Lovers' Park (Armenian: Սիրահարների այգի, Siraharneri aygi) is a public park in Yerevan, Armenia, located on Baghramyan Avenue. It occupies an area of 2.5 hectares in the central Kentron District of the city. The park was entirely renovated between 2005 and 2008 and reopened in November 2008 by the efforts of benefactor Albert Boghossian, head of Boghossian Foundation.

The American University of Armenia (AUA) (Armenian: Հայաստանի ամերիկյան համալսարան, ՀԱՀ; Hayastani amerikyan hamalsaran, HAH) is a private, independent university in Yerevan, Armenia that is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges Senior College and University Commission. It is the first U.S.-accredited institution in the former Soviet Union that provides undergraduate and graduate education.It was founded in 1991, Armenia's first year of independence, by the Armenian General Benevolent Union (AGBU), the University of California (UC), and the Armenian government. The university is the country's first institution modeled on Western-style higher education, committed to teaching, research, and service; it offers 11 master's and 8 bachelor's degrees.

The National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia (NAS RA) (Armenian: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիա, ՀՀ ԳԱԱ, Hayastani Hanrapetut’yan gitut’yunneri azgayin akademia) is the Armenian national academy, functioning as the primary body that conducts research and coordinates activities in the fields of science and social sciences in Armenia. It is a member of the International Science Council.

Geological Museum after H. Karapetyan of Institute of Geological Sciences of the National Academy of Sciences of Armenia (Armenian: ՀՀ ԳԱԱ ԵԳԻ երկրաբանական թանգարան) is an academic scientific museum. It was founded in 1937 and reconstructed in 2012. The Museum has the following departments: Mineralogy, Paleontology, Petrography, Natural Resources, Mineral Waters in Armenia, Natural Monuments of Armenia.

The National Assembly Building of Armenia (Armenian: Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի շենքը; Hayastani Azgayin Zhoghovi Shenk) is the home of the National Assembly of Armenia. The building is located on Baghramyan Avenue in Yerevan, Armenia's capital city. It was designed by Mark Grigorian. It was completed in 1950 and initially housed the legislature of Soviet Armenia, the Supreme Soviet. Since the adoption of the Armenian Constitution in 1995, the building has been occupied by the National Assembly.

The National Assembly of Armenia (Armenian: Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողով, Hayastani Hanrapetyut'yan Azgayin zhoghov or simply Ազգային ժողով, ԱԺ Azgayin Zhoghov, AZh), also informally referred to as the Parliament of Armenia (խորհրդարան, khorhrdaran) is the legislative branch of the government of Armenia.

Hovhannes Tumanyan Museum (Armenian: Հովհաննես Թումանյանի թանգարան) is a literary museum based in Yerevan, Armenia. It was founded on April 5, 1953 , dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the death of one of the most famous Armenian poets Hovhannes Tumanyan. The architect of the museum is Grigor Aghababyan.

Yerevan Brusov State University of Languages and Social Sciences (Armenian: Երևանի Բրյուսովի անվան պետական լեզվահասարակագիտական համալսարան), is a public university in Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, operating since 1935. It is named after the Russian poet and historian Valery Bryusov since 1962. The university graduates are specialists in Russian, English, French, German and many other languages, practical psychology, history, political science, area studies and other humanities. The university is located on the intersection of Tumanyan and Moscow streets at the centre of Yerevan.

Ara Sargsyan and Hakob Kojoyan Museum (Armenian: Արա Սարգսյանի և Հակոբ Կոջոյանի տուն-թանգարան) house museum of Ara Sargsian and Hakob Kojoyan where they lived since 1934 until the foundation of the museum. The museum building is a cultural heritage monument in Armenia.

Zoravor Surp Astvatsatsin Church (Armenian: Զորավոր Սուրբ Աստվածածին եկեղեցի (Zoravor Surp Astvatsatsin yekeghets'i)) is the oldest surviving church in Yerevan. It was previously known as Surp Astvatsatsin (Holy Mother of God). However, the name Zoravor (meaning Powerful) was added because the church was home to the 13th century bible of Zoravor.The church is located in the Shahar District of Old Yerevan where the tomb and the Chapel of Ananias the Apostle were previously located. This chapel was looked upon as a famous sanctuary.

The Aram Khachaturian Museum (Armenian: Արամ Խաչատրյանի տուն-թանգարան) was established in 1978 in Yerevan, Armenia, just after the composer's death. The first permanent exposition was opened on January 23rd 1984 on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the outstanding composer. The idea of the museum came about in the 1970s, and Khachaturian himself was involved in its design. The composer left his manuscripts, letters, piano, various memorabilia, and personal gifts to the institution in his will. The building is an extension of the house where the composer resided whenever he visited the Armenian capital. It was converted into a museum by architect Edvard Altunyan. The collection of note manuscripts and film music of Composer Aram Khachaturian included in the international register of the Memory of the World program. Under its founding director Gohar Harutiunyan, the museum succeeded in attracting financial support from a wide range of sponsors and benefactors, and expanded its collection of artifacts belonging to Khachaturian. Today the museum continues to grow under the directorship of Armine Grigoryan. The multi-storied building houses an attractive concert hall (with a concert-grand Bechstein piano), where a regular music series takes place. It also houses an extensive library of CDs and a workshop for the restoration and repair of violins. The museum maintains strong links to Armenian musicians and composers and is committed to furthering music in Armenia. It also publishes a range of scholarly books. Saint John the Baptist Church (Armenian: Սուրբ Հովհաննես Մկրտիչ Եկեղեցի, Surp Hovhannes Mkrtich) is an active church in the old area of Kond, Yerevan, Armenia. First, it was built on the height of Kond district, in 1710, in the place of a medieval church ruined as the result of a 1689 earthquake. It was built by a rich man, Melik Aghamal, living in Yerevan. Like the other medieval churches, this is a three-nave basilic church. The rectangular plan of the church includes the prayer-hall and the main altar on the eastern side, attached to which are the sacristies.
