The Mesa Arizona Temple (formerly the Arizona Temple; nicknamed the Lamanite Temple) is the seventh operating temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church). Located in the city of Mesa, Arizona, it is the first of the church's six temples built or planned in the state.

Gilbert Rd/Main Street is a light rail station in Mesa, Arizona, on the Valley Metro system serving Phoenix and surrounding areas. It opened to revenue service on May 18, 2019, becoming the new terminus of the light rail line. The station has a park-and-ride facility and a bus station that is served by local routes.The two-station 1.9-mile (3.1 km) Gilbert Road Extension began construction in November 2016 and was expected to cost $184 million.

Mesa Dr/Main St is a station on the Valley Metro Rail line in Mesa, Arizona, United States. The station is located one block east of the intersection of East Main Street and North Mesa Drive, and opened as part of the Central Mesa extension on August 22, 2015. It served as the eastbound terminus of the line until the Gilbert Road extension opened in late Spring 2019.

Mesa ( MAY-sə) is a city in Maricopa County, Arizona, United States. It is the third-most populous city in Arizona, after Phoenix and Tucson, the 36th-most populous city in the U.S., and the most populous city that is not a county seat. The city is home to 504,258 people as of 2020. It is the most populous city in the East Valley of the Phoenix metropolitan area. It is bordered by Tempe on the west, the Salt River Pima–Maricopa Indian Community on the north, Chandler and Gilbert on the south along with Queen Creek, and Apache Junction on the east. At least ten colleges and universities are located in Mesa. The city is home to the largest relief airport in the Phoenix area, Phoenix–Mesa Gateway Airport, located in the southeastern corner of the city. In separate studies in 2014 and 2017, researchers determined Mesa to be "America's most conservative city".

The West Second Street Historic District includes three residential subdivisions created in 1919–1922 within the original town site of Mesa, Arizona. The district boundary is Second Street on the north and First Street on the south. The western boundary is Pasadena Street and the eastern boundary is Pomeroy Street. The other streets in the district are Hibbert and Wilbur.It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1999 and features many Bungalow style homes which were popular around 1920. There are a few Tudor Revival and Pueblo Revival homes as well as some Ranch homes that were built later after World War II.An annual historic home tour, sponsored by the Mesa Historical Museum, allows the public to visit several homes in the district.

Mesa High School is the oldest high school in Mesa, Arizona, and is home of the Jackrabbits. Mesa High has more than 3,200 students and boasts award-winning athletics, music, theatre programs and more.

The Mesa Ranch School was a ranch school in Mesa, Arizona, that was established in 1902 by H. David Evans, a Briton with a Cambridge education who arrived in Arizona in 1899. It was designed to offer students from the eastern seaboard a western ranch lifestyle in a "dry and equable climate". Modeled as western equivalent of Phillips Academy, the Evans School was a college preparatory academy for 20 boys ages 15–18. Life at the school was described as "simple, even rough, the boys living each in his own cabin, keeping horses and making camping trips." In the mountains near Flagstaff the school maintained a summer tutoring camp.The Mesa Campus was located 2+1⁄2 miles SE of downtown Mesa on El Rancho Bonito near the modern intersection of Stapley Dr and Southern Ave. In 1922 the school was renamed the Mesa Ranch School, a name it retained until it was destroyed by fire in 1943.

Being used 363 days a year with private groups before opening hours. Making the Wurlitzer the most played organ in the world. Powered by three Spencer turbine blowers (with a fourth as a standby) moving 10,000 cubic feet of air. The horsepower for the blowers in 60hp. Spinning at 1,800 rpm’s. The Wurlitzer has more than 6,000 pipes. With 3 ranks going down to 32 ft in size. Fitting 4 people in the opening of the pipes. The core of the Wurlitzer pipe organ at Organ Stop Pizza was built for the Denver Theatre in Denver Colorado and was installed in 1927 for silent movies. It saw service there until the 1930s. Rebuilt in 1975 for the Mesa, AZ Organ Stop Pizza location. The Wurlitzer was expanded to include pieces from other Wurlitzers. It is a frequent recipient of Phoenix New Times annual "Best of Phoenix" awards.

Rendezvous Park was a baseball stadium on the grounds of a city park by the same name in Mesa, Arizona. It most notably served as a Major League Baseball spring training ballpark used by the Chicago Cubs from 1952 to 1965 and by the Oakland Athletics from 1969 to 1976.The stadium was closed in 1976 when it was replaced by the construction of the original Hohokam Stadium a mile to the north.The stadium site and surrounding park were subsequently redeveloped, with part becoming the site of the Mesa Convention and Conference Center.

At more than 210,000 square feet (20,000 m2) square feet, the $95 million facility, completed in 2005, is the largest comprehensive arts campus in the state.The Mesa Arts Center encompasses four performance venues, from the intimate 99-seat Farnsworth Studio Theater to the 1,600-seat Ikeda Theater. The center is home to the Mesa Contemporary Arts Museum, which houses five art galleries with 5,500 sq ft (510 m2) of exhibition space. The facility also features 14 visual and performing art classroom studios. Multi-use areas throughout the campus provide both indoor and outdoor gathering and presentation spaces.
