Godfrey Shew House is a historic home located at Fish House in Fulton County, New York. It was built in 1784 and is a 2-story, five-bay-wide and two-bay-deep, timber-frame, gable-roofed residence in the Federal style. Attached to the main block is a 1-story wing. It features a 1-story entrance porch supported by four Tuscan columns. Also on the property is a 2+1⁄2-story carriage house dating to about 1885.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2006.

Packer Farm and Barkersville Store is a historic farm and general store and national historic district located at Middle Grove, Saratoga County, New York. The district encompasses four contributing buildings and one contributing structure in the Town of Providence. They are the Packer house (c. 1825-1859), frame English barn (c. 1825 and later), frame store (c. 1893 and later), second frame barn with attached shed (c. 1860), and a dam. The Packer house is a two-story, frame dwelling moved to its present location about 1857, along with the English barn. The house exhibits Federal and Greek Revival style design elements.: 3, 5 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2013.

The Saratoga County Homestead, or Homestead Sanitarium, was a large tuberculosis sanatorium located in the hamlet of Barkersville, [Also known as East Galway] in Providence, New York. It is publicly recorded as The Homestead Sanitarium and located on County Highway 16. The Homestead was opened in 1914 and treated patients for tuberculosis until 1960. The original building was wood, but was replaced by the brick building that stands today, in 1932. The institution reopened in 1961 as The Saratoga County Infirmary. Some visitors of the building point to the things left behind — beds, books, kitchen supplies, medical supplies, etc. — as evidence of the facility being shut down suddenly. However, if this was in fact reopened as the Saratoga County Infirmary, then the left behind items would not be related to the sanitarium. Saratoga County officials sold the building in the 1980s to Bruce Houran, who was planning to reopen it as healthcare related facility. The building remains vacant, but still stands.Thrill seekers have often traveled to this building in the hopes of capturing some ghost activity.It has been sold to Patrick Brereton of Saratoga Springs, New York.The Homestead was sold via tax auction in September 2019 to current owner, James Walk from Corinth, Texas. The Homestead is set to undergo renovations and James is working with a local contact to start scheduling photography tours and will eventually open access to most parts of the hospital. The caretakers house is scheduled as the first stage in the rehab for the entire property. Plans for the property include creating a retreat for veterans, adding some local business, creation of agricultural training course and outdoor gardens along with a living museum of the sites history as a tuberculosis hospital.

The lake was first constructed in 1855 to serve as a reservoir for the nearby City of Amsterdam, and was owned by the Amsterdam Water Works Company. Galway Lake was enlarged by the creation of the Galway Lake Dam on North Chuctanunda Creek in Saratoga County, New York, once used to power various mills and industries along the creek, and is now used solely for recreation purposes. Construction of the current Galway Lake Dam was completed in 1982, after the camper association purchased it from the Amsterdam Water Works Company for $1. At normal levels it has a surface area of 564 acres (228 ha). It is property of Galway Lake Campers Association.At low levels the Lake is at 550 acres (220 ha); also, it currently permits only electric powered or sail boats. The Lake is located at latitude - longitude coordinates (also known as lat-long or GPS coordinates) of N 43.02619 and W -74.08291. Galway Lake is shown in the center of the topographic (topo) map, which is sourced from the United States Geographical Survey map USGS Galway quad.

It features a restaurant, bar and lounge, and operates year round. The historic structure is a two-part building consisting of a two-story, brick block building built in 1854, when it was built as a glove store, and clapboard clad frame block added in 1881 when it was converted into a hotel. The brick block measures 30 feet by 90 and frame addition is 55 feet by 65 feet. Both have gable roofs and features a two-story, hipped roof verandah added about 1881.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2011.
