Canberra Plaza, Singapore

Canberra MRT station (NS12) is an elevated Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the North South line, located along Canberra Link at the junction with Canberra Way in Sembawang, Singapore. It is the second infill station on the MRT network (after Dover MRT station), and the first in Singapore with a platform linked directly to an overhead bridge at the same level. With several green features included in the station during construction, it was also the first MRT station to be awarded Platinum for the Building and Construction Authority's Green Mark for Transit Stations, as a result of the construction team's efforts to integrate landscaping and using eco-friendly materials in the construction of the station.The station was announced following a successful feasibility study conducted by the Land Transport Authority (LTA) after the idea of a new MRT station between the Sembawang and Yishun MRT stations was raised in the 2013 Land Transport Master Plan. Construction started in April 2015, and it opened on 2 November 2019. The mall opposite the station, Canberra Plaza, opened on 18 December 2020.

Yishun Neighbourhood Park is a park located in Yishun, Singapore. The 7.7 hectares park was developed on an old rubber estate and features a hill with an open lawn, ideal for picnics. Facilities include children's playground and fitness equipment.

Ahmad Ibrahim Secondary School (AISS) is a co-educational government secondary school in Singapore. Founded in 1962, it was the second integrated school to be established in Singapore.The school is named after Ahmad Ibrahim, Singapore's first Health Minister who was remembered for "garnering the support of all races at a time when communal relations were sensitive and volatile".

The Former Admiralty House (Malay: Gedung Lama Laksamana; Chinese: 旧海军部屋; pinyin: Jiù Hǎijūnbù Wū) is a historic building, located at Old Nelson Road within the Sembawang Planning Area in the North Region of Singapore. The building was used as the administration building of Furen International School (FIS) until November 2019 and is currently being refurbished for use as part of the Sembawang Sports and Community Hub.

Sembawang MRT station is an elevated Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) station on the North–south line (NSL). Located in Sembawang, Singapore along Sembawang Road, the station is close to the Sun Plaza shopping centre and Sembawang Bus Interchange. The station is operated by SMRT Trains. Originally planned to be built later than the other stations of the Woodlands extension, the station's construction was brought forward when plans were revised in November 1992. Completed along with the other Woodlands extension stations on 10 February 1996, Sembawang station has the most number of bicycle stands for cyclists working at Sembawang Shipyard. The number of bicycle parking spaces further increased through the National Cycling Plan in 2010. The station features a kampung-style roof and is also integrated with other transportation modes.

Sun Plaza (Chinese: 太阳广场) is a mixed used residential and commercial development located along Sembawang Drive in the heart of Sembawang, Singapore, between Sembawang MRT station and Sembawang Bus Interchange. It is one of the two shopping malls in Sembawang, serving the needs of the local residents.

Sembawang Public Library is a public library located in Sun Plaza shopping mall at Sembawang, Singapore. It was officially opened on 11 August 2000 by K. Shanmugam, then Minister of Parliament for Sembawang Group Representation Constituency (Chong Pang). The library relocated to Level 5 of Sun Plaza Shopping Mall, and was reopened on 5 November 2014 by Associate Professor Muhammad Faishal Ibrahim, Parliamentary Secretary, Ministry of Health & Ministry of Transport. The library occupies the entire fifth storey with a floor area of 1,607 square metres. It serves residents in the North West areas of Lim Chu Kang, Mandai, Sembawang, Simpang, Sungei Kadut, Woodlands and Yishun, and has a wide-ranging collection size of 150,000 for users of all age groups.

Sembawang Hot Spring Park is a natural hot spring and a public park in Singapore. It is located beside a military camp about 100 metres (330 ft) off the main road, Gambas Avenue. Like hot springs worldwide, it can have health healing properties with proper use in moderation, and its natural spring water had once been bottled commercially by Fraser and Neave, under the brand name of Seletaris. Since its discovery in 1909, the spring has been through a few changes of ownership and potential redevelopment proposals. The hot spring has a rural rustic feel for visitors to unwind from the hustle and bustle of the modern metropolitan city. The National Parks Board took over the ownership of the park for redevelopment, which officially reopened on 4 January 2020. Sembawang Hot Spring is one of two hot springs in Singapore, with the other located on Pulau Tekong.

Chong Pang Camp is located in the North of Singapore, within Sembawang Air Base and opposite Chong Pang City in Yishun New Town. The camp is operated by the Republic of Singapore Air Force. It was established in the year 2002.The camp houses elements from Air Defence Operations Command (HQ ADOC, 165 Squadron, 809 and 819 Squadrons and 9 Air Engineering and Logistics Group) and Participation Command (3DA, 6/9 DA and 18 DA Battalions, 105 Squadron and 1 Medical Squadron). The camp was originally known as the Air Defence Systems Division (ADSD) complex. There still exists a road sign along Sembawang Road with this name. The elements were then transferred to Air Defence Operations Command (ADOC) in early 2007, and later, 3 Battalions were transferred to Participation Command (PC) in August that year.
