Utah Championship

Oakridge Country Club is a golf course located in Farmington, Utah. Oakridge Country Club is a private, member-owned 18-hole golf course designed by William F. Bell and William Neff. The Country Club opened in 1957 and has approximately 400 members. During the Davis County windstorm of December 2011, hurricane-force winds ripped through the country club and destroyed an estimated 400 old growth trees, vastly changing the landscape and scenery of the course. In the spring of 2016, Oakridge completed a project to clean ponds, expand irrigation water storage and improve the design of the water features.

Cherry Hill is a small campground/amusement park in Kaysville, Utah. The park opened for business on June 4, 1967 originally as just a campground. It later, based upon the popularity of it as a campsite, created some water attractions for its campers to enjoy in the summer season. It is mainly popular during the summer because of its main focus on water rides. The park also contains many other attractions such as miniature golf, a ball pit for kids, Basketball on Trampolines, a rock climbing wall, Jungle Gym, a Jungle Themed Maze and weekend concerts.

Farmington station is a commuter rail station in Farmington, Utah, United States served by the FrontRunner, Utah Transit Authority's (UTA) commuter rail train that operates along the Wasatch Front with service from Ogden in central Weber County through Davis County, Salt Lake City, and Salt Lake County to Provo in central Utah County.

Station Park is a transit-oriented development located in Farmington, Utah, United States. It borders the Farmington FrontRunner station. Centercal Properties developed and currently maintains Station Park. Amenities include approximately 100 stores, a fountain that is synchronized to music and lights, an ice skating rink, a Hyatt Place hotel and a Cinemark theatre.

Farmington is a city in, and the county seat of, Davis County, Utah, United States. The population was 24,531 at the 2020 census. The Lagoon Amusement Park and Station Park transit-oriented retail center (which includes a FrontRunner train station) are located in Farmington.

The USU Botanical Center is a botanical garden and a Utah State University distance education site located in Kaysville near Salt Lake City, Utah. The center offers educational opportunities for children and adults, all backed by USU Extension. It is home to an arboretum arranged according to the irrigation needs of its more than 300 trees and shrubs, gardens and home landscapes that demonstrate wise water use and research aimed at conserving the region's rich array of plants.

Davis Technical College (Davis Tech) is a public technical college in Kaysville, Utah. It provides competency-based education in an open-entry, open-exit environment which prepares over 6,000 high school and adult students with career and technical skills. Generally, students may start or end at any time during the year and progress at their own pace. Training is provided at the Kaysville, Utah campus, in local high schools, and at Davis Tech Freeport in Clearfield, Utah. The college is accredited by the Commission of the Council on Occupational Education.

Fruit Heights is a city in eastern Davis County, Utah, United States. It is part of the Ogden–Clearfield, Utah Metropolitan Statistical Area. It lies along the Wasatch Front adjacent to the larger cities of Farmington and Kaysville. Its population was 4,987 at the 2010 census, with an estimated population of 6,234 in 2018.

Cannibal is a steel roller coaster located at Lagoon amusement park in Farmington, Utah. It opened with the tallest beyond-vertical drop in the world on July 2, 2015, and its drop angle of 116 degrees was the steepest in the United States for a brief time. A large portion of the $22-million ride was built and designed in-house, a rare move for an amusement park. Since its debut, Cannibal has also consistently ranked in the top 50 among steel roller coasters worldwide in the annual Golden Ticket Awards publication from Amusement Today.

Davis High School is a public school located in Kaysville, Utah, United States. It is operated by the Davis School District. Known as the Davis Darts, the mascot of the school is Dart Man. One of the largest and oldest high schools in the state, the school was established in 1914 and underwent reconstruction during the 2003–2004 school year.

Lagoon is a family owned amusement park in Farmington, Utah, United States, located about 18 miles north of Salt Lake City. It has eleven roller coasters, six of which are unique; Colossus the Fire Dragon, the last Schwarzkopf Double Looping coaster still in operation in the United States (Laser at Dorney Park closed at the end of the 2008 season and was moved to Germany to become the Teststrecke traveling roller coaster in 2009); Roller Coaster, one of the oldest coasters in the world operating since 1921; Wicked, designed by Lagoon's engineering department and Werner Stengel in cooperation with ride manufacturer Zierer; BomBora, a family coaster designed in-house; Cannibal, built in-house with one of the world's steepest drops, and Primordial, an interactive dark ride coaster/3-D shooter game attraction built mostly inside a massive artificial mountain. Lagoon is divided into five main areas: The Midway, containing the majority of the rides and an assortment of carnival type games and food outlets; Pioneer Village which has several exhibits displaying pioneer buildings and artifacts; Lagoon-A-Beach, a water park which is included in the regular admission price; Kiddie Land with several rides for small children, and the X-Venture Zone featuring more extreme rides that cost extra. Lagoon also offers a full-service RV park, a campground, and a shaded walking trail outside the park that stays open all year.

The Roller Coaster, often nicknamed the White Roller Coaster by many locals due to the previously white color, is the oldest roller coaster at Lagoon Amusement Park in Farmington, Utah. It is a wooden roller coaster owned by Lagoon. Built in 1921 and operating ever since, the Roller Coaster is the seventh oldest roller coaster in the world and the fourth oldest in the United States.
