Atakent, Küçükçekmece

Halkalı Stadı (Halkalı Stadium) is an underground station on the M11 line of the Istanbul Metro. It is located under 4th Street in the Atakent neighborhood of Küçükçekmece. It was opened on 20 June 2026. The station will become an interchange station with the M7 line at Atakent Mahallesi in 2028.

Atatürk Mahallesi is an underground station on the M9 line of the Istanbul Metro. It is located under Öztürk Street in the Atatürk neighbourhood of Küçükçekmece. It was opened on 18 March 2024, with the extension of M9 from Bahariye to Ataköy. The station was originally designed to be a single station complex with the future M7 line station. When the M7 line extension was revised in 2021, it was decided that the connection between the stations would be abandoned and that the M7 station would be built with the shaft type. Another revision was made in 2023, which meant that this decision was abandoned and it was decided to build the M7 station in a tunnel type and connect it to the M9 station via a pedestrian underpass of approximately 130 meters.

Atatürk is a neighbourhood in the Küçükçekmece district of Istanbul, Türkiye. As of 2022, it had a population of 41,529. The neighbourhood covers an area of 1.6 km².

Bahariye is an underground station on the M9 line of the Istanbul Metro. It is located on Şehit Albay Rıdvan Özden Street in the Memet Akif neighbourhood of Küçükçekmece. It was opened on 29 May 2021, and is the current southern terminus of the line.

Ziya Gökalp Mahallesi is an underground station on the M9 line of the Istanbul Metro in Başakşehir, Istanbul. The station is located beneath Hürriyet Boulevard in the Ziya Gökalp neighborhood of Başakşehir. Ziya Gökalp Mahallesi was opened on 13 June 2013 as part of the Olimpiyatköy branch to Olimpiyat station. It was converted in to the M9 line along with the Olimpiyat station.

Halkalı Merkez is a neighbourhood in the district of Küçükçekmece, located on the European side of Istanbul, Turkey. It is one of the most populous neighbourhoods in the district, with a population of 80,115 as of 2024.

Istanbul Sabahattin Zaim University (Turkish: İstanbul Sabahattin Zaim Üniversitesi) is a Turkish private higher-education institution established by "İlim Yayma Vakfı" (literally: Foundation for Popularization of Science) on April 24, 2010. The education at the university began in the 2011–12 term.The university was named after Sabahattin Zaim (1926-2007), who was a professor of economics in the Faculty of Economics at Istanbul University until 1993. A Macedonian from birth, he served as the founding rector of the International University of Sarajevo in 2003-04 after he taught at several universities in and outside Turkey. He was also a founding member of İlim Yayma Vakfı.The university's main campus is located in Halkalı, Küçükçekmece, Faculty building is situated in Altunizade and the some Research Centers in Eyüp.

MASKO is an underground station on the M9 line of the Istanbul Metro. It is located on Süleyman Demirel Boulevard in the Ziya Gökalp neighbourhood of Başakşehir. It was opened on 29 May 2021.

The Mall of İstanbul (with a dotted capital I, the Turkish spelling of the word İstanbul; abbreviated form MOİ) is a 3,800,000 sq ft (350,000 m2) mixed-use development in the Başakşehir district of Istanbul, centered around one of Turkey's largest shopping malls with 154,000 m2 (1,660,000 sq ft) of gross leasable area. The complex includes office spaces, a 175-room Hilton Hotel that opened in 2020, an IMAX theater within a fifteen-screen cinema, and a 700-seat theater known as MOİ Sahne. Other facilities comprise an amusement park (MOİPark), a nature park, a gourmet center, terraced gardens, swimming pools, a club and spa, sports fields, and WOX Turkey, an illusion and toy museum. The complex opened in April 2014, featuring approximately 350 retail stores. Notable developments in Turkish retail at the site included the introduction of the first two-story LC Waikiki, the first H&M Home store in the country, the first full-line Victoria's Secret store in Turkey, and the second Debenhams store in the nation, following its initial location at Istanbul Cevahir. Both Debenhams locations ceased operations in 2017. As of June 2024, the retail anchors and larger tenants at the complex include prominent brands such as Armani Exchange, Beymen Club, Brooks Brothers, Calvin Klein, Gant, Guess, Harry Potter Store, Lacoste, Massimo Dutti, Mango, Sephora, Swarovski, Tommy Hilfiger, Vakko Boutique, Boyner, Decathlon, DeFacto, H&M, Koçtaş, Koton, LC Waikiki, Marks & Spencer, MediaMarkt, 5M Migros and TeknoSA.

Fatih Karagümrük Spor Kulübü, also known as Mısırlı.com.tr Fatih Karagümrük for sponsorship reasons but commonly known as Karagümrük, is a Turkish professional football club based in the Karagümrük neighbourhood of the Fatih district on the historic peninsula of Istanbul. Founded in 1926, the club play in red and black and are nicknamed Kara Kırmızı (“Black-Reds”). Karagümrük currently compete in the TFF 1. Lig, the second tier of Turkish football, and stage most home matches at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium, while maintaining training facilities and their academy structure in Fatih. One of the oldest clubs from Istanbul’s European side, Karagümrük were among the pioneers of the professional era in Turkey and won the Istanbul professional league title in 1957–58. After a lengthy spell outside the top flight, they returned to the Süper Lig in 2020–21 following promotion from the 1. Lig. In the 2020s the team has been coached by a series of high-profile managers, including Francesco Farioli, Volkan Demirel and Andrea Pirlo, and has become known for a progressive, possession-based style. The Atatürk Olympic Stadium (Turkish: Atatürk Olimpiyat Stadı, pronounced [aˈtatyɾc]) is a stadium in Istanbul, Turkey. Located in the western district of İkitelli, it is the largest-capacity stadium in the country. The stadium is named after Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder and first President of the Republic of Turkey. Its construction began in 1999 and was completed in 2002. It was originally built for Turkey's failed bid for the 2008 Olympic Games that were ultimately awarded to Beijing, China. It cost about US$140 million.With its 76,761 (all-seater) capacity and Olympic size, it was granted the "5-star sports complex" title by the UEFA in 2004, enabling it to host the finals of UEFA events. The 2005 UEFA Champions League Final between Milan and Liverpool was played at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium on 25 May 2005. The stadium is also certified by the IAAF and IOC as a first-class venue for track and field, and has hosted several European athletic competitions. The stadium was originally scheduled to stage its second Champions League final between Paris Saint-Germain and Bayern Munich on 30 May 2020, but following the COVID-19 pandemic in Europe the match was postponed and later rescheduled to August at the Estádio da Luz in Lisbon, Portugal behind closed doors; the stadium was then set to hold the 2021 final between Manchester City and Chelsea instead, but the match was once again moved to Portugal, this time at the Estádio do Dragão in Porto. The stadium is scheduled to host the 2023 UEFA Champions League Final.Süper Lig football team Istanbul BB used the venue as their home stadium until they moved to the Başakşehir Fatih Terim Stadium in 2014. Galatasaray played its home games at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium during the 2003–2004 football season because their own venue, the Ali Sami Yen Stadium, was under renovation. Galatasaray eventually returned to Ali Sami Yen for the 2004–2005 season, but played 2006–2007 UEFA Champions League group stage matches at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium. Sivasspor also played some of its Süper Lig home games at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium due to bad weather conditions in their original hometown stadium. Beşiktaş used the arena in the 2013–14 season to play most of their home games, with the reasoning being the same as Galatasaray's, while their own stadium, the Vodafone Park, was under construction.
