8 km (1.1 mi) dual two-lane carriageway connecting the Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate and LOHAS Park areas in Tseung Kwan O New Town, New Territories, Hong Kong with Tseung Kwan O-Lam Tin Tunnel. The mainstay of the link is the 1.0 km (0.62 mi) Tseung Kwan O Cross Bay Bridge (Chinese: 將軍澳跨灣大橋), a marine viaduct spanning Junk Bay incorporating a 200 m (660 ft) double-arch steel bridge. It is the first marine crossing in Hong Kong that combines the functions of carriageway, footway and cycle track in one bridge. The rest of the link is the bridge's at-grade approach named Wan O Road (Chinese: 環澳路) south of LOHAS Park.

LOHAS Park (Chinese: 康城; Cantonese Yale: Hōngsìng) is an MTR station on the Tseung Kwan O line of the MTR system in Hong Kong. It opened on 26 July 2009.

Jockey Club HKFA Football Training Centre (Abbreviated as FTC, Chinese: 賽馬會香港足球總會足球訓練中心) is a football training centre in Tseung Kwan O, New Territories, Hong Kong which was completed in September 2018.

LOHAS Park (Chinese: 日出康城) is a Hong Kong seaside private residential development of the MTR Corporation. Overlooking Junk Bay, it is located in Tseung Kwan O Area 86, New Territories.

Fat Tong Chau (Chinese: 佛堂洲; lit. 'Buddhist Hall Island'), also known as Junk Island in English, and formerly called Fat Tau Chau (佛頭洲; 'Buddhist Head Island') or Fu Tau Chau (斧頭洲; 'Axe Head Island'), is a former island of Hong Kong. It is now part of Tseung Kwan O (also called Junk Bay) and Clear Water Bay Peninsula, Sai Kung as a result of land reclamation. It is located in the southeastern part of Junk Bay.

Tseung Kwan O Chinese Permanent Cemetery (Chinese: 將軍澳華人永遠墳場), also referred to as Junk Bay Chinese Permanent Cemetery is a cemetery in Tiu Keng Leng (Rennie's Mill), Hong Kong. It is managed by The Board of Management of the Chinese Permanent Cemeteries (華人永遠墳場管理委員會). The term 'Permanent' refers to the cemetery site, not the graves.

Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate (Chinese: 將軍澳工業邨, branded as 將軍澳工業園) is located in the southeast of the Tseung Kwan O New Town, Sai Kung District in Hong Kong.

Evangel College is a co-educational school in Hong Kong, located at 7 Chi Shin Street, Tseung Kwan O, New Territories. Founded in 2006, the school's mission is to "Proclaim the Truth, Nurture our Youth". The school commenced operation in the Direct Subsidy Scheme since its foundation. It uses English as the medium of instruction.

The offices of Apple Daily, once the largest pro-democracy newspaper in Hong Kong, and its parent company, Next Digital, were raided and executives arrested by the Hong Kong Police Force on 10 August 2020 and again on 17 June 2021. Some of the arrested and three companies of Next Digital were charged under the Hong Kong national security law. The 26-year-old newspaper was forced to close in June 2021 following the raids and freezing of its capital.

The Chinese name 清水灣半島 should not be confused with Oscar by the Sea, a private housing estate in Tseung Kwan O.Clear Water Bay Peninsula (Chinese: 清水灣半島), is a peninsula in Sai Kung District, Hong Kong. The peninsula separates Junk Bay from Port Shelter.

Caritas Bianchi College of Careers (CBCC) was established in 1971 and has been providing post-secondary education since then. At present, it mainly offers sub-degree programmes in three general disciplines: business and hospitality management, design and health sciences. It is located at Tiu Keng Leng, Tseung Kwan O, near Tiu Keng Leng station.

Caritas Institute of Higher Education (formerly known as Caritas Francis Hsu College) is a post-secondary college in Hong Kong established by Caritas Hong Kong, with campuses located at Tseung Kwan O, New Territories. The institute is able to award bachelor's degree or below. It was initially named after Francis Hsu, the Bishop of Hong Kong between 1969 and 1973. Until May 2011, the college was granted the degree-conferring status and it was renamed as Caritas Institute of Higher Education as an institution for its academic awards up to bachelor's degree level. The institute is currently offering bachelor's degree (honours) in business administration, social science, language and liberal studies, translation technology, education, entrepreneurial management, health sciences, nursing, science and social work; higher diploma programmes in business, computing, social sciences, language, design, health sciences, education and music disciplines and diploma in general studies. In the future, the institute would offer more bachelor's degree programmes in various disciplines. "Towards a Catholic University" is the recent motto of the institute.
