Wang Tau Hom

Wang Tau Hom Estate (Chinese: 橫頭磡邨) is a public housing estate in Wang Tau Hom, Wong Tai Sin, Kowloon, Hong Kong, along Lung Cheung Road and next to Lok Fu. The estate was originally built in 1962 with a total of 25 blocks, but it was redeveloped between 1982 and 1983. It now consists of 18 blocks of three types, namely, Double H, Harmony 3 and Linear L with Linear 1 and Linear 3, providing a total of 5,900 domestic flats. There were originally six more blocks, but these were allocated to Lok Fu Estate because they were near MTR Lok Fu station after its 1991 construction.Fu Keung Court (富強苑), Ka Keung Court (嘉強苑) and Tak Keung Court (德強苑) are Home Ownership Scheme housing courts near Wang Tau Hom Estate. They have six, two and two blocks respectively, completed in 1991, 1998 and 2001 respectively.

Lok Sin Tong Yu Kan Hing Secondary School (Chinese: 樂善堂余近卿中學) or Lok Sin Tong Yu Kan Hing School prior to 2004, is a secondary school of Chinese as a media of instruction (CMI) in Wang Tau Hom, New Kowloon, Hong Kong.

Lung Cheung Road (Chinese: 龍翔道) is a major road in New Kowloon, Hong Kong. It forms part of Route 7 linking Kwun Tong Road at Ngau Chi Wan and Ching Cheung Road near Tai Wo Ping. It is a dual 3-lane carriageway running in the east-west direction for its entire length. Kwun Tong (connected by Kwun Tong Road) in Eastern Kowloon was the main manufacturing centre of Hong Kong during the 1960s. To provide a more efficient link to the Kwai Tsing Container Terminals and Tsuen Wan, two roads were built along the hills to the north of developed Kowloon. Tai Po Road's New Territories and New Kowloon parts divide between Ching Cheung Road and Lung Cheung Road. The section of between Wong Tai Sin and Choi Hung of the Kwun Tong line was built under the road.

Lok Fu (Chinese: 樂富; Cantonese Yale: Lohkfu) is a station on the Hong Kong MTR Kwun Tong line. It was opened on 1 October 1979 as part of the Modified Initial System (MIS; now Kwun Tong line), the first part of the MTR. The Kowloon Walled City was located near the station.

Lung Cheung Government Secondary School (LCGSS, Chinese: 龍翔官立中學) is a government secondary school in Wong Tai Sin, Hong Kong. Lung Cheung Government Secondary Technical School (龍翔官立工業中學) was established in 1970. Originally it was only for boys. It became coeducational and an academic-focused institution in 2010.In 1997, Sun Yin-wai was the principal. That year, he stated that the school's approach was a "whole-school" scheme which included a programme focusing on morality and civics.As of 2018, Clark Chan Cheung-lam is the principal. In 2018, the school began allowing the usage of its facilities to outside groups as part of a government scheme to make more flexible land use. The Hong Kong Rope Skipping Association had inquired about using Lung Cheung's facilities.Every year the school has a speech day.

Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU) is an English-language publicly funded tertiary liberal arts institution with a Christian education heritage. It was established as Hong Kong Baptist College with the support of American Baptists, who provided both operating and construction funds and personnel to the school in its early years. It became a public college in 1983. It became Hong Kong Baptist University in 1994 during the presidency of Dr. Daniel Tse Chi-wai, LLD, GBS, CBE, JP, who succeeded the Founding President, Dr. Lam Chi-fung, as the second president of the University in 1971. After 30 years of services to the University, Dr. Daniel Tse Chi-wai retired in 2001 and Prof. Ng Ching-fai, GBS, was appointed as the third president of the University. In 2010, Prof. Albert Chan Sun-chi assumed office as the fourth president of HKBU. In 2015, Prof. Roland Chin was appointed as the fifth President of HKBU. On 1 February 2021, Prof. Alexander Ping-kong Wai became the sixth President and Vice-Chancellor of HKBU. HKBU has five main campuses: Ho Sin Hang Campus (1966), Shaw Campus (1995), Baptist University Road Campus (1998), Kai Tak Campus (2005), and Shek Mun Campus (2006) for the College of International Education and the Hong Kong Baptist University Affiliated School Wong Kam Fai Secondary and Primary School. The first three campuses are located in the urban heart of Kowloon Tsai, while the Kai Tak Campus is located on Kwun Tong Road and the Shek Mun Campus in the Shek Mun area of Sha Tin District near Shek Mun station. In 2005, the University established the Beijing Normal University – Hong Kong Baptist University United International College (UIC) in Zhuhai, China. The college was the first tertiary education institution founded through collaboration between a Mainland university and a Hong Kong university.

Morse Park (Chinese: 摩士公園), occupying 15.8 hectares (39 acres), is an urban park located in Wong Tai Sin in Kowloon. It was completed in 1967. The park was named after Sir Arthur Morse (25 April 1892 – 13 May 1967), the head of The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation during and after World War II. City streets divide the park into four sections formally called Morse Park No. 1, Morse Park No. 2, and so on.

Broadcast Drive is a road in Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong. The road is notable as it is only 1 km long but having played host to all five broadcasting outlets in Hong Kong at one point in the 1970s, and the hill on which the road is located was known in Chinese as Ng Toi Shan (五台山, lit. five-station hill) during that time. The five broadcasters were: Radio Television Hong Kong (RTHK), whose headquarters (Broadcasting House) was inaugurated in 1969 at 30 Broadcast Drive Commercial Radio Hong Kong (CRHK) Television Broadcasts Limited (TVB) Rediffusion Television (RTV), later renamed Asia Television (ATV); and Commercial TelevisionThe area became known as Four-station Hill (四台山) in 1978 following Commercial Television's collapse. Its studio building was acquired by RTHK for its television unit, and was reopened as Television House in 1986. TVB moved its operations to the Clear Water Bay TV City in 1988, and ATV moved to Tai Po in 2007, leaving RTHK and CRHK the only remaining broadcasters on the road. RTHK has announced plans to move its operations to Tseung Kwan O within the next few years. The reason for the departure of broadcast stations is partly due to the rising value of the land occupied and stations cashing in the rise in value. The area is also a well known high end (though gradually ageing) residential neighbourhood, and is home to those mainly from professional and upper middle class backgrounds.

Checkerboard Hill (Chinese: 格仔山) is a small hill in the northern part of the Kowloon peninsula in Hong Kong. Standing at 98 metres (322 ft) tall, Checkerboard Hill is located next to Kowloon Tsai Park and the Lok Fu Service Reservoir Rest Garden (樂富配水庫休憩花園) of Lok Fu Park (樂富公園), and it is not far from Lion Rock Country Park.

Wing Kwong Pentecostal Holiness Church (Chinese: 五旬節聖潔會永光堂) is a church located at 22 Heng Lam Street, in Lok Fu, Wong Tai Sin District, Hong Kong. The current building was completed in 2000.

Hong Kong Buddhist Hospital (Chinese: 香港佛教醫院; Cantonese Yale: Hēunggóng Fahtgaau Yīyún) is a public, community hospital with 324 beds in Lok Fu, Hong Kong, within walking distance of Lok Fu station. It is under the Kowloon Central Cluster managed by the Hospital Authority. Hospital Chief Executive is Dr LAU Sze-ting.

Lion Rock Country Park (established 24 June 1977) is a country park, located in the New Territories, Hong Kong. It consists of approximately 5.57 square kilometres (2.15 sq mi) of land, including Lion Rock and Mong Fu Shek (Amah Rock) and their surrounding scenic hillsides, of which 3.48 square kilometres (1.34 sq mi) is forestry plantation.
