Calvey (also spelled Calvy) is an extinct town in Franklin County, in the U.S. state of Missouri.A post office Calvy was established in 1854, and remained in operation until 1908. The community most likely took its name from Calvey Township.

Robertsville is an unincorporated community in eastern Franklin County, Missouri, United States. It is located approximately six miles (10 km) southwest of Pacific on Missouri Route O and is home to the 1,225-acre (4.96 km2) Robertsville State Park.

Catawissa is a small unincorporated community in Franklin County, Missouri, United States, on the St. Louis & San Francisco Railroad, 39 miles from St. Louis and four miles south-southwest of Pacific. It is located at the junction of Route N and Route O, southwest of Pacific. Winch Creek flows past the eastern margin of the community.Catawissa was laid out in 1858, and most likely was named after Catawissa, Pennsylvania. A post office called Catawissa has been in operation since 1860.

Robertsville State Park is a public recreation area bordering the Meramec River in unincorporated Robertsville in Franklin County, Missouri. The state park's 1,225 acres (496 ha) include a boat launch, campground, playground, picnic shelters, and the Spice Bush and Lost Hill hiking trails. The land was once owned by Edward James Roberts, who moved to the area at age 14 in 1831.

Calvey Creek is a stream in Franklin and Jefferson counties in the U.S. state of Missouri. It is a tributary to the Meramec River. The stream headwaters are in Jefferson County at 38°17′39″N 90°45′10″W and the confluence with the Meramec in Franklin County is at 38°26′18″N 90°48′04″W. The source area for the stream lies south of Missouri Route 30 north of Grubville in Jefferson County and the stream flows north along the county line before turning northwest passing under Route HH. The stream forms the east boundary of Robertsville State Park west of Catawissa and meets the Meramec at the northeast corner of the park.Calvey Creek has the name of the Calvey family, French pioneers to the region.

Hemker (Hemkerville) was an unincorporated community in Franklin County, in the U.S. state of Missouri, but was dissolved in 1970 after the last residents moved out. The community is now considered part of Robertsville, MO.

Winch Creek is a stream in eastern Franklin County in the U.S. state of Missouri. Winch Creek is a tributary to the Meramec River. The stream headwaters are at 38°24′17″N 90°44′50″W and the confluence with the Meramec is at 38°26′42″N 90°45′17″W. The source area is adjacent to the eastern border of the county and the stream flows north parallel to the border for about one mile and then turns to the west and flows roughly parallel to Missouri Route O for two miles to the community of Catawissa. Just east of Catawissa the stream turns north and flows north to northeast roughly parallel to the railroad for about two miles to its confluence with the Meramec just downstream from the community of Prater.According to tradition, Winch Creek has the name of a local Indian.

Moselle Iron Furnace Stack is a historic iron furnace stack located near Moselle, Franklin County, Missouri. It was built in 1848-1849 by the Moselle Iron Furnace (1850-1854), and later operated as the Furnace of the Franklin Iron Mining Co. (1855-1859), and Moselle Iron Company (1874-1875). It is 31 feet high and constructed of cut stone blocks. The furnace was closed in early June 1875.: 3–4 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1969.

James North House, also known as The House, is a historic home located at Labadie, Franklin County, Missouri. It was built about 1819, and is a two-story, central passage plan, frame I-house. It is five bays wide and has a one-story front porch on stone piers.: 2 It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

Don Robinson State Park is a public recreation area covering more than 800 acres (320 ha) in Jefferson County, Missouri. Located in the upper LaBarque Creek watershed, the state park's rugged landscape includes sandstone box canyons, shelter caves, cliffs, glades and upland and bottomland forests. The land was bequeathed to the state by businessman Don Robinson following his death in 2012. Robinson started acquiring parcels in the 1960s and stopped when he realized his ambition of amassing a holding the same size as New York City's Central Park. The park opened to the public in 2017. It features the stone house where Robinson began living in 1978 as well as two hiking trails and a picnicking area.

Grubville is an unincorporated community in western Jefferson County, Missouri, United States. It is located approximately one-half mile east of the Jefferson/Franklin County line. Missouri routes WW and Y meet at the community and Route 30 passes approximately one mile to the north. Nearby communities include Dittmer and Morse Mill to the east and Lonedell and Luebbering to the west in Franklin County. Jones Creek flows from the east side of the community to its confluence with Big River approximately five miles to the east.A post office called Grubville has been in operation since 1853. The community was named after the occupation of a local "grubber" (i.e. post hole digger).

LaBarque Creek Conservation Area (LCCA) consists of 1,274 acres (5.16 km2) in northwestern Jefferson County, Missouri. It is south of Pacific and southwest of Eureka. The LCCA is part of the Henry Shaw Ozark Corridor. The Young Conservation Area is about 2 miles (3.2 km) to the east, Myron and Sonya Glassberg Family Conservation Area is 1.2 mi (1.9 km) to the northeast, Pacific Palisades Conservation Area is 3.3 miles (5.3 km) to the north, Catawissa Conservation Area is 3.5 miles (5.6 km) northwest, and Robertsville State Park is 4.7 miles (7.6 km) west. In 2005 the Missouri Department of Conservation purchased 545 acres (221 ha) from The Nature Conservancy and a private landowner. Other acquisitions brought the total acreage to 639 acres (259 ha), and it opened to public use on November 15, 2007. In December 2010, these 639 acres (259 ha) became a part of the Missouri Natural Areas System as LaBarque Creek Natural Area. Three adjacent parcels of land totaling a combined 635 acres (257 ha) were added to LCCA, bringing its total area to 1,274 acres (516 ha) and connected it to land that will become Don Robinson State Park to the south, forming a 2,117-acre (857 ha) block of public protected land. None of the more recently acquired land is part of the designated natural area.The LCCA has a 3 mi (4.8 km) loop trail on its eastern side open to hiking only. The LCCA is open to archery deer hunting only.The LaBarque watershed has a great variety of terrestrial natural communities, including small sandstone glades, forested fens and many kinds of woodland. There are at least 42 fish species in LaBarque Creek.
