Haney Hill

Bloom Creek is a stream in Ste. Genevieve County in the U.S. state of Missouri. It is a tributary of Madden Creek. Bloom Creek derives its name from the local Blume family.

The headwaters of Brushy Creek are within the Mark Twain National Forest at 37°43′29″N 90°06′13″W and the stream flows northeast to its confluence with Saline Creek about 1.5 miles southwest of the community of Minnith at 37°46′36″N 90°04′17″W at an elevation of 440 feet.Brushy Creek was so named on account of brush along its course.

Pickle Creek is a stream in Ste. Genevieve County in the U.S. state of Missouri. It is a tributary of the River aux Vases which it joins at the east boundary of Hawn State Park. Pickle Creek has the name of William Pickles, the original owner of the site.

Mertell Hill is a summit in Ste. Genevieve County in the U.S. state of Missouri. It has an elevation of 758 feet (231 m). The hill rises between the River aux Vases to the north and Mill Creek to the south. The community of River aux Vases lies along Missouri Route B just northeast of the peak. Mertell Hill has the name of the local Mertell family.

Hawn State Park is a public recreation area located 14 miles (23 km) southwest of Ste. Genevieve, Missouri. The state park's nearly 5,000 acres (2,000 ha) include three state-designated natural areas: Pickle Creek, LaMotte Sandstone Barrens, and Botkins Pine Woods. Orchid Valley is also considered part of Hawn State Park, but is not connected to the rest of the park and is not open to the public.
