Peruque Creek is a stream in St. Charles and Warren Counties in the U.S. state of Missouri. It is a tributary of the Mississippi River. The stream headwaters arise three miles east of Warrenton. The stream flows east and northeast passing just south of Wright City and enters St. Charles County just southwest of Foristell. The stream flow south of and parallel to Interstate 70 past Wentzville. The stream crosses under US Route 61 and enters the waters of Lake St. Louis. Below the dam the stream flows north passing under Interstate 70 then turns east flowing north of O'Fallon. The stream turns to the northeast and passes under Missouri Route 79 to continue southeast of the old community of Firma to its confluence with the Mississippi northwest of the village of Peruque.Peruque is a name given by French settlers; several traditions attempt to explain the meaning.During the Civil War the Union Army built a log fort to protect the railroad bridge over the Peruque. The crossing is located just north of the current Lake St. Louis dam. Alternate names include: Trains Creek, Barrock Creek, Bear Creek, Perruque Creek, and Perruque River.

Christian High School is a private Christian high school in O'Fallon, Missouri, with many students in grades pre-K through 12. The school mascot is the Eagle and the school colors are teal, black, and white.

CarShield Field, formerly T.R. Hughes Ballpark, is a stadium in O'Fallon, Missouri. It is primarily used for baseball, and was the home field of the River City Rascals Frontier League baseball team, until the team folded and ceased operations at the end of the 2019 season. Beginning in 2020, it became the home field for the O'Fallon Hoots of the Prospect League. CarShield Field became the host of the entire six–team 2020 CarShield Collegiate League upon the cancellation of the 2020 Prospect League season due to COVID-19. CarShield Field is home to a local high school baseball team, The Christian O'Fallon Eagles. It opened in 1999 with seating for 3,500 people, plus areas for 1,650 additional fans on lawn and outfield bleacher areas.

Established in 1960 as Fort Zumwalt High School, the school moved to its current location in 1976. "North" was added to the school's name when the district's second high school opened in 1987.

St. Mary's Institute of O'Fallon, also known as the Motherhouse for the Congregation of the Sisters of the Adoration of the Most Precious Blood, is a historic convent, school, and national historic district located at O'Fallon, St. Charles County, Missouri. The district encompasses 11 contributing buildings and 1 contributing site (a cemetery). The main building is the three-story, Gothic Revival style motherhouse. Its original section was built in 1874, with a series of interconnected wings dating from 1874 through 1997 making for a complex, irregular plan building. The building includes the convent, two chapels, academy, novitiate, dining room, kitchen, gym, and infirmary. A part of the building houses the O'Fallon City Hall.: 5–6 It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2007.

Winneberg is an unincorporated community in Calhoun County, Illinois, United States. Winneberg is located on the Mississippi River at the southern tip of Calhoun County. The area of Winneburg was once a thriving town with a school, many houses, and a quarry until the early 1900s. When the quarry closed, many of the residents left and the town fell into ruin. In the early 2000s a developer bought the land where the town once stood and developed it into a subdivision with the same name of the previous town.

The community is in southern Calhoun County 5 miles (8.0 km) south of Brussels, at the southernmost tip of the Calhoun County peninsula. Golden Eagle had its own post office until October 22, 2011; it still has its own ZIP Code, 62036.

Fort Zumwalt Park is a park in O'Fallon, Missouri, that features the rebuilt homestead fort of Jacob Zumwalt. The park's total area is 48 acres (19 ha) with 4-acre (1.6 ha) Lake Whetsel, a picnic pavilion, a shelter house, and a children's playground with equipment. The lake is open for fishing from February though October (7 am–7 pm). Fort Zumwalt Park hosts O'Fallon's annual Celebration of Lights, a drive-through display of light decorations, every Christmas season, and is home to the St. Charles Model Railroad Club. The site also includes the Darius Heald Home. Formerly a state park since 1939, the State of Missouri sold the property to the City of O'Fallon in 1978 for one dollar. The Heald Home was restored in 2001, and reconstruction of Zumwalt's fort was completed in 2015.
