Mammoth Cave Baptist Church and Cemetery is a historic church in Mammoth Cave National Park in Kentucky. It was built in 1827 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.The church was established in 1827. The current building was built in 1927 after the original was destroyed in a tornado. It is a 42 by 26 feet (12.8 m × 7.9 m) one-story gable-front frame building, on a foundation of stacked sandstone blocks.

Colossal Cavern is a cave in Kentucky, United States, the main entrance of which is at the foot of a steep hill beyond Eaton Valley, and 1.5 miles from Mammoth Cave.It is connected with what has long been known as the Bedquilt Cave. From the surface to the floor is 240 feet (73 m) under Chester Sandstone and in the St. Louis Limestone.Fossil corals fix the geological age of the rock. The temperature is uniformly 54 °F (12 °C), and the atmosphere is optically and chemically pure. There are gypsum rosettes and helictites.

Mammoth Cave National Park is a national park in south-central Kentucky, encompassing portions of Mammoth Cave, the longest cave system known in the world. The park's 52,830 acres (21,380 ha) are located primarily in Edmonson County, with small areas extending eastward into Hart and Barren counties. The Green River runs through the park, with a tributary called the Nolin River feeding into the Green just inside the park. The cave system has formally been known as the Mammoth–Flint Ridge Cave System since 1972, when a connection was discovered between Mammoth Cave and the even-longer system under Flint Ridge to the north. As of 2022, more than 426 miles (686 km) of passageways had been surveyed, over 1.5 times longer than the second-longest cave system, Mexico's Sac Actun underwater cave.The park was established as a national park on July 1, 1941, after oft-contentious eminent-domain proceedings whose consequences still affect the region. It was named a World Heritage Site on October 27, 1981; an international Biosphere Reserve on September 26, 1990; and an International Dark Sky Park on October 28, 2021.

Teddy is an unincorporated community in western Casey County, Kentucky, United States. Their Post Office is no longer in service. It was named by its first post master, Billy Roe Combest, for his son Theodore. The post office closed in 1932.

Kentucky Down Under is an Australia-themed animal park located in Horse Cave, Kentucky, United States. In 1990, the park was opened by Bill and Judy Austin to the public. Bill Austin was manager of Mammoth Onyx Cave (which was later renamed Kentucky Caverns), which his grandfather had purchased in the 1920s. Peacocks and other small animals had been added to the park for visitors to enjoy on the surface in-between cave tours. A herd of American bison was added in the 1970s, followed by the Australian animals in 1990, and the park renamed to "Kentucky Down Under".
