The Basilique Notre Dame du Bon Secours, Marie Auxiliatrice (English: The Basilica of Our Lady of Refuge of Mary, the Help of Christians) is a Roman Catholic minor basilica in Bonsecours near Rouen, Seine—Maritime, France. It is the first church in France to be built in the Gothic Revival style. The basilica is highly ornately decorated with windows, sculptures and other elements often carrying the name or coat of arms of a patronal donor. The original shrine was dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, Help of Christians dating back to the thirteenth century. It was reconstructed and enlarged in 1840. Pope Pius IX granted the decree of pontifical coronation to the venerated Marian image enshrined within on 15 July 1870. The former Archbishop of Rouen, Cardinal Henri-Marie-Gaston Boisnormand de Bonnechose executed the rite of coronation on 24 May 1880. Pope Benedict XV raised the Marian shrine to the status of Minor Basilica by Pontifical decree Illustriores Inter Sacras on 27 March 1919.

Rouen Martainville or Gare du Nord was a large railway station serving the city of Rouen, in Normandy, northern France. The station was situated to the east of the city's centre. The station was built by Chemin de Fer du Nord and opened on 18 April 1867 and linked Rouen to Amiens and Lille. The station closed in the 1930s and its traffic rerouted to Rue Verte, the station building was rased in 1980 to make space for redevelopment. The station remained as a goods yard. A short freight line runs from the side of the station to Rouen's docks.

Centre sportif Guy-Boissière (English: Guy Boissière Sports Center) is a multisports complex in Rouen, Seine-Maritime, France. It consists of an ice rink and a swimming pool. The complex was originally known as Centre sportif du Docteur Duchêne, after Doctor Auguste Duchêne (1905 – 1967), a former deputy mayor and president of FC Rouen. In 2006, it was renamed after Guy Boissière (1929 – 2005), a coach for the French national swimming team between 1960 and 1991, and France's 1986 All-Sports Coach of the Year. It is also referred to as Piscine-patinoire de l'île Lacroix (English: Île Lacroix Pool and Ice Rink), after the Seine island it was built on.Its main ice surface, officially known as Patinoire Nathalie-Péchalat, is the home of ice hockey team Dragons de Rouen and the annual French Cup of synchronized skating.

The Robec (Old Norse raudh, red and bekkr, stream) is a small river in Seine-Maritime, Normandy, France. Its length is 8.9 km. The river begins near Fontaine-sous-Préaux, then it flows through Darnétal and ends in the Aubette in Rouen.In order to avoid a repetition of the floods that have affected the valleys of the Cailly, the Robec and the Aubette, a schéma d'aménagement et de gestion des eaux (water resource management scheme) is under consideration.

It was disbanded following the French canton reorganisation which came into effect in March 2015. It consisted of part of the commune of Sotteville-lès-Rouen and had a total of 19,790 inhabitants (2012).

The Aubette (French pronunciation: [obɛt] ) is a small river of Seine-Maritime département. It is 7.9 km (4.9 mi) long. It begins near Saint-Aubin-Épinay, and flows along the town Darnétal. It is joined by the river Robec before it flows into the Seine near Rouen. In the 19th century, the Aubette had a hundred mills, textiles, paper mills, etc. Although the river Robec is longer than the Aubette (9 km) it is considered to be a tributary of Aubette.
