Xiaoyuan station (simplified Chinese: 小园站; traditional Chinese: 小園站; pinyin: Xiǎoyuán Zhàn) is a station on Line S1 of the Beijing Subway, it was opened on 30 December 2017.

Big Air Shougang (Chinese: 首钢滑雪大跳台; pinyin: Shǒugāng huáxuě dà tiàotái) is a sports stadium in the Shijingshan District in Beijing, China, built to host the big air events of the 2022 Winter Olympics. It is the world's first permanent big air venue. The venue is located at the site of a former steel mill of Shougang Group, which was closed in January 2011 due to its air pollution. Construction ran from 2018 to 1 November 2019. The facility was one of two competition venues built in Beijing for the 2022 Winter Olympics, and the only snow sports venue in the city. Four medal events were contested at the Games: the freestyle skiing big air competition for men and women, along with the snowboarding big air competition for men and women. The venue received attention for its location in a snow-free industrial area next to cooling towers and away from mountains. The venue has become a symbol of China's urban renewal.: 166 

The 1945 Beiping Curtiss C-46 Commando crash occurred on October 12, 1945, when a USAAF Curtiss C-46 Commando aircraft crashed near Nanyuan Airport in Beiping (now known as Beijing) while en route to there from Hankou (now part of Wuhan). All 59 people on board perished. It was the deadliest plane crash in 1945 and, at the time it occurred, the deadliest one on the soil of the Republic of China. The crash also is the worst ever involving the C-46. On the day of the accident, the aircraft, carrying 55 Chinese soldiers and a crew of four, neared Peip'ing in unfavorable overcast weather conditions. In addition, Nanyuan Airport was lacking in radio beacons, forcing the crew to rely on a commercial broadcasting station to navigate. On approach, the C-46 struck the station's radio antenna and crashed, killing all aboard.

Xinshougang (Shougang Park) station (Chinese: 新首钢站; pinyin: Xīnshǒugāng Zhàn) is a subway station on Line 11 of the Beijing Subway. The station opened on December 31, 2021.

Gucheng station (Chinese: 古城站; pinyin: Gǔchéng zhàn) is a station on Line 1 of the Beijing Subway. It is located in Gucheng Subdistrict, Shijingshan District, Beijing. It currently serves as the terminus of the line from 18 April 2020 until early 2024, due to station renovation at Pingguoyuan. The station used to be known as Guchenglu Station.

Shijingshan Stadium (Simplified Chinese: 石景山体育场) is a multi-use stadium in Beijing, China. It is currently used primarily for football matches. The stadium holds 20,000 people. Stadium construction commenced in February 1981 and was completed in October 1986.

Zhangguozhuang (simplified Chinese: 张郭庄站; traditional Chinese: 張郭莊站; pinyin: Zhāngguōzhuāng Zhàn) is a station on Line 14 of the Beijing Subway. It is the western terminus of Line 14. This station opened on May 5, 2013.

Shifeng Bridge (simplified Chinese: 石丰桥; traditional Chinese: 石豐橋; pinyin: Shífēng Qiáo) is a cable-stayed bridge on Beijing's western 5th Ring Road. It is near Wanping, near the Marco Polo Bridge. Nearly 1.4 kilometres in length, it is a trademark bridge of the 5th Ring Road. Under the bridge runs many railways to other parts of China. The bridge is so named because it crosses from Shijingshan District into Fengtai District. Shifeng Bridge is well illuminated at night.

Beijing Shijingshan Amusement Park (Chinese: 北京石景山游乐园; pinyin: Běijīng Shíjǐngshān Yóulèyuán) is a theme park located in Bajiao, Shijingshan District of Beijing, China. First opened on September 28, 1986, the park is currently owned and operated by the Shijingshan District government. The park is served by Bajiao Amusement Park station on Line 1 of the Beijing Subway.

Garden Expo Park station (simplified Chinese: 园博园站; traditional Chinese: 園博園站; pinyin: Yuánbóyuán zhàn) is a station on Line 14 of the Beijing Subway. It opened on May 5, 2013.

The Laoshan Velodrome (Chinese: 老山自行车馆; pinyin: Lǎoshān Zìxíngchēguǎn) is a velodrome that is located in Laoshan, Shijingshan District, Beijing, China. It was built for the 2008 Summer Olympics. The venue was tested during the UCI Track World Cup in December 2007. The velodrome hosted track cycling disciplines during the Olympics. It has a capacity of 6,000 spectators, a 250-metre oval shaped track, and a total land surface of 32,920 square metres. The Laoshan Velodrome will be used for international and national cycling competitions and training after the Olympic Games. The seating capacity may be reduced to 3,500. The velodrome was designed by Schuermann Architects, designers of the ADT Event Center in Carson, CA and the UCI Cycling Center in Aigle, Switzerland.
