Misterton Marshes

Lutterworth was a station which opened in 1899 to serve the Leicestershire market town of Lutterworth. It was situated on the Great Central Railway, the last main line to be constructed from the north of England to London. The station was equipped with an island platform designed by Alexander Ross which allowed the tracks to pass either side of a central platform, and was intended to facilitate future expansion of the railway.The station closed along with the railway line in 1969, and today little remains of it. Along Station Road can be found the stationmaster's house and the cutting where the yards and station stood.

Misterton with Walcote, formerly just Misterton is a civil parish in the English county of Leicestershire. The population of the civil parish at the 2011 census was 486.It forms part of the Harborough district. Of its two settlements Walcote is by far the larger, but Misterton has the parish church. Walcote is on the A4304 road some two miles east of the town of Lutterworth and a mile east of Junction 20 of the M1 motorway. The village has one public house, The Black Horse, which re-opened in 2017. The Tavern is now a private dwelling.

Lutterworth is a market town and civil parish in the Harborough district of Leicestershire, England. The town is located in southern Leicestershire, close to the borders with Warwickshire and Northamptonshire. It is located 6.4 miles (10.3 kilometres) north of Rugby, Warwickshire and 12 miles (19 kilometres) south of Leicester. At the 2021 UK census, the civil parish of Lutterworth had a population of 10,833. The built up area of Lutterworth, which also includes the adjacent village of Bitteswell had a population of 11,364.

Lutterworth Town Hall is a municipal building in the High Street in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, England. The structure, which operates as a community events venue, is a Grade II listed building.

Walcote is a village in the English county of Leicestershire. It is on the A4304 road some two miles east of the town of Lutterworth and a mile east of Junction 20 of the M1 motorway. It is the major settlement of the civil parish of Misterton with Walcote and forms part of Harborough district.

Lutterworth Town Association Football Club is a football club based in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, England. They are members of the United Counties League Premier Division South and play at Dunley Way.

St Mary's Church is the Church of England parish church of the town of Lutterworth, Leicestershire. It is listed at Grade I and is a member of the Major Churches Network.The church building is 13th-century, with 14th- and 15th-century alterations. The church still contains some 15th-century wall paintings including a large Doom over the chancel arch, with figures rising out of tombs and large seated Christ in majesty surrounded by angels. The spire on the church was blown down in 1703 and rebuilt in 1761. Sir George Gilbert Scott restored the building in 1866–1869.The translator John Wycliffe was rector of the church between 1374 and 1384. It was here that he is traditionally believed to have produced the first translation of the Bible from Latin into English. His translation of the Bible into English started the Lollard movement. The Irish statesman Robert le Poer was parish priest here c.1318.

The Sir Frank Whittle Studio School was a 14–19 Studio School, part of The Lutterworth Academies Trust. It was situated alongside Lutterworth College in the rural market town of Lutterworth, South Leicestershire. The school specialised in engineering, business and sport. It also worked alongside employers to provide students with external experiential learning.The school closed in July 2019 because of a failure to fill places. There are plans to use the school buildings for a new special school.

Lutterworth College is a large 11–19 non-selective, inclusive, comprehensive, Church of England Secondary School and Sixth Form College with academy status. Lutterworth College is situated in the rural market town of Lutterworth in the district of Harborough, South Leicestershire. The school is a Church of England Voluntary Controlled school. There are approximately 1,600 pupils currently on roll, with around 400 of these being in post-16 education. The last full Ofsted inspection was in November 2017 where the college was judged to be good in all aspects. In 2019 the school was inspected under the SIAMS framework and was judged good in all aspects. Part of the moral purpose of the college is ‘enabling all students to learn, flourish and succeed.’

Lutterworth High School is a coeducational academy school in the market town of Lutterworth, Leicestershire. It has an age range of 11–16. The school achieved an Ofsted rating of "Outstanding" in 2012.

St Mary's Church is a church in Bitteswell, Leicestershire. It is a Grade II* listed building.

The rural district of Lutterworth in Leicestershire, England existed from 1894 to 1974.
