Lundbygård

Lundby is a small railway town, with a population of 843 (1 January 2022), located in Vordingborg Municipality in the southern part of Zealand, Denmark. Lundby Efterskole is located here. Lundby Station serves the Sydbanen line, with hourly departures towards Copenhagen.

Snertingegård, also known simply as Snertinge, is a manor house and estate located just north of Vordingborg, in southeastern Denmark. It was one of 12 manors established after Vordingborg Cavalry District was dissolved in 1884. The Renaissance Revival style main building and home farm were built for Defence Minister Christian Frederik Hansen in 1857 from designs by Ferdinand Meldahl. Both buildings were listed on the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1978.

Øbjerggaard is a manor house and estate situated east of Køng, midway between Næstved and Vordingborg some 90 km (56 mi) south of Copenhagen, Denmark. One of 12 new manors created when Vordingborg Cavalry District was dissolved in 1774, it was initially the site of a textile factory established by Niels Ryberg. The current main building from the 1840s is now known as Ny Øbjerggaard (New Øbjerggaard). The old headquarters of the textile factory, Gammel Øbjerggaard (Old Øbjerggaard), constructed by Ruberg in 1780 and listed on the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1945, is now home to Køng Museum. The current owner of the estate, Peter Eriksen Oxholm Tillisch, resides at Rosenfeldt, his other estate, while Ny Øbjerggaard is operated as a bed and breakfast. The former Spinning School and Køng Hospital are also heritage listed. Both buildings were constructed by the owner of Øbjerggaard. The spinning school was created to train local girls in the craft of spinning yarn from the flax grown on the fields and used in the textile production.In 1851, Køng Textile Factory was moved to Vintersbølle by a later owner.

Køng is a small town in Vordingborg Municipality, in Region Zealand, Denmark.

Region Zealand (Danish: Region Sjælland) is the southernmost administrative region of Denmark, established on 1 January 2007 as part of the 2007 Danish Municipal Reform, which abolished the traditional counties ("amter") and set up five larger regions. Zealand Region has 17 municipalities. The government intends to merge R Sjælland with R. Hovedstaden 1 January 2027. The 41 member regional council will be elected in the 2025 Danish local elections.

Vester Egesborg Church (Danish: Vester Egesborg Kirke) is located in Næstved Municipality of Region Zealand, Denmark. It was built in 1250–1300, with the addition of the tower and vestry around 1500. The choir was rebuilt at the end of the 18th century. The pulpit and altarpiece were carved around the middle of the 17th century by Abel Schrøder in the auricular style. The wrought iron baptismal font from the 1670s bears the arms of Niels Trolle and Helle Rosenkrantz. A farmer, John Jensen, believed that a church should also have a ship, so with his wife, he bequeathed money for that purpose; Neptunus hangs from the ceiling of the church. The exterior faces of the church are in red brick with a stepped gable. It is located at a distance of about 3 miles (4.8 km) to the north of Kong where there is another church.

Beldringe is a manor house and estate located four kilometres southwest of Præstø, Vordingborg Municipality, Denmark. The estate was from 1774 to 1993 owned by members of the Raben/Raben-Levetzau family. The two-storey main building from 1561 and a large, half-timbered barn from the 1710s were listed on the Danish registry of protected buildings and places in 1918.

Fladså was a municipality (Danish, kommune) in Storstrøm County in south Denmark. The municipality covered an area of 133 km2, and had a total population of 7,581 (2005). Its last mayor was Hans R. Hansen, a member of the Venstre (Liberal Party) political party. The seat of its municipal council was at Mogenstrup. Neighboring municipalities were Rønnede to the east, Holmegaard to the north, Næstved to the west, and Præstø and Vordingborg to the south. Fakse Bay (Fakse Bugt) made up part of the municipality's eastern border, and Karrebæksminde Bay (Karrebæksminde Bugt made up part of the municipality's western border. On 1 January 2007 Fladså municipality ceased to exist due to Kommunalreformen ("The Municipality Reform" of 2007). It merged with Fuglebjerg, Holmegaard, Næstved, and Suså municipalities to form the new Næstved Municipality. This will create a municipality with an area of 681 km2 and a total population of 78,446 (2005). The new municipality will belong to the new Region Sjælland ("Zealand Region").

The Grevensvænge hoard is a find of the late Nordic Bronze Age (roughly dating to between 800 BC and 500 BC), discovered in the late 18th century at Grevensvænge, Næstved Municipality, Zealand, Denmark. The hoard consisted of seven bronze figurines. Its first mention is in 1779, where it is said to have been found in the ground "a few years ago". After their discovery, they were kept with the pastor at Herlufmagle, Marcus Schnabel. A drawing of four of the figurines was made in 1779, by Schnabel. The drawing shows two kneeling figures of warriors with horned helmets and axes, a leaping acrobat, and a standing woman. Five of these figurines are now lost, while two were bought by the Danish National Museum in 1823 and 1839. Based on comparison with petroglyphs of the same era (e.g. Tanumshede, Sweden), it is assumed that the figurines were originally part of an ensemble arranged on a ship. Both the twins motive and the cultic significance of the horned helmets, seems to have persisted into early Germanic culture. The kneeling warrior figures have been interpreted as the "Ashvins" type divine twins of early Indo-European religion, sons of the sky-god, known by the name of Alcis to Tacitus.

Rosenfeldt Manor is a manor house and estate located just west of Vordingborg, Vordingborg Municipality, some 90 km south of Copenhagen, Denmark. One of 12 new manors created when Vordingborg Cacalry District was dissolved in 1774, its first owner was Reinhard Iselin. The current main building was constructed for Oscar O'Neill Oxholm in 1870 to a design by Henrik Steffens Sibbern.

Tokai University Boarding School in Denmark (TUBS; 東海大学付属デンマーク校中学部・高等部 Tōkai Daigaku Fuzoku Denmāku Kō Chūgakubu Kōtōbu) was a Japanese international school in Præstø, Denmark. It was affiliated with Tokai University. and had junior high school and senior high school students. This school was an overseas branch of a Japanese private school, or a Shiritsu zaigai kyōiku shisetsu (私立在外教育施設). It was founded in 1988, and it closed in 2008.Bosei Sports High School opened on the former Tokai school campus. This school was established by local Danish authorities in conjunction with Tokai.

This school was established by local Danish authorities in conjunction with Tokai University, which had operated the boarding school.
