Episcopal Diocese of Bethlehem

The Cathedral Church of the Nativity is an Episcopal cathedral in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. It is the seat of the Diocese of Bethlehem. In 1988 it was listed as a contributing property in the Fountain Hill Historic District on the National Register of Historic Places.

Fountain Hill Historic District is a national historic district located at Bethlehem, Lehigh County and Northampton County, Pennsylvania. Despite the name, it is mostly excludes the borough of Fountain Hill, which is an independent municipality located mostly to the southwest of the district. The district includes 44 contributing buildings and 1 contributing structure. The buildings include elaborate, architecturally distinctive mansions, smaller managers' and merchants' dwellings, and public church buildings. The mansions are the focus of the district and include the Linderman / Schwab Mansion (c. 1870), Robert Sayre House (c. 1857), and Elisha Packer Wilbur Mansion (c. 1863). Notable non-residential buildings include the Masonic Temple and Cathedral Church of the Nativity (c. 1866). The Hill to Hill Bridge is also included in the district. Located in the district is the separately listed Lehigh Valley Railroad Headquarters Building.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1988.

The Lehigh Valley Railroad Headquarters Building, also known as the Conrail Building, is an historic American office building that is located in Bethlehem, Northampton County, Pennsylvania. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Bethlehem Union Station is a former train station located in the South Side neighborhood of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. It was built in 1924 by the Lehigh Valley Railroad and the Reading Company, replacing an earlier station built in 1867. Passenger service to Philadelphia on the SEPTA Regional Rail Bethlehem Line lasted until 1981. The station was renovated in 2002 and used for medical clinics beginning in 2003. It is owned by St. Luke's Hospital.

The Hill to Hill Bridge is a road crossing of the Lehigh River and linking the south and north sides of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania in the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania. Completed in 1924, Hill to Hill Bridge carries Pennsylvania Route 378 from Wyandotte Street on Bethlehem's south side to a series of ramps and viaducts on the north side. It replaced a two-lane covered bridge and eliminated several grade crossings of three railroads on the two banks of the Lehigh River. The Hill to Hill Bridge is located in the Central Bethlehem Historic District and was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1972 with a boundary increase to the designation added in 1988.

Godfrey Daniels is a live music listening room in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1976, the venue has featured performances by some of the leading musicians in folk, blues, bluegrass, Cajun, Celtic, country, and other contemporary and traditional genres. Additional events at Godfrey's include storytelling, poetry readings, children's theater, comedy, and open mikes.

Lehigh University (LU) is a private research university in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, in the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania. The university was established in 1865 by businessman Asa Packer and was initially affiliated with the Episcopal Church. Lehigh University's undergraduate programs have been coeducational since the 1971–72 academic year. As of 2019, the university had 5,047 undergraduate students and 1,802 graduate students.Lehigh has five colleges: the P.C. Rossin College of Engineering and Applied Science, the College of Arts and Sciences, the College of Business, the College of Education, and the College of Health. The College of Arts and Sciences is the largest, with 35% of the university's students. The university offers Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Master of Arts, Master of Science, Master of Business Administration, Master of Engineering, Master of Education, and Doctor of Philosophy degrees. Bethlehem is a disused train station in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. It was constructed by the Central Railroad of New Jersey (CNJ) in 1873. Passenger service to the station ended in 1967. A restaurant opened within the station in 1976, and the building has continued to serve that role through several changes in ownership. The station is located on the north side of the Lehigh River, near Monocacy Creek, east of Main Street and south of East Lehigh Street. Another disused station, Union Station, is located on the south side of the Lehigh River.

Bethlehem Steel Lehigh Plant Mill #2 Annex, also known as Merchant Mill No. 2 and the Johnson Machinery Building, is part of the historic steel mill located in Bethlehem in Northampton County and the Lehigh Valley region of eastern Pennsylvania. It is a large, square, two-story brick industrial building.

The SouthSide Film Festival is an annual non-competitive, not-for-profit film festival that takes place each June in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. The first festival took place in 2004.The "SouthSide" refers to the area of the city on the south side of the Lehigh River which was home to Bethlehem Steel and is currently undergoing redevelopment.The festival's logo pays homage to that industrial heritage by including a representation of a blast furnace, still highly visible in Bethlehem. Film screenings take place on the campus of Lehigh University and in alternative venues such as Godfrey Daniels Listening Club and Deja Brew Coffeehouse. From its inception through 2008, the festival has screened films from 54 countries and 31 states of the U.S. The festival focuses on independent filmmaking and features Invitational Films and Juried Selections, a highlighted genre, and a highlighted cultural region. Also included in the annual festival are filmmaking workshops to teach techniques and concepts to accomplished and aspiring filmmakers. Returning teachers include Mel Halbach and Clayton Farr of FilmTreks, Shanti Thakur of Hofstra University, and Pawel Partyka of Se-ma-for animation studio. The SouthSide Film Festival and its host organization, The SouthSide Film Institute, have received numerous grants and awards including a Bethlehem Fine Arts Commission Organization of the Year award which noted "By providing access to independent films for the public, creating a venue for film enthusiasts and filmmakers to come together, and mounting a children's film series, (the SouthSide Film Festival is) developing an appreciation for film as an art form and contributing to a thriving arts scene in Bethlehem that benefits the Lehigh Valley"With 2020 being cancelled caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, the 17th was deferred to 2021.
