The Adventist University of the Philippines is a private Christian coeducational higher education institution located in Silang, Cavite, Philippines. The university is affiliated with the Seventh-day Adventist Church. It holds an autonomous status granted by the Commission on Higher Education.It is part of the Seventh-day Adventist education system, the world's second largest Christian school system.

Located adjacent to Santa Rosa, Laguna, it is approximately 3 kilometers (1.9 mi) from the Santa Rosa–Tagaytay Road. Ayala Westgrove Heights was founded by Ayala Land in 1998.Currently, there are two entrances to Ayala Westgrove Heights, via the South Entrance that can be accessed directly from Santa Rosa via South Boulevard and via Acacia Gate near the Laguna Technopark Annex in Biñan, Laguna.

The De La Salle Canlubang, currently the De La Salle University – Laguna Campus, was a private Catholic basic and higher education institution and a member institution of De La Salle Philippines run by the Institute of the Brothers of the Christian Schools in Biñan, Laguna, Philippines. It is located right across the Laguna Technopark district. The campus, which was acquired on 2003, is a 50-hectare (120-acre) prime property. Part of this property was donated by the family of the late National Artist for Architecture Leandro Locsin (DLSU HS 1947). In 2012, the administrators of De La Salle University- Manila and De La Salle Canlubang approved the integration of DLSC to DLSU, becoming the DLSU Science & Technology Complex or DLSU Leandro V. Mount Sungay, also known as Mount Gonzales, is a mountain in the province of Cavite in the Philippines. Located in eastern Tagaytay, the inactive stratovolcano is the highest point in the province of Cavite, at 709 metres (2,326 feet). The slopes of the mountain are the source of the San Cristobal River that flows from the mountain to Silang, Cavite down to its mouth at Laguna de Bay in Calamba, Laguna. The mountain's former sharp peak and readily distinguishable shape made it a reliable landmark for bearing checks when sailing in and around Manila Bay during the early days of navigation.

The People's Park in the Sky, often simply called People's Park and originally named Palace in the Sky, is a historic urban park in Tagaytay, Cavite, Philippines. The park was converted from an unfinished mansion, known as the Palace in the Sky, built during the Marcos regime to host the state visit of then-United States President Ronald Reagan, but discontinued when the latter canceled his visit. The complex’s conversion came in 1986 after Marcos was deposed and replaced by Corazon Aquino. The incomplete scaffolding of the mansion remained intact. The Shrine of Our Lady, Mother of Fair Love and a Doppler weather radar station maintained by the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) are also within the park.

University of Santo Tomas Santa Rosa is an upcoming university in Santa Rosa, Laguna, Philippines. It is one of the five campuses in the University of Santo Tomas System. The new campus is envisioned to intensify the research activities of UST Manila by becoming a technological and innovative hub in Laguna.
