Durham Hall is a heritage-listed former residence, Servicemens' Club, Concordia Club and Red Cross U.S.A and now commercial offices located at 207 Albion Street in the inner city Sydney suburb of Surry Hills in the City of Sydney local government area of New South Wales, Australia. It was built from 1834 to 1835. It is also known as Concordia Club, Booker T. Washington Club and Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia. The property is owned and occupied by the Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999.The Colonial Georgian brick residence was constructed for George Hill, a wealthy merchant. The house has had many owners and has had varied uses including a club. Over the years it was subjected to very unsympathetic alterations and additions. By the 1950s the building was almost unrecognisable. However, in 1983 major renovations were done to the house and many of the unsuitable additions were removed.

The Hopetoun Hotel, colloquially referred to as The Hoey, is a historic Sydney hotel and music venue in Surry Hills, New South Wales. It was built somewhere between 1836 and 1839, originally under the name of the Cookatoo Inn and then in 1901 revamped and named in honour of the first Governor General, Lord Hopetoun. In 1997 it was purchased by siblings Evangelos and Anastasia Patakas for $1.5 million and became a live music venue that saw performances by bands including the Hoodoo Gurus and Wolfmother. In 2009, it was closed due to accumulated fines and police citations for noise violations in a residential area. It has remained shut since, though it was used in 2012 as a set for The Wolverine (film).It was a much loved venue by the community and Sarah Blasko spoke of its unique nature, "It's so intimate, you almost feel like you could order a drink from the stage".

The Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Saint Sophia is a heritage-listed Greek school, Greek Orthodox cathedral and Greek venue for social activities located at 302-304 South Dowling Street, Paddington, City of Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It was designed by Walter Leslie and built from 1926 to 1930 by W. Robins. It is also known as Saint Sophia Cathedral, the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of Saint Sophia (Agia Sophia), the Cathedral of Holy Wisdom and the Cathedral of God's Wisdom. The property is owned by Greek Orthodox Community of NSW. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 18 March 2016.

The Sydney Cricket and Sports Ground Trust (popularly known as the Sydney Cricket Ground Trust or SCG Trust) was an agency of the Government of New South Wales that operated the Sydney Cricket Ground and Sydney Football Stadium in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. It was merged into Venues NSW on 1 December 2020.The SCG Trust operated the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) and New Sydney Football Stadium (SFS) at Moore Park in Sydney. In mid-2008, its head office The Sheridan Building opened, making it the third building to erect in the Gold Members Car Park, alongside the headquarters of Sydney City Roosters and New South Wales Rugby Union. Soon after it opened, Sydney Swans and Sydney FC relocated their headquarters inside the Sheridan Building. There are four clubs from four sports codes with their headquarters at the ground. In 2007 the UTS-Balmain club formed a partnership with the Sydney Cricket Ground Trust and are now known as Sydney CC or Sydney Cricket Club or just simply Sydney Tigers.

The Institute offers a Master of Design (M.Des.), Bachelor of Design (B.Des.) degrees, and as well as various vocational education and training (VET) courses, Including Advanced Diplomas, Diplomas, Certificates and various Whitehouse Workshops. The M.Des. degree was first offered in 2014. The Institute's Melbourne campus has hosted several seasons of Project Runway Australia. and has also been the host to Asia's Next Top Model in 2015.

The property is owned by the Wesleyan Church. It was added to the New South Wales State Heritage Register on 2 April 1999. It was also known as the Bourke Street Methodist Church.

The 2nd Military District was an administrative district of the Australian Army that covered most of New South Wales, with its headquarters in Sydney. The southern border with the 3rd Military District was the Murrumbidgee River rather than the Murray River, and the western part of the state around Broken Hill was part of the 4th Military District.In March 1939 a regional command structure was adopted, with 2nd Military District becoming Eastern Command and the 5th Military District was redesignated Western Command, while the 1st Military District in Queensland became Northern Command, and the three southern districts, the 3rd, 4th and 6th Military Districts in Victoria, South Australia and Tasmania, were amalgamated into Southern Command. This required legislative changes to the Defence Act (1903), and did not come into effect until October 1939.

Victoria Barracks is an Australian Army base in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. Victoria Barracks is located in the suburb of Paddington, between Oxford Street and Moore Park Road. It is just north of the Moore Park, the Sydney Cricket Ground and Sydney Football Stadium. Victoria Barracks houses the Headquarters Forces Command. Listed on the Commonwealth Heritage List in 2004, the site contains one of the most important groups of Edwardian military buildings in Australia. The Army Museum of NSW is housed in the original District Military Prison, constructed in 1847. It is open to visitors on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and the first Sunday each month (by appointment) from 10:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. The museum is closed during December and January. Tours of the Barracks precinct are conducted by the Corps of Guides on Thursdays starting at 10:00 a.m. The Australian Army Band Sydney is located at Victoria Barracks.

The Sydney Sports Ground No. 1 was a Stadium and Dirt track racing venue in Sydney, New South Wales. The ground was located where the car park of the Sydney Football Stadium (SFS) currently sits. The ground had two main grandstands and was surrounded by a grass covered hill, giving it a capacity of more than 35,000. It was demolished along with the smaller No.2 Ground in 1986 to allow the building of the SFS, which opened in 1988. During its lifespan the Sports Ground hosted Rugby league, Rugby Union, Soccer, Motorcycle speedway and Speedway car racing. The Sports Ground was the home ground of NSWRL team, the Eastern Suburbs Roosters, the club playing 500 games at the ground from 1911 until 1986, with a 283-199-18 W-L-D record.
