Kensington is a neighbourhood located in west Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada that began construction in 2013. Around 2028, Kensington will reach completion and have an estimated population of 8,300. Kensington will feature Saskatoon's first application of the fused grid street network.

The Confederation Park subdivision of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, is located west of the South Saskatchewan River, Saskatoon's west side.

Pacific Heights is geographically located in north west Saskatoon. The main construction boom for this community was the 1970s, during which the City of Saskatoon annexed the land. Following elementary school, students usually attend Tommy Douglas Collegiate or Bethlehem Catholic High School on Bowlt Crescent a part of Blairmore SDA community. According to MLS data, the average sale price of a home as of 2013 was $279,500.

Saskatoon Fairview is a provincial electoral district for the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, Canada. The district includes the neighbourhoods of Kensington, Parkridge, Pacific Heights, Blairmore S. C., Confederation Park and part of Massey Place. Contrary to the name, the neighbourhood of Fairhaven is not part of the riding. The riding was created prior to the 1982 election from parts of Biggar, Saskatoon Westmount and Saskatoon Riversdale.

Tommy Douglas Collegiate Institute is a high school located in the Blairmore Suburban Centre district of western Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, serving students from grades 9 through 12. It is named for Tommy Douglas, the "Father of Canadian Medicare," leader of the Saskatchewan Co-operative Commonwealth Federation and premier of Saskatchewan from 1944 to 1961. The school is unique among Saskatoon public schools in that it is the first to be physically connected to both a regional recreation complex (Shaw Centre) and to a Catholic/separate school (Bethlehem Catholic High School). Its feeder schools are Dundonald School, Ernest Lindner School, Fairhaven School, James L. Alexander School, Lester B. Pearson School, Montgomery School, Wâhkôhtowin School and École Henry Kelsey.

Bethlehem Catholic High School is a separate (Catholic) high school in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada, that opened in August 2007. It is located off 22nd Street West in the Blairmore Suburban Centre neighbourhood. Bethlehem serves students living on the west side of Circle Drive. This school integrates faith and learning in a facility featuring a chapel, two gymnasiums and a theatre. It is physically connected to the public high school Tommy Douglas Collegiate through the adjacent Shaw Centre recreation facility. Bethlehem was named after the birthplace of Jesus Christ, the foundation of the Christian religion. On June 7, 2009, a fire destroyed an addition containing portable classrooms still under construction. Damage was estimated at $750,000. The fire caused only minor damage to the existing building. The cause of the fire was determined to be arson.In 2011, work began on four classrooms to be added to the existing portables. Currently its feeder schools are Bishop Klein School, Bishop Roborecki School, Father Vachon School, St. Dominic School, St. Gerard, St. Marguerite School, St. Lorenzo Ruiz Catholic School, St. Mark School and St. Peter School.

Blairmore Suburban Development Area (SDA) is an area in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (Canada). It is a part of the west side community of Saskatoon. It lies (generally) north of the outskirts of the City and the Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344, west of downtown Saskatoon, and the Core Neighbourhoods SDA, south of the North West Industrial SDA, and west of the Confederation SDA. Most of the Blairmore SDA consists of undeveloped land annexed by the city in the mid-2000s. A total of nine neighbourhoods, primarily residential in nature, are ultimately planned for the SDA. As of late 2019, two are in the process of development: the commercial/residential Blairmore Suburban Centre and the residential community Kensington. A third residential area, Elk Point, is also in its early stages.

Parkridge is a residential community in western Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, located on land annexed by the city between 1975 and 1979. Development of the subdivision initially began in the early 1980s. The extreme west end of the neighbourhood remained undeveloped until the subsequent creation of the adjacent Blairmore Suburban Centre led to the final phase of Parkridge being built out in the early 2010s. Whereas the majority of residents are employed in the sales and service sector, the next highest employer is business, finance and administration. The two main age groups are those in their 40s and teenagers as of 2005. Until recently Parkridge was the farthest western neighbourhood of Saskatoon south of 22nd Street. However, new construction will soon see Neighbourhood 2 of the Blairmore SDA bear that claim to fame. In comparison, the neighbourhood of Parkridge with a 2001 census population of 4,505 is larger than the Saskatchewan city of Melville which had a population of 4,149 in 2006, and 4,453 in 2001 and Parkridge is a little smaller than the provincial city of Humboldt which was 4,998 in 2006, and 5,161 in 2001. In Saskatchewan rural towns must maintain a population above 5,000 to apply for city status. According to MLS data, the average sale price of a home as of 2013 was $327,072.

