Roseworth is an area of Norton in the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham, England. It borders Hardwick to the south west, Ragworth to the south east (in the same ward) and Norton centre to the east. The Roseworth housing estate was built in the 1960s, and every street name on the estate begins with "R".

Hardwick is a west Stockton-on-Tees area in the borough of Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham, northern England. It is where North Tees Hospital is situated. The Hardwick ward had 6,881 population in the 2011 census.It is bordered by Harrowgate Lane to the north west, Roseworth to the east and Bishopsgarth and Elm Tree Farm the south. The University Hospital of North Tees (formerly North Tees General Hospital) is in the area. From 2003–2012, 200 houses in the area were demolished and replaced. There are a number of community based associations including Hardwick in Partnership which will run the community centre from 2014, Phoenix Youth Service and Hardwick Residents association.

Norton-on-Tees railway station served the town of Norton, County Durham, England from 1877 to 1960, originally on the Port Clarence Branch of the Clarence Railway.

St Mary's Church, Norton, is an ancient parish church located on the village green of Norton, County Durham. It is the only cruciform Anglo-Saxon church in northern England and a Grade I listed building.

Elm Tree Farm is a west Stockton area in the borough of Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham, northern England. Whitehouse Primary School is in the area. It is in the same ward as Bishopsgarth and is near Hardwick.

Stockton Town Football Club is an English football club based in Stockton-on-Tees, England. They are currently members of the Northern Premier League Division One East and play at Bishopton Road West, which has an overall capacity of 1,800, including 200 available seats. They are managed by former player Michael Dunwell, who retired from playing in 2014. The club are notable for reaching the Final of the FA Vase in the 2017–18 season, where they finished as runners-up, after being defeated 1–0 by champions Thatcham Town. Their previous success includes four consecutive Wearside Football League titles between 2012 and 2016, two consecutive Wearside League Cup titles between 2014 and 2016, two consecutive Monkwearmouth Charity Cup titles between 2014 and 2016, as well as winning the Shipowners Charity Cup in the 2014–15 season. Their club badge, which includes their motto, "Fortitudo et Spes" (Latin for "Strength and Hope"), is navy and yellow, representing their traditional colours. The historic club nickname, "the Anchors", is taken from the Stockton coat of arms, representing the town's shipbuilding history during the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries.

Our Lady and St Bede Catholic Academy (formerly Our Lady and St Bede RC School) is a coeducational secondary school located in Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham, England.Previously a voluntary aided school administered by Stockton-on-Tees Borough Council and the Roman Catholic Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle, Our Lady and St Bede RC School converted to academy status in February 2015 and was renamed Our Lady and St Bede Catholic Academy. The school is still administered by the Diocese of Hexham and Newcastle but is now independent of council control. Since the school became independent of Stockton Local Authority the progress of pupils has risen significantly. In 2016 Our Lady and St Bede was the highest performing school in the North East of England using the government's new Progress 8 measure. Our Lady and St Bede Catholic Academy offers GCSEs and BTECs as programmes of study for pupils. Graduating students often go on to attend Stockton Riverside College or Stockton Sixth Form College.

Norton, also known as Norton-on-Tees, is a market town and civil parish in the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees, in County Durham, England. The suburbs of Roseworth and Ragworth are notable areas of the town. Billingham Beck is to the east of the town, the beck flows to the south-east. The town also contains the areas of Wolviston and Wynyard which are to the north of the town and are wards of the town. The town had a population of 20,829 in the 2011 Census.The area's centre dates back to at least the Anglo-Saxon period. It was the centre of an ancient parish that once included the chapelry of Stockton, which became its own ancient parish in 1713 which was three years after Stockton was granted a market charter. It became a part of Teesside County Borough in 1968, which was abolished in 1974, it has not been parished since.

Bishopsgarth is a west Stockton area in the borough of Stockton-on-Tees, County Durham, England. It is part of Bishopsgarth and Elm Tree Ward, which had a population of 6,689 in the 2011 census. It is near Hardwick and Fairfield. The area has a shopping parade and the Outwood Academy Bishopsgarth.

Red House School is a co-educational private day school in Norton, Stockton-on-Tees, in the north-east of England.Nursery, Reception and Year 1 are located in a purpose-built unit, whilst Years 2, 3 and 4 are in a Georgian Vicarage. The Preparatory School and Senior School are in a manor house.In 2010 Red House came 1st in the independent secondary school with no sixth form category in The Sunday Times Parent League Tables 2010. A school's place in the Sunday Times league tables is determined by the percentage of its students who achieve A - C grades at GCSE, and A and B grades at A level. In 2019, the school achieved a 99% A*-C grade across all GCSE results.
