Canton of Lille-2

The canton of Lille-3 is an administrative division of the Nord department, northern France. It was created at the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. Its seat is in Lille.It consists of the following communes: Lille (partly) Mons-en-Barœul

Lycée Valentine Labbé is a senior high school/sixth-form college in La Madeleine, Nord, France, in the Lille Metropole. It is two tram stations away from Gare Lille Flandres.The school has a boarding facility.

Tour de Lille (previously known as Tour du Crédit-Lyonnais between 1995–2006) is an office skyscraper in Euralille, the business district of the Lille metropolitan area. Designed by Christian de Portzamparc, this emblematic tower of the city of Lille is also called "the ski boot", "the flipper" or even "the L".116 m high, with an area of 18,135 m2, it is the fifth tallest tower outside of Île-de-France behind the Tour Incity in Lyon, the Tour Part-Dieu in Lyon, the Tour CMA-CGM in Marseille and the Tour Bretagne in Nantes. The Tour de Lille overlooks the Lille-Europe station.

Tour Euralille is an office skyscraper in Euralille, the business district of the Lille metropolitan area. Designed by Jean-Claude Burdèse and Claude Vasconi, 110 m high, it is the second tallest tower in Lille after the Tour de Lille. The Tour Euralille and its atrium span the Lille-Europe station, which represented a real technical challenge during its construction. The mixed structure of the tower, produced by the company Rabot Dutilleul Construction, consists of a reinforced concrete ladder beam which is supported by a metal frame supporting the suspended floors.

Lille-Europe station (French: Gare de Lille-Europe) is a SNCF railway station in Lille, France, on the LGV Nord high-speed railway. The station is primarily used for international Eurostar and long-distance SNCF TGV services, although some high-speed regional trains also call at the station. The station was built in 1993 to be used as a through station for trains between the UK, Belgium, and the Netherlands, as well as French TGV services, except those coming from Paris which normally terminate at Lille-Flandres. There is a 400 m (1,300 ft) walking distance between the two stations, which are also adjacent stops on the Lille Metro.

La Madeleine (French pronunciation: ​[la madlɛn]) is a commune in the Nord department in northern France.It is a suburb of the city of Lille, bordering it on its north side.

Euralille is an urban quarter in the centre of Lille, France. Conceived as a major European business district in the 1980s, it is strategically located at the intersection of the high-speed railway lines linking Paris, Brussels, and London, and incorporates the Gare de Lille Europe and Gare de Lille Flandres railway stations. The master plan was commissioned in 1988 to the Office of Metropolitan Architecture (OMA) led by Rem Koolhaas.

The Zénith de Lille (or Zénith Arena) is a multi-purpose indoor arena in Lille, France. Designed by the Dutch architect Rem Koolhaas with Cecil Balmond and inaugurated in 1994, the Zénith Arena is a part of the cultural complex Lille Grand Palais which includes two other spaces: a Congress Center and Exhibition halls. Rem Koolhaas surrounded himself with Renz van Luxemburg for the acoustic studies, dUCKS scéno for the scenography and Arup Group for the engineering studies. Its ability to seat up to 7,000 people makes it one of the largest venues in Lille. The closest métro station is Lille Grand Palais.

ESC Lille is a French business school founded in 1892. It has two campuses, one in Lille and one in Paris. ESC Lille is EQUIS accredited by the EFMD (European Foundation for Management Education) and the Conference Of The Grandes Ecoles. In 2005, it was the first European business school to be accredited by Project Management Institute’s Global Accreditation Center for Project Management (GACPM), and is still the only PMI-accredited business school in France. In July 2009 the union of Ceram Business School and ESC Lille was announced. It will create the largest French business school in terms of student numbers. The new school, named Skema Business School (School of Knowledge Economy and MAnagement), span three sites in France in Lille, Paris and Sophia Antipolis near Nice and three sites: in China (Suzhou) United States (Raleigh, NC) and Brazil (Belo Orizonte). In May 2019 SKEMA Business School announced the opening of a new site in Cape Town (South Africa) and the possibility to enter in Russia and India.

Marcq-en-Barœul (French pronunciation: ​[maʁk ɑ̃ baʁœl]; Picard: Marke-in-Bareul; older Dutch: Marke) is a commune in the Nord department in the Hauts-de-France region in northern France.It is a suburb of the city of Lille, and is immediately adjacent to it on the northeast. It is the sixth-largest component of the Métropole Européenne de Lille. Marcq-en-Barœul is known as the most affluent suburb city of Lille, it is part of the 'Triangle d'or' (Golden triangle) of Lille. It features expensive real estate, especially alongside the Grand Boulevard and Hippodrome des Flandres racecourse. The city is also home to one of the campuses of the elite international private collège and lycée active bilingue Jeannine-Manuel.

Lille-Flandres station (French: Gare de Lille-Flandres, Dutch: Rijsel Vlaanderen) is the main railway station of Lille, capital of French Flanders. It is a terminus for SNCF Intercity and regional trains. It opened in 1842 as the Gare de Lille, but was renamed in 1993 when Lille Europe station opened. There is a 500m walking distance between the two stations, which are also adjacent stops on one of the lines of the Lille Metro.

The Lille 2 University of Health and Law (French: Université Lille 2 : Droit et Santé) was a French university for health, sports, management and law. It was located in Lille and was part of the Community of Universities and Institutions (COMUE) Lille Nord de France. The University of Lille II inherits from the Faculty of Law established as the Université de Douai in 1559. After, sciences and technologies are taught in an independent campus of Université de Lille I - USTL, while literature and social sciences are taught as part of the independent campus of Université de Lille III - Charles de Gaulle. Altogether, the universities of Lille include more than 90,000 students and are the core parts of the European Doctoral College Lille-Nord-Pas de Calais that includes 3,000 PhD Doctorate students supported by university research laboratories. Henri Warembourg was president of this university. His son, Nicolas Warembourg, is professor of law in Sorbonne.Since 1970, the main campus of University de Lille II in situated in Ronchin, in the southern part of Lille. It includes 24,000 students 1,050 faculty members and 830 staff 50 research labs, associated to the European Doctoral College Lille Nord-Pas de Calais 250 courses towards nationally accredited degrees and 170 courses towards university diploma.At the beginning of 2018, the three universities of Lille (Lille 1, Lille 2, Lille 3) merged to form the University of Lille.
