Shi-Tennoji School in UK (英国四天王寺学園, Eikoku Shitennōji Gakuen) was a Japanese international secondary school in Herringswell, Suffolk, England, United Kingdom, near Bury St Edmunds. The Japanese government classified the school as a Shiritsu zaigai kyoiku shisetsu (私立在外教育施設) or an overseas branch of a Japanese private school. Shi-tennoji International Limited owned the school, and the organisation intended to develop Japan-United Kingdom relations with the school.

Barton Mills Valley is a 10.7 hectare Local Nature Reserve in Mildenhall in Suffolk. It is owned and managed by West Suffolk Council. The site is in Breckland Forest biological Site of Special Scientific Interest.This diverse site has reedbeds, alder carr, willow carr and sedge areas. There are picnic benches, a car park and disabled access.

Norah Hanbury-Kelk Meadows is an eight hectare nature reserve in Barton Mills in Suffolk. It is managed by the Suffolk Wildlife Trust.These wet meadows and dykes have diverse flora, such as southern marsh orchids, lady's smock, early marsh orchid and greater bird's foot trefoil. Birds include snipe and ducks.There is access by a footpath next to a bridge over the River Lark.

Mildenhall railway station is a disused railway station that was the terminus of the closed Cambridge to Mildenhall railway. It served the market town of Mildenhall, Suffolk, and closed for passengers in 1962. The station building is now a private residence and the goods shed to the west of the station has been used by local businesses for storage and other purposes.

Forest Heath district was merged with the borough of St Edmundsbury on 1 April 2019 to form a new West Suffolk district.Forest Heath was the home to two of the largest United States Air Force (USAF) airbases in the UK: RAF Lakenheath and RAF Mildenhall, as well as the headquarters of British horse racing, Newmarket Racecourse. Forest Heath had had a high suicide rate when compared to the rest of Suffolk, to the East of England and to England overall. The reasons for this are unknown. In the English indices of deprivation 2010 report published by the Department for Communities and Local Government, two parts of Forest Heath have the highest employment out of 32483 areas in England.

The first recorded match on the ground was in 1976, when Suffolk played Huntingdonshire. The ground hosted its first Minor Counties Championship match in the same year when Suffolk played Norfolk. From 1977 to present, the ground has hosted 30 Minor Counties Championship matches and 2 MCCA Knockout Trophy matches.The ground has also hosted List-A matches. The first List-A match played on the ground was between Suffolk and the Lancashire Cricket Board in the 2000 NatWest Trophy. The ground has hosted 2 further List-A matches involving Suffolk, against the Essex Cricket Board in the 2nd round of the 2001 Cheltenham & Gloucester Trophy and against Nottinghamshire in the 3rd round of the same competition. In local domestic cricket, the ground is the home of Mildenhall Cricket Club who play in the East Anglian Premier Cricket League.

Mildenhall is a market town and civil parish in Suffolk, England. The town is near the A11 road, and is 37 mi (60 km) north-west of Ipswich, the county town. The large Royal Air Force station, RAF Mildenhall, as well as RAF Lakenheath, are located north of the town. Both are used by the United States Air Force as the headquarters of its 100th Air Refueling Wing and 352nd Special Operations Group. Mildenhall is often seen as the start of The Fens on the south/east.
