The Iglesia de San Miguel el Alto is a building of medieval origin located in Toledo (Castile-La Mancha, Spain). Dedicated to St Michael, the church served one of the old Latin parishes of the city, but is now part of the parish of San Justo. It appears that it also had some relation to the Knights Templar who are believed to have had a guest-house in Toledo. The original 12th century building was extensively remodelled in the 17th century by Juan Bautista Monegro, but retains some Mudejar features, notably its tower from around the end of the 13th century.

The Alcázar of Toledo (Spanish: Alcázar de Toledo, IPA: [alˈkaθaɾ ðe toˈleðo]) is a stone fortification located in the highest part of Toledo, Spain. It is a large quadrangular building measuring 60 meters on a side, framed by four large towers 60 meters high, each crowned by the typical Madrid spire. Most of the building was rebuilt between 1939 and 1957 after the siege of the Alcázar during the Spanish Civil War.

The siege of the Alcázar was a highly symbolic Nationalist victory in Toledo in the opening stages of the Spanish Civil War. The Alcázar of Toledo was held by a variety of military forces in favour of the Nationalist uprising. Militias of the parties in the Popular Front began their siege on July 21, 1936. The siege ended on September 27 with the arrival of the Army of Africa under Francisco Franco.

The Iglesia de los Santos Justo y Pastor, popularly known as Iglesia de San Justo, is a church located in the city of Toledo (Castile-La Mancha, Spain). It was founded after the city was taken by King Alfonso VI of León and Castile in the 13th century. The city underwent transformations between the 14th and 18th centuries. This is a religious temple under the invocation of the holy children Justus and Pastor.

The Plaza de San Justo is a square located in the city of Toledo, in Castile-La Mancha, Spain. In the upper part of the city, halfway between the Alcázar and the Cathedral there is a square named after the Church of San Justo y Pastor. Of the same church and in that same square it says the legend of "The Christ of the Cutlery". There a sign where it read the legend where events are supposed to happen, or not. Also this small square houses other buildings of interest, such as the Palacio de Amusco and the Former Solís Sanatorium.

The Iglesia de San Vicente is a medieval church located in Toledo (Castile-La Mancha, Spain), it appears as a parish already in 1125, although, there is documentation that speaks of its being founded by Alfonso VI shortly after his conquest of the city in 1085. The current building is the result of successive reconstructions, transformations and additions. The oldest element preserved is the mudejar apse. Judging by its structure, the apse does not appear to be earlier than the 13th century. It follows a type very similar to that of another church in Toledo, Cristo de la Vega, in which the exterior stands out, and the straight section, which precedes the apse proper. Another feature consistent with that date is the use of friezes in the corner, separating horizontally the bodies of arches, and the same typology of arches, which repeats the folded half-points and the horseshoe pointed, covered by lobed, appearing in the Cristo de la Vega. The whole was disfigured by adding, on the axis, a large Baroque shield and opening two spans, for illumination of the main chapel and a crypt. In the interior it conserves the double archery that runs the perimeter of the apse, simple blind arches of horseshoe. To the right, taking advantage of the thickness of the wall, has incorporated a small Gothic chapel, with vault of crossery, of beginnings of the 14th century. Once the parish was abolished in 1842, the building now houses the Circle, part of the Toledo Museum of Art.

The Convento de San Juan de la Penitencia, also known as the Colegio de Doncellas pobres de San Juan de la Penitencia, is an Isabelline former convent building that was erected in 1514 in Toledo, Spain. The convent was established to rescue women from the street until they marry or to insert them into religious life. The convent was commissioned by Don Francisco Jiménez de Cisneros and built by architect Pedro Gumiel, combining elements of Moorish style with the Renaissance. The altarpiece was made by Alejandro Semini. The convent building suffered a devastating fire in 1936. It later served as a refuge for the homeless after the Spanish Civil War. The building currently houses the Music Conservatory and the Center for International Studies of the Ortega y Gasset Foundation.

The Museum of the Army (Spanish: Museo del Ejército) is a national museum located in Toledo, Spain, attached to the Ministry of Defence. The collection was previously housed in Madrid, and the museum opened on its present site in 2010. It occupies two linked buildings, Toledo's historic Alcázar (castle) and a purpose-built extension.

The building of the former Casino of Toledo (Spain), whose real name corresponds to the one of Center of Artists and Industrialists, belongs to the trend of Eclecticism that develops In Europe in the 19th century. The architect, Felipe Trigo, mixed elements of the Renaissance, in the configuration and planning of the facade, and Mudéjar, in the use of the brick. The building, whose plant is a quadrilateral, has four floors and a tower; the latter form chamfered corner and houses the main entrance. The materials used in the exterior are very different. Granite has been used in plinth, portal, corners and decorative elements; brick in holes, trim and turret, and masonry in the canvases. Two construction zones can be differentiated, considering the time in which they were erected. The oldest dating from the 1920s and the most recent was built in the 1960s. In 2015 a Saudi Sheikh buys part of the casino for an Islamic interpretation center.

The Teatro Rojas is a theater in the city of Toledo, Castile-La Mancha, Spain, inaugurated in 1879 on the old corral de comedias, Mesón de la Fruta. Its construction involved several architects. It is named for the local playwright Francisco de Rojas.

The Colegio de Nuestra Señora de los Infantes (College of Our Lady of the Infants) is a school in the city of Toledo (Castile-La Mancha, Spain). It was founded in the 16th century by Juan Martínez Silíceo, Archbishop of Toledo and later a cardinal, and was intended to provide a specialist musical education for the cathedral's young singers. The original building is protected by the heritage listing Bien de Interes Cultural, but the school relocated in the 1980s.

St Lawrence's Church (Spanish: Iglesia de San Lorenzo) is a ruined medieval church located in Toledo, Spain. It was built on the site of a mosque. The building as it survives is later, but preserves some mudejar features.
