The Fremont Street Experience (FSE) is a pedestrian mall and attraction in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. The FSE occupies the westernmost five blocks of Fremont Street, including the area known for years as "Glitter Gulch," and portions of some other adjacent streets. The central attraction is a barrel vault canopy, 90 ft (27 m) high at the peak and four blocks, or approximately 1,375 ft (419 m), in length. While Las Vegas is known for never turning the outside casino lights off, each show begins by turning off the lights on all of the buildings, including the casinos, under the canopy. Before each show, one bidirectional street that crosses the Experience is blocked off for safety reasons. Concerts, usually free, are also held on three stages. The venue has become a major tourist attraction for downtown Las Vegas, and is also the location of the SlotZilla zip line attraction and the city's annual New Year's Eve party, complete with fireworks on the display screen.

The Four Queens Hotel and Casino is located in downtown Las Vegas on the Fremont Street Experience. The 690-room hotel and 27,269 sq ft (2,533.4 m2) casino is owned and operated by TLC Casino Enterprises, which acquired the property from the Elsinore Corporation in 2003.

Binion's Gambling Hall & Hotel, formerly Binion's Horseshoe, is a casino on Fremont Street along the Fremont Street Experience mall in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. It is owned by TLC Casino Enterprises. The casino is named for its founder, Benny Binion, whose family ran it from its founding in 1951 until 2004. The hotel, which had 366 rooms, closed in 2009. TLC reopened 81 of the rooms as a boutique hotel called Hotel Apache in July 2019.

The D Las Vegas Casino Hotel (formerly Fitzgeralds) is a 34-story, 639-room hotel and casino in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, owned and operated by Derek and Greg Stevens. The D Las Vegas also consists of a dinner theater called Showroom at the D.The D is located at the eastern end of the Fremont Street Experience. It has a 42,000-square-foot (3,900 m2) casino, several restaurants, a business center, and a pool. The casino has more than 1,000 slot machines and 22 table games located on two floors. It is the tallest building in downtown Las Vegas and the second-tallest inside the city limits, having been surpassed by Allure Las Vegas in 2007. As Fitzgeralds, it had a "luck of the Irish" theme, with shamrocks and a leprechaun. In fall 2012, The D completed a property-wide renovation and rebranding to replace the Irish theme.

Hotel Apache is the hotel located at Binion's Gambling Hall and Hotel on Fremont Street in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. The hotel was bought by Benny Binion in 1951 and was merged with the Eldorado Club into Binion's Horseshoe. TLC Casino Enterprises, the current owner of Binion's Gambling Hall and Hotel, planned to reopen 81 of the rooms as a boutique hotel, going back to the roots of the original hotel name. It opened in the summer 2019.It is known for having the first elevator and is the first fully carpeted casino in Las Vegas.On December 14, 2009, the hotel and coffee shop closed due to the late-2000s recession. Previously, Binion's advertised the hotel as closed for renovations. However, due to the high cost of asbestos removal in the hotel, renovation plans were shelved. The hotel reopened on July 29, 2019. One of the first guests was Gina Silvagni Perry, the granddaughter of the man who constructed the casino. According to Tim Lager, general manager of Binion, he wanted to "recreate what this hotel was when it opened as what was then a megaresort back in 1932". TLC Casino Enterprises currently manages and operates the casino.

The 2004 World Series of Poker (WSOP) was held at Binion's Horseshoe after Harrah's Entertainment purchased the casino and the rights to the tournament in January. Harrah's announced that future WSOP tournaments will be held in a moving circuit of member casinos.

The Mint Las Vegas was a hotel and casino in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. The Mint was the sponsor of the Mint 400, the largest off road race from the mid-1960s to the mid-1980s. The Mint was made famous (or infamous) as the first night's stay in Hunter S. Thompson and Oscar Acosta's legendary 1971 weekend trip to Las Vegas, immortalized in Thompson's novel Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

Mermaids Casino was a casino located on the Fremont Street Experience in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada. The casino's only gaming options were slot and video poker machines.

Pioneer Club Las Vegas was a casino that opened in 1942 and was located in Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, at 25 East Fremont Street. It ceased operating as a casino in 1995, the same year the Fremont Street Experience was completed.
