Normand House

The LeFerriere House is a historic house at 171-173 Intervale Avenue in Burlington, Vermont. Built about 1888 as worker housing in the city's Old North End, it is architecturally a distinctive vernacular interpretation of Queen Anne architecture. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008 as the LeFarriere House.

The Mintzer House is a historic house at 175-177 Intervale Avenue in Burlington, Vermont. Built as a single-family home about 1898, it is well-preserved example of vernacular Colonial Revival architecture built as worker housing. Now a duplex, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.

The Saltus Grocery Store is a historic mixed-use commercial and residential building at 299-301 North Winooski Street in Burlington, Vermont. Built in 1897, it is a well-preserved example of a neighborhood store of the period. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001.

Old Ohavi Zedek Synagogue (Hebrew for "Lovers of Justice") is a historic synagogue building at Archibald and Hyde Streets in Burlington, Vermont. It was built in 1885 for Ohavi Zedek, Vermont's oldest Jewish congregation, and is currently occupied by Congregation Ahavath Gerim. The building, a distinctive vernacular interpretation of the Gothic Revival, was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

The Charles R. Palmer House is a historic house at 201-203 North Willard Street in Burlington, Vermont. Built about 1911, it is a well-preserved example of an American Foursquare duplex in the city's Old North End neighborhood. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.

The Burlington Traction Company is a historic trolley maintenance facility at Riverside Avenue and North Winooski Avenue in Burlington, Vermont. The property includes two brick trolley barns, built c. 1900 and c. 1910 respectively, that were used as public transit maintenance facilities until 1999, after which they were adaptively repurposed to other residential and commercial uses. The property was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

Moquin's Bakery, also known locally as the Biscuit Factory and the National Biscuit Company, is a historic former industrial facility at 78 Rose Street in Burlington, Vermont. Built in 1915 by a local bakery, it was acquired and enlarged by the National Biscuit Company (now better known as Nabisco), which operated here until 1969. The building was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997 for its economic and commercial historic significance, and has since then been converted into residences.

The Cathedral of Saint Joseph located in Burlington, Vermont, United States, is the seat of the Catholic Diocese of Burlington. It served at the co-cathedral of the diocese from 1999 to 2018 when it became the cathedral church following the closure of the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Burlington.

The North Street Historic District encompasses the traditional commercial area serving the residential Old North End neighborhood of Burlington, Vermont. It extends for ten blocks along North Street between North Avenue and North Winooski Avenue, and has served as the neighborhood's commercial center for over 150 years. The Martin L. Kelsey House is a historic house at 43 Elmwood Avenue in Burlington, Vermont. Built in 1879 for a local merchant, it is a distinctive and architecturally varied house, with elements of the Second Empire, Queen Anne, and Stick styles on display. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1983, and now forms part of a senior housing complex.

WCAT (1390 AM) was a commercial radio station licensed to Burlington, Vermont, United States, and serving the Burlington-Plattsburgh area. The station was last owned by Radio Broadcasting Services, Inc., part of the Champlain Media Group. It aired a mainstream rock radio format, simulcast from co-owned WWMP (103.3 FM) in Waterbury. WCAT broadcast at 5,000 watts around the clock, with a non-directional signal by day. To protect other stations on AM 1390 at night when AM radio waves travel farther, it used a directional antenna after sunset. WCAT's transmitter was located off Intervale Road in Burlington. Studios and offices were on Water Tower Circle in Colchester, Vermont. According to FCC records, WCAT's 445-foot (136 m) tower #1 is the tallest man-made structure in the State of Vermont.WCAT also aired on an FM translator, W252CJ, at 98.3 MHz, to give listeners the option to hear the station in FM stereo.

The John B. Robarge Duplex is a historic multi-unit residence at 58-60 North Champlain Street in Burlington, Vermont. Built 1878–79, it is one of the city's few examples of an Italianate two-family house. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2005.
