Mansfield Christian School is a private K-12 Christian school in Mansfield, Ohio, United States.

WVMC-FM (90.7 MHz) is a listener supported contemporary Christian music radio station in Mansfield, Ohio. It operates translator stations in Ashland, Ohio (91.1 MHz), and in Wooster, Ohio (102.7 MHz). The station signed on in 1979 from Mansfield Christian School, the original owner of the station. WVMC aired a Christian CHR/Hit format provided by the WAY-FM Network until July 1, 2013, when WAY-FM ceased providing programming via satellite to non-owned stations. At that time, the station switched to a contemporary Praise and Worship Music format branded as "Total Praise." Effective April 13, 2021, Mansfield Christian School sold WVMC-FM and translators W216AH and W274AN to Soaring Eagle Promotions, Inc. On December 17, 2021, the station was rebranded as "Rise FM".

Malabar High School was a public high school located in Mansfield, Ohio, United States. The school served grades 9-12 and was part of the Mansfield City School District from 1963 to 1989.Malabar was built to accommodate Mansfield's population boom after World War II and to ease overcrowding at Mansfield Senior High School. The school was named after Malabar Farm, which belonged to writer and Mansfield native Louis BromfieldAt the start of the 1988–89 school year, the school board announced the school's closure due to the district's shrinking enrollment. The last graduating class was in 1989. When Malabar was merged into Mansfield Senior, the latter kept part of the Falcons' legacy alive by adopting their school colors of orange and brown, which replaced the Tygers' previous combination of red and white.

Mansfield is also known as the "Carousel Capital of Ohio."Anchored by the Richland Carousel District, downtown Mansfield is home to a number of attractions and arts venues. Concert events in the downtown Brickyard venue have drawn crowds numbering over 5,000 people. Mansfield, in partnership with local and national partners, is addressing blight and economic stagnation in the city center. The Renaissance Performing Arts Association at home in the historic Renaissance Theatre annually presents and produces Broadway-style productions, classical music, comedy, arts education programs, concerts, lectures, and family events to more than 50,000 people. The Renaissance Performing Arts is home of the Mansfield Symphony Orchestra. Downtown is also home to two ballet companies, NEOS Ballet Theatre and Richland Academy Dance Ensemble who both perform and offer community dance opportunities in downtown. Mid-Ohio Opera offers performances of full opera and smaller concerts.

The Raemelton Farm Historic District is a historic district in Mansfield, Ohio, United States. Composed of thirteen contributing properties, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2003. Among its buildings are examples of the Greek Revival and Colonial Revival styles of architecture, and it includes work by landscape architect Marian Cruger Coffin.The center is a surviving part of a 2,000-acre (810 ha) estate owned by Frank Black, whose father had emigrated from Ramelton in County Donegal, Ireland. The main barn was built in 1850 and remodeled in 1929; it was destroyed and rebuilt after fires in 1932 and 1937.

First Congregational Church and Lexington School (also known as New School Presbyterian Church and the Old Congregational Church) consists of an historic church building located at 47 Delaware Street and an historic school building located at 51 W. Church Street, both in Lexington, Ohio. The school building is now the Richland County Museum.On February 23, 1979, the two buildings were added to the National Register of Historic Places.

Lexington is a village along the Clear Fork River in Troy Township and Washington Township in Richland County in the U.S. state of Ohio. It is part of the Mansfield, Ohio Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 4,848 at the 2020 census. The Mid-Ohio Sports Car Course is located just outside Lexington in Troy Township. This venue hosted an annual round of the CART series from 1990 to 2003, has hosted the IndyCar Series since 2007, has hosted the NASCAR Xfinity Series since 2013, hosts Honda Super Bikes, and Vintage Bikes in addition to a few other annual high-profile events.

Lexington High School is located in Lexington, Ohio, United States. The school serves grades 9-12 and is the only high school in the Lexington Local School District. It has received an "Outstanding" ranking for an outstanding eleven consecutive years by the Ohio Board of Education as a result of standardized test scores. In 2018, a bond issue was passed to replace the previous high school building, consolidating the junior high and high school. It officially opened for the 2022-23 school year.
