The New Majestic Hotel, on Bukit Pasoh Road in Singapore's Chinatown is a hotel built in 1928. The building originally consisted of four shophouses and a restaurant. It is a boutique hotel under The Unlisted Collection owned by Loh Lik Peng.In 2003, the exterior was restored to its original state, and the lobby ceiling was stripped to reveal the previous paintwork. It was reopened as a boutique hotel. The restoration earned it a national Architectural Heritage award. Furnishings include old dentist's chairs and theatre seats, as well as more modern items. In 2006, a company called Ministry of Design designed the interior architecture for the building.

The Ee Hoe Hean Club (simplified Chinese: 怡和轩俱乐部; traditional Chinese: 怡和軒俱樂部; pinyin: Yíhéxuān jùlèbù), founded in 1895 and located at Bukit Pasoh Road in Chinatown, was a millionaires' club in Singapore. Besides functioning as a social and business club, members of the club were actively involved in the political development of China in the early 20th century. The club supported the 1911 Xinhai Revolution which overthrew the Qing Dynasty, and later the establishment of the Republic of China. During World War II, it was the headquarters of the anti-Japanese China Salvation Movement in Southeast Asia from 1937 to 1942. On 18 October 1995, the club was gazetted as a Heritage Site by the National Heritage Board of Singapore.

Teo Hong Road (Chinese: 赵芳路; pinyin: Zhào fāng lù) is a one-way road located in the Tanjong Pagar area within the Outram Planning Area of Singapore. The road links Bukit Pasoh Road to New Bridge Road, and is lined with a row of conserved shophouses, built during colonial times. The conservation area is part of the Bukit Pasoh Conservation Area. The nearest MRT station is Outram Park MRT station.

Jiak Chuan Road (Chinese: 若铨路; pinyin: Ruò quán lù) is a two-way road in Chinatown within the Outram Planning Area in Singapore. The road links Teck Lim Road to Keong Saik Road, it is home to several budget hotels and rows of shophouses. The place was formerly part of the Keong Saik Road red light district, home to numerous brothels.

Outram Park MRT station is an underground Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) interchange station on the East West line and North East line located on the boundary of Bukit Merah and Outram planning areas, Singapore, near the junction of Outram Road, Eu Tong Sen Street and New Bridge Road. It is the nearest MRT station to the Singapore General Hospital and is also close to the Police Cantonment Complex. It is also located near Singapore General Hospital, the Health Promotion Board, Pearl's Hill City Park and Pinnacle@Duxton. Outram Park station is slated to become a triple-line interchange in 2022, joining Dhoby Ghaut MRT station and Marina Bay MRT station when Stage 3 of the Thomson–East Coast line opens.

Keong Saik Road (Chinese: 恭锡路) is a one-way road located in Chinatown within the Outram Planning Area in Singapore. The road links New Bridge Road to Neil Road, and is intersected by Kreta Ayer Road.

Eng Aun Tong Building, also known as Tiger Balm Medical Hall, is a historic building at the corner of Neil Road and Craig Road in Tanjong Pagar, Singapore. Completed in the 1920s, it served as the Tiger Balm factory for several decades.

The Central Police Division (or 'A' Division), is one of the seven land division of the Singapore Police Force. It was established in 1867 and is the longest-serving Police Division in Singapore. Amongst the seven land divisions covering all of Singapore's primary land mass, Central Division has the smallest operational area, covering just over 27 square kilometres and has a residential population of around 280,000.

The Volunteer Special Constabulary (VSC) is an important component of the Singapore Police Force (SPF), contributing more than seventy years of volunteer service to the nation. The VSC officers are imbued with equal powers of a regular police officer to enforce law and order in Singapore. The VSC comprises volunteers from the general public, from grassroots committee volunteers to white-collar workers to blue-collar workers, to serve the common good by complementing the Singapore Police Force. VSC Officers wear the same police uniform to mainly patrol the streets and participate in public outreach roadshows to clock their volunteering hours. Previously headquartered at the Eu Tong Sen Street Police Station and Toa Payoh Police Station, it relocated to the new Police Cantonment Complex in year 2000.

The Commercial Affairs Department (CAD) is a staff department of the Singapore Police Force (SPF). The department was first established in 1984 as the Commercial Crime Department (CCD), it is the white-collar crimes unit of the SPF.

The Police Cantonment Complex (PCC) is a high-rise government complex located on 391 New Bridge Road, Singapore 088762, next to Outram Park MRT station. It was officially opened in July 2001.

Tong Ah Building is a building at the junction of Keong Saik Road and Teck Lim Road in Chinatown, Singapore. Formerly occupied by Tong Ah Eating House, it currently houses Potato Head, a restaurant.
