Guri–Amsa Bridge

Amsa-dong is a dong (neighbourhood) of Gangdong-gu in Seoul, South Korea. The dong is well known for the Amsa-dong Prehistoric Settlement Site, in which Neolithic remains were excavated after a large amount of diagonal-line patterned earthenware was exposed by a flood in 1925.

The GS Champions Park is the training center of FC Seoul. It is located in Guri, east of nearby Seoul. In 1983, it was built by GS Sports, then known as Lucky-Goldstar Sports. It has been used by FC Seoul since 1989. France national football team used the venue as the training camp during the 2002 FIFA World Cup. Today, it is used by the FC Seoul's first team, and FC Seoul Reserves and Academy.

Amsa station (Korean: 암사; Hanja: 岩寺) is a subway station on Line 8 of the Seoul Metropolitan Subway. The station is located in the Amsa and Cheonho neighborhoods in Gangdong District, Seoul. The station is the Northern terminus of the line and is approximately 31 minutes by train from Moran station, the Southern terminus. There is a planned extension to be completed by 2023 to Byeollae on the Gyeongchun Line or even further to ByeollaeByeolgaram on Line 4.

Myeongil Station is a subway station on Seoul Subway Line 5 in Gangdong-gu, Seoul.

Cheonho-dong (Korean: 천호동) is a dong, neighbourhood of Gangdong-gu in Seoul, South Korea.

Gubeundari Station is a subway station on Seoul Subway Line 5 in Gangdong-gu, Seoul.

Godeok Station is a subway station on Seoul Subway Line 5 in Gangdong-gu, Seoul. It links to Baejae High School, Myungil High School, Gwangmun High School, Hanyoung High School, and Hanyoung Foreign Language High School. It will be part of Seoul Subway Line 9 in 2027.

Buramsan is a mountain in South Korea. It sits on the boundary between the district of Nowon-gu in Seoul, the national capital, and the city of Namyangju, in the province of Gyeonggi-do. It has an elevation of 507 m (1,663 ft). It also has a heliport at the second peak (420 m (1,378 ft)) .

Achasan is a mountain that sits between the counties of Gwangjin-gu and Guri in South Korea. It has an elevation of 287 m (942 ft). As you walk down towards Mt. Achasan from the summit of Yongmasan, you will find the ruins of a small fort of the Goguryeo era (BC37~AD668) built at a strategic point overlooking the area of Jungnangcheon Stream. On the way up, you will find numerous observation platforms from which one can see a great view of some of the landmarks of Seoul such as the Hangang Bridge, Mt. Namsan, 63 City building, and Gangnam COEX. There is an extensive system of trails on Achasan/Yongsan mountains with numerous entrances. In general, people start their hike from Mt. Yongmasan (용마산) and go down to Mt. Achasan (아차산), or vice versa. Either trail takes about two hours. Some areas are steep, so it is important to wear hiking boots or trekking shoes. At 287 meters high, Mt. Achasan is an easy 30-minute hike, perfect for beginners, allowing many people to walk up the mountain wearing casual clothing. It offers hikers a bird's-eye-view of the Hangang River and the downtown area. At the halfway observation deck and the summit, there is a view of the upper stream of the Hangang River and the cities of Guri and Hanam. From Achasan Fort the Han river is visible almost in its entirety as it flows through Seoul). This is the closest vantage point for viewing the Hangang River from above.

Achasanseong Fortress is an earthen mountain fortress of the Korean Three Kingdoms period. Originally built by Baekje, it was occupied in turn by each of the Three Kingdoms. It stands on Achasan Mountain, in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, South Korea, at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level. It has a perimeter of roughly 1 kilometer and an area of about 3375 m². The first mention of this fortress in historical records comes from the Samguk Sagi's statement that King Chaekgye of Baekje ordered it to be fortified against an expected Goguryeo invasion. At that time, Achasanseong Fortress would have played a key role in the defense of the Baekje capital Hanseong from the north. In 475, Goguryeo overran this and the other defenses of Baekje, and King Gaero of Baekje was brought to Acha and executed. The fortress and the rest of the Han River valley were conquered by Silla in 553. The Goguryeo general Ondal later died here while trying to reclaim the fortress. Achasanseong Fortress was designated as a historic landmark in 1973, and has since become a common local tourist destination.

The Gwangjin Bridge crosses the Han River in South Korea and connects the districts of Gwangjin-gu and Gangdong-gu. The original bridge was completed in 1936, but because of deteriorating conditions, it was rebuilt and reopened in November 2003.

Cheonho station is a subway station on the Seoul Subway Line 5 and Line 8. Its station subname is Pungnaptoseong, referring to the Pungnaptoseong that runs between this station and the southeastern end of the Olympic Bridge.
