Warren Park is a town in Warren Township, Marion County, Indiana, United States. The population was 1,490 at the 2020 census. It has existed as an "included town" since 1970, when it was incorporated into Indianapolis as part of Unigov. It is part of Indianapolis, but retains a functioning town government under IC 36-3-1-11.

Irvington Community Schools is a K-12 charter school corporation located in the Irvington Historic District of Indianapolis, Indiana. Originally Chartered by Ball State University, ICS, Inc is currently chartered by the Indianapolis Mayor’s Office of Education Innovation. ICS, Inc. provides a liberal arts focus: all students K-12 participate weekly in Physical Education, Music, an Art program, and Foreign Language. Irvington Community Schools Inc.'s three schools are each, by design, small community schools: Irvington Community Elementary School has three classes per grade level (K-5) and serves just over 400 students; Irvington Community Middle School (Grade 6, 7 & 8) serves approximately 240 students; Irvington Preparatory Academy, (Grade 9 through 12) enrolls approximately 340 high school students.In 2009, the school was awarded the Maestro Award from the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra. Also, 7 of the school's students had art featured on display at the Indiana State Museum through the Symphony in Color competition by the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra which represented the greatest number of honors for a single school.

Irvington Terrace Historic District is a national historic district located at Indianapolis, Indiana. It encompasses 578 contributing buildings and 9 contributing sites in a planned residential section of Indianapolis. The district developed between about 1895 and 1959, and includes representative examples of Tudor Revival, Colonial Revival, and Bungalow / American Craftsman style residential architecture.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.

Thomas Askren House is a historic home located at Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. It was built between about 1828 and 1833, and is a two-story, Federal style brick I-house. It has a side gable roof and a rear ell. Also on the property is a contributing outbuilding.: 5–6 It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

The Indianapolis Speedrome is the oldest operating figure 8 track in the United States as it opened in 1941. It is believed by many historians that this is the first figure 8 track where cars intersect. The Speedrome is home to the World Figure 8 Championships, the Annual Spring Shootout, and the 3 Hour Endurance Race.The Speedrome is the USAC's most active track with 496 events held, and also produced Tony Stewart’s maiden USAC win on August 9, 1991.

Carlos and Anne Recker House, also known as the Recker-Aley-Ajamie House, is a historic home located at Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. It was built in 1908, and is a 1+1⁄2-story, Bungalow / American Craftsman style frame dwelling. It has a steeply pitched side-gable roof with dormers. The house was built to plans prepared by Gustav Stickley through his Craftsman Home Builder's Club.: 5 It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1996.

Naval Air Warfare Center, Indianapolis (NAWC) is a former United States Navy facility in Warren Township, Indianapolis, Indiana, U.S. The plant opened in 1942, covering 1,000,000 square feet (93,000 m2) and employing some 3,000 in avionics research and development. The facility was closed in 1996 following recommendations from the 1995 Base Realignment and Closure Commission. As of 2022, the facility is privately owned by Vertex Aerospace and employs about 600.

Warren Township is one of nine townships in Marion County, Indiana. As of the 2010 census, its population was 99,433. Warren Township was named for Joseph Warren.Warren Central High School, Creston Middle School, and Raymond Park Middle School are located within the township.

The Kile Oak Tree is a bur oak tree that is a landmark in the historic district of Irvington in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Kile Oak Tree is preserved by the Irvington Historical Society and Irvington Historical Landmarks Foundation. The Kile Oak Tree is assumed to be "somewhere between 300 and 500 years old" and is one of the oldest trees in the city of Indianapolis.

Julian–Clark House, also known as the Julian Mansion, is a historic home located at Indianapolis, Marion County, Indiana. It was built in 1873, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, Italianate style brick dwelling. It has a low-pitched hipped roof with bracketed eaves and a full-width front porch. It features a two-story projecting bay and paired arched windows on the second story. From 1945 to 1973, the building housed Huff's Sanitarium.: 2 It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1986.

The North Irvington Gardens Historic District is a neighborhood and national historic district in Indianapolis, Indiana. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places on June 27, 2008. It is immediately to the north of the Irvington Historic District, which has been on the National Register since 1987, sharing the same east and west boundaries of the older district (Arlington Avenue and Emerson Avenue, respectively), and extending north to 10th and 11th streets. It is a neighborhood of mostly residential buildings dating primarily from 1910 to 1950, with no one distinctive architectural style, including a house associated with the historic Osborn Farm. Except for one church, the only buildings contributing to the historic nature of the district are 843 houses and 551 garages. Most fences in the district mark the perimeter of the individual properties; very few are along the streets.The district was placed on the register for three reasons. First, it reflects residential development trends during its time of significance. Second, noted author Margaret Weymouth Jackson lived in the district between World War I and World War II. Finally, it reflects the various styles used in residence in a "textbook" manner, particularly "small houses".One of the prominent structures in the district is Harold's Steer-In, built in 1951. It is a contributing building even though it was built one year after the era of notability. Originally named Northways Restaurant when it opened in 1951, it became Laughner's Cafeteria from the mid-1950s to 1964, at which time it gained the name Harold's Steer-In. It has remained open since then except for three weeks in 2004 when it seemed to have closed for good until two employees invested in the restaurant and reopened it in time for a special Thanksgiving Day feast for loyal customers. It is one of the few surviving authentic drive-ins left in Indianapolis. Peyton Manning once filmed a commercial for MasterCard in the building in 2005.The Irvington Development Organization was the driving force in obtaining National Register status for the district. Money from a Preserve America grant given to the organization funded this effort.