The Blairmore Suburban Centre is a community service/commercial/residential community currently under development in western Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. It is part of the city's Blairmore Suburban Development Area, a large region annexed from the Rural Municipality of Corman Park No. 344 in 2005. Ultimately, the SDA will consist of seven new neighbourhoods, plus the Blairmore Suburban Centre, which is the first component of the SDA to be developed. The suburban centre lies south of 22nd Street West, which is also Saskatchewan Highway 14. Saskatchewan Highway 7 forms the area's western boundary as it links to the site of a proposed interchange at 22nd Street; prior to 2012, however, the highway was temporarily aligned with Betts Avenue within the suburban centre until a new roadway was later constructed. The community also dovetails with the final phase of construction of the adjacent Parkridge community to the south. At present, the suburban centre consists of two high schools Tommy Douglas Collegiate and Bethlehem High School, plus a recreation/civic centre named Shaw Centre which opened the fall of 2008.; the three facilities are unique in Saskatoon as they are the first to be physically connected as one large building, allowing sharing of recreation amenities.

Confederation Mall is a 329,128 sq. ft. shopping mall located at 22nd Street and Circle Drive in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada. The mall was originally named Confederation Park Plaza when it opened in mid-1973, at which time its anchor tenants were Canada Safeway and Woolco.The mall was originally planned for a location on Saskatoon's east side, at the southwest corner of Clarence Avenue and Circle Drive (site of the present day Saskatoon Auto Mall), but in May 1972 Saskatoon City Council rejected the plan citing community concerns. As a result, the mall's developers looked to build on an alternate site on the city's west side. However plans for a mall in the area around what is now Confederation Park had existed at least as early as 1966.An unusual aspect of the mall is that, around the time construction began on 18 November 1972, the Saskatoon Star-Phoenix, in conjunction with mall developers Trizec Equities Ltd., hosted a "You Name It" contest inviting readers to come up with a name for the mall. A Saskatoon resident won an Air Canada flight to London and $300 for choosing the name "Confederation Park Plaza".In 1994, Woolco became Wal-Mart, and around this same time the mall underwent an expansion that added a food court and a new Safeway store; the original Safeway location became part of the food court with the remaining space used for a third anchor tenant, initially a branch of the Family Video home video rental chain, and later Petland. Other stores include clothing stores, electronics, services, florist, banks and jewelers. In the summer of 2009, a new state of the art Walmart was constructed in a new power centre commercial area in the Blairmore Suburban Centre several kilometres west of Confederation Mall; the only Walmart in Saskatoon to house both a McDonald’s & a Tim Hortons,(closed in 2022) the one in the mall closed after the 2009 holiday season and in 2010 was renovated to house a Canadian Tire (with Mark's Work Wearhouse) that opened in Spring of 2011 (in turn, the new Canadian Tire replaced a standalone location that had operated in the nearby Plaza 22 shopping centre since the 1970s) and now houses three separate retailers and a fitness centre Fit 4 Less, Dollar Tree, Sport Chek, and a Jysk, The new Canadian Tire and Marks is a standalone, as its connection to the rest of the mall was closed. This resulted in a portion of the mall being reconfigured to house a new anchor, Winners, which is accessed from inside the mall. This was followed by the launch of a major interior renovation to the mall which, as of 2015, was to expand the food court which currently today houses a Tim Hortons & a TacoTime.

Confederation Suburban Centre is a community in the city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, which consists primarily of commercial development.

Massey Place, is a geographically localised subdivision of the Confederation Suburban Development Area in the city of Saskatoon, Saskatchewan which is nestled around Archibald McDonald Park. Mcdonald Park is centrally located along the northern perimeter of 33rd Street East. The school yards of both Vincent Massey School and Bishop Klein School have their western boundaries along Archibald McDonald Park which has as its resources ball diamonds, soccer pitches, winter ice rinks, and playground facilities. Massey Place neighbourhood is close to amenities provided by both the commercial district of the Confederation Suburban Centre.
