The Chesters' Subdivision Conservation Area, also referred to as the Chesters' Subdivision Heritage Area, is a historical heritage area in Subiaco, Perth, named after James Chesters, an investor and property developer who developed the area. It contains many suburban houses from the Federation period of architecture.

Kings Park, (Noongar: Kaarta Gar-up) is a 399.9-hectare (988-acre) park overlooking Perth Water and the central business district of Perth, Western Australia. The park is a mixture of grassed parkland, botanical gardens and natural bushland on Mount Eliza with two-thirds of the grounds conserved as native bushland. Offering panoramic views of the Swan River and Darling Range, it is home to over 324 native plant varieties, 215 known indigenous fungi species and 80 bird species. It is the most popular visitor destination in Western Australia, being visited by over five million people each year.Besides tourist facilities, Kings Park contains the State War Memorial, the Royal Kings Park Tennis club and a reservoir. The streets are tree lined with individual plaques dedicated by family members to Western Australian service men and women who died in World War I and World War II. The park is also rich in flora (both native and introduced) and during September of each year Kings Park hosts Australia's largest wildflower show and exhibition – the Kings Park Festival.The park is an unincorporated area outside all local government areas; it is administered by the Botanic Gardens and Parks Authority, which is a state government authority.

Subiaco (known colloquially as Subi) is an inner-western suburb of Perth, the capital of Western Australia. It is approximately 3 km (1.9 mi) west of Perth's central business district, in the City of Subiaco local government area. Historically a working-class suburb containing a mixture of industrial and commercial land uses, since the 1990s the area has been one of Australia's most celebrated urban redevelopment projects. It remains a predominantly low-rise, urban village neighbourhood centred around Subiaco train station and Rokeby Road. The suburb has three schools: Subiaco Primary School, Perth Modern School, which is the state's only fully academically selective public school, and Bob Hawke College. Landmarks in Subiaco include Subiaco Oval, which formerly was the largest stadium in Western Australia, King Edward Memorial Hospital for Women, and Subiaco railway station.

The City of Subiaco is a local government area in Western Australia. It covers an area of approximately 7 km² in inner western metropolitan Perth and lies about 3 km west of the Perth CBD. The City includes the historically working-class suburb of Subiaco centred around Rokeby Road. Since the 1990s the area has been extensively redeveloped and gentrified.

The Hole in the Wall Theatre was a small theatre in the Perth suburb of Leederville, Western Australia, operating from 1968 to 1984. In 1984 it was relocated to a civic auditorium in Subiaco which, as of 2020, is known as the Subiaco Arts Centre, a heritage-listed building, managed by the Perth Theatre Trust.

The Subiaco Hotel is a historic hotel in Subiaco, Western Australia. It is located at 455–465 Hay Street, at the corner of Rokeby Road, and dates back to the state's gold rushes era of the 1890s.

Nova 93.7 (call sign: 6PER) is a commercial radio station in Perth, Western Australia. Jointly owned by NOVA Entertainment and Australian Radio Network, it was established in the Perth market on 5 December 2002. Nova 93.7 was launched at 3pm by the Red Hot Chili Peppers and by current drive presenter Tim Blackwell, with "Can't Stop" the first song being aired. Nova 93.7 is only the second commercial FM radio station in Perth to not have previously been an AM station. The first was ARN's 96fm.

Royal King's Park Tennis Club, founded in 1899, is located in Kings Park, Western Australia. It was originally called the Mount Tennis Club and included two asphalt courts. Later, lawn tennis, bowls and croquet facilities were added. The members' pavilion was built in 1926 and the McGibbon stand built in 1935. A new building opened in 2007 and includes social facilities as well as a gymnasium, squash courts and swimming pools. The club has seen numerous Davis Cup ties played there, most recently in 2004 when the Australian team of Lleyton Hewitt, Wayne Arthurs and Todd Woodbridge played Morocco in a world group qualifying match. The 1971 Federation Cup was held there. In November 2011 it was announced the club was in contention for a Switzerland-Australia Davis Cup tie.Currently, the club features 22 grass courts, 2 synthetic and 6 hard courts. It is operated by Next Generation Australia, a health and fitness company.

The Regal Theatre is a fine Art Deco theatre located in the suburb of Subiaco in Perth, Western Australia. It was built in 1937, and the official opening was on 27 April 1938. It was built by a wealthy grazier family Coade/Hewett, who were the grandparents and parents of the playwright Dorothy Hewett.The theatre was named for King George VI who, at the time it was being constructed, had taken up the throne. It was originally a theatre for films, but in 1977 the Regal was converted into a live theatre. It is one of the few remaining theatres in Perth.

The Pioneer Women's Memorial is located in the Western Australian Botanic Garden, within Kings Park, Perth, Western Australia. It comprises a lake, sculpture and fountain and was built to honour the contributions of pioneering women to the development of the city and state.In the early 1960s there were moves to establish the memorial, with planning beginning in 1963. The centrepiece, a 2.7-metre-tall (9 ft) bronze statue designed by Margaret Priest, stands on a stepping stone in an ornamental lake and is surrounded by five other stones and fountains. The statue was unveiled, and the fountain in the lake was officially started, by the Governor of Western Australia on 14 January 1968. The opening ceremony was hosted by the King's Park Board members and chairman, and a large group of attendees heard a speech by Geoffrey Summerhayes, the architect, which described his plan for the memorial as, "the figure of a woman apparently mounting a stream by stepping stones … stepping stones of progress".The area around the memorial was upgraded in 1999, and the Centenary of Western Australian Women's Suffrage Memorial was added nearby. At that time the large waterfall was removed.

Subiaco Oval (; nicknamed Subi) was a sports stadium in Perth, Western Australia, located in the suburb of Subiaco. It was opened in 1908 and closed in 2017 after the completion of the new Perth Stadium in Burswood. Subiaco Oval was the highest capacity stadium in Western Australia and one of the main stadiums in Australia, with a final capacity of 43,500 people. It began as the home ground for the Subiaco Football Club and from the 1930s onward was the home of Australian rules football in Western Australia. It hosted the annual grand final of the West Australian Football League (WAFL), with the ground record attendance of 52,781 set at the 1979 Grand Final. It later served as the home ground of the West Coast Eagles and the Fremantle Football Club, the two Perth teams in the Australian Football League (AFL). Other events included Socceroos International Friendly Game in 2005, Perth Glory soccer games (including two National Soccer League grand finals), Western Force rugby games, International rules football matches, and rock concerts. Under naming rights the stadium was known as Patersons Stadium (2011–2014) and Domain Stadium (2015–2017) in its final years. The demolition of the stadium was completed in November 2019, though the oval playing surface was retained as part of the school grounds of Bob Hawke College. The refurbished oval was opened to the general public in June 2020.
