Lavells Lake

Lodge Wood and Sandford Mill is a 2.3-hectare (5.7-acre) biological Site of Special Scientific Interest east of Woodley in Berkshire.This site consists of two small wet woodlands bordering the River Loddon.

The Emm Brook, sometimes known as the Embrook or Emmbrook, is a small river in the English county of Berkshire. It is a tributary of the River Loddon which it meets at the village of Hurst.The Wokingham suburb of Emmbrook is named after the river. The Emm Brook passes through Dinton Pastures Country Park, where the original route has been diverted to enable gravel extraction in the 1970s. It flows along the eastern boundary of The Emmbrook School. On July 20, 2007. the river suffered a flash flood that breached banks at Emmbrook School, among others. It destroyed the ground floor rooms and computer suites causing them to be totally rebuilt over the summer holiday.

Dinton Pastures Country Park is a country park in the civil parish of St Nicholas Hurst, in the borough of Wokingham, near Reading in the English county of Berkshire.

The Museum of Berkshire Aviation is a small aviation museum in Woodley, a town in Berkshire, England. The museum is on the edge of the site of the former Woodley Aerodrome and many of its exhibits relate to the Phillips & Powis company, later renamed Miles Aircraft, which was based there from 1932 to 1947. Other aircraft exhibited were built by Handley Page (Reading) Ltd, and by Fairey Aviation at White Waltham near Maidenhead. Despite being a small museum, several of the exhibits are unique survivors. These include a Miles Martinet (a World War II target tug), the only Miles Student two-seat side-by-side jet trainer ever built, and a Fairey Jet Gyrodyne — a composite helicopter and autogyro, or gyrodyne. Other exhibits include: A Fairey Gannet carrier-borne anti-submarine aircraft, formerly operated by the Royal Navy. A Handley Page Herald turboprop airliner, designed by Miles and built at Woodley after Handley Page took over Miles' aircraft contracts. A Miles Magister two-seat basic trainer aircraft.

Winnersh Meadows is a 10 hectares (25 acres) public open space located along the northern boundary of Winnersh, Berkshire, just south of the A329(M).

Alder Moors is a 8.5-hectare (21-acre) Local Nature Reserve in Woodley, a suburb of Reading in Berkshire. It is owned and managed by Wokingham District Council.The name 'Aldermoors' derives from the alder trees that populate this reserve. It is ancient woodland with coppiced areas.

The Forest School is an 11-18 boys secondary school located in Winnersh, Berkshire, England. It is located on Robin Hood Lane, the B3030 road, next to Winnersh railway station. Since September 2012, the Forest has educated academy players from local Football League Championship football club Reading FC. Whilst being an all boys school, girls are admitted into the sixth form.

It is served by South Western Railway services between London Waterloo and Reading. The station is 38 miles 53 chains (62.2 km) from London Waterloo and 7.7 kilometres (4.8 mi) from Reading, at the point where the B3030 road crosses the line on an overbridge.Winnersh railway station should not be confused with the much newer Winnersh Triangle railway station, which is situated on the same line some 1.25 kilometres (0.78 mi) in the Reading direction.

Winnersh Triangle railway station is one of two railway stations in Winnersh, Berkshire, England. It is served by South Western Railway services between London Waterloo and Reading. The station is on the west side of Winnersh, 39 miles 35 chains (63.5 km) from London Waterloo and 6.4 kilometres (4.0 mi) from Reading. It is situated on an embankment by which the railway crosses the valley of the River Loddon, and is some 500 metres (1,600 ft) east of the bridge across that river.Winnersh Triangle railway station should not be confused with the much older Winnersh railway station, which is situated on the same line some 1.25 kilometres (0.78 mi) in the London direction.

Woodley United F.C. is a football club based in Woodley, Berkshire, England. The club can trace its history back to 1904 although it is thought that it existed in the 19th century. Currently it is a member of the Combined Counties League Division One.
