Kilcornan (Irish: Cill Churnáin) is a civil parish in County Limerick. It is about seventeen kilometres west of Limerick city on the N69 road. According to the 2011 census of Ireland the population of the Kilcornan Electoral Division was 749, an increase of 11.6% since 2006. There is a Catholic church and a National School on the main road as well as a public house. Apart from Curraghchase, the ancestral home of the Victorian Poet Aubrey de Vere, the next most visited tourism site in Kilcornan is the Stonehall Visitor Park. There is also a go kart track. It is located across the River Shannon from Shannon Airport, County Clare.

Curraghchase is a 774-acre (3 km2) forest park located in County Limerick. It is 20 km from the city of Limerick, between the towns of Adare and Askeaton. The land was the Hunt/de Vere family estate for 300 years (1657–1957), including the period of the de Vere baronets, also serving as the home of renowned poet and critic Aubrey Thomas De Vere.

Kildimo-Pallaskenry GAA is a Gaelic Athletic Association club located in Pallaskenry, County Limerick, Ireland. It was founded in 1906 and the following are some significant dates from its history:

Pallaskenry (Irish: Pailís Chaonraí) is a village in County Limerick, Ireland. Pallaskenry derives its name from Kenry Castle (the palisaded castle at Kenry), nowadays known as Shanpallas Castle.[Topographical Dictionary of Ireland, p455, Lewis]. It was one of the principal ancient castles of County Limerick. [The Journal of The Royal Society of Antiquaries of Ireland, Volume 37, p25]. Kenry Castle was the original property of Russells as part of the territories or Ardcanny and Chapelrussell (incl. Pallas itself) which was acquired by the first Knight of Glin, Sir John fitz John. It was later in the possession of Henry Fitzgerald, grandson of the first Knight in 1330 and served as an important sub-manor of the Earls of Desmond right through to 1652. The village is located about 24 km (15 mi) west of Limerick city close to the River Shannon estuary. The town is reached by travelling about five kilometres (~3 miles) north off the N69 National Route that runs west from the city. Pallaskenry is a satellite town of Limerick city, many of its inhabitants work in the city but many also work in Shannon Town, County Clare (north across the estuary), and Askeaton, a town further west of Pallaskenry. A pier on the Shannon Estuary is located a couple of kilometers further north of the town, at Ringmoylan. This point is almost directly across the estuary from Shannon Town, and offers a good view of airplanes landing and taking off at Shannon Airport.

Cappagh (Irish: Ceapach) is a parish in west County Limerick, Ireland. The parish was previously known as Connello Lower and Nantenan, with the latter now a townland in the parish. It is surrounded by the parishes of Askeaton and Kilcornan (to the north), Rathkeale (to the south), Croagh (to the east), and Coolcappa (to the west). The patron saint of the parish is St. James. The parish has no public house, post office, or shop, one of the few parishes in Limerick to be without any of these amenities.

Salesian Secondary College, formerly Copsewood College, is a secondary school located outside the village of Pallaskenry, County Limerick, Ireland. The school campus is owned by the Salesians and shared with Pallaskenry Agricultural College. As of 2024, there were over 700 students enrolled in the school's co-educational program.The school's webpage describes its mission as providing an education based on Catholic values while incorporating the characteristics of Salesian Education. The basis of that pedagogy is the Salesian Preventive System, which is based on the experience of the 19th-century Saint John Bosco.

Croagh (Irish: Cróch) is a small village and civil parish in County Limerick, Ireland. It is located in mid-Limerick between Rathkeale and Adare just off the N21 national primary road, approximately 22 kilometres (14 miles) south west of Limerick City. The village was originally part of this route before construction of the Croagh by-pass in 1986. The village is in the agricultural area known as the Golden Vale.

Askeaton Abbey or Askeaton Friary is a ruined medieval Franciscan friary located north of Askeaton, County Limerick, Ireland, on the east bank of the River Deel.

Askeaton (Irish: Eas Géitine, Waterfall of Géitine, also historically spelt Askettin) is a town in County Limerick, Ireland. The town is built on the banks of the River Deel which flows into the Shannon Estuary 3 km to the north. Askeaton is on the N69 road between Limerick and Tralee; it is 25 km west of Limerick and 8 km north of Rathkeale. The town is in a townland and civil parish of the same name.Among the historic structures in the town are a castle dating from 1199 and a Franciscan friary dating from 1389. The castle was abandoned to the English in 1580 – its walls blown up by the fleeing defenders – after the fall of Carrigafoyle Castle during the Desmond Rebellions. Askeaton was a constituency in the Irish House of Commons represented by two members until the dissolution of the parliament in 1801.
