Amoycan Industrial Centre fire

The East Kowloon Cultural Centre is an under construction arts complex in Ngau Tau Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It will be located on part of the former site of Lower Ngau Tau Kok Estate, directly across Kwun Tong Road from Kowloon Bay station. It will be built on a 2.16 hectare site at an estimated cost of $4.1 billion and is expected to open in 2021.The centre will house five performance halls including a 1,200-seat multi-purpose hall and a 550-seat theatre, plus three smaller venues. It was designed by Rocco Yim and the Architectural Services Department.

Telford Gardens (often referred to as "Telford Garden") is a private housing estate located above the MTR Kowloon Bay Depot and alongside Kowloon Bay station in Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong. It was jointly built by Hang Lung Properties and Hopewell Holdings, and Telford Plaza II was built by New World Development. Being the first property development project of the Mass Transit Railway, the estate is now managed by the Corporation. The address of Telford Gardens is 33 Wai Yip Street, Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The estate comprises a total of 41 residential blocks completed between 1980-1982, organised by alphabetical order (from A to U), with only Block L not sharing its lobby with a twin block. There are 4,992 flats in total. At first, many flats in Blocks R, S and T were bought by the Hong Kong Government as houses for its firemen and policemen, as well as by airlines for their employees as the Estate is near the former Kai Tak Airport, closed 1998. Most of these properties are now back on the private market.

Kowloon Bay is a station on the Hong Kong MTR Kwun Tong line. It is located between Choi Hung and Ngau Tau Kok stations in Kowloon East. The station was opened in 1979. Kowloon Bay station is one of the five MTR stations on the Kwun Tong line located above ground level, and one of three to be elevated and open-air (the other two being Ngau Tau Kok and Kwun Tong). Due to difficulties in installing platform screen doors (PSDs) in above ground stations, the MTR decided not to install PSDs in this station, instead installing automatic platform gates (APGs) on the station's platforms in 2011. In 2011, the MTR also changed the hue of Kowloon Bay station from black to red. The headquarters of the MTR Corporation and the depot for the Kwun Tong line are both located at this station. Also located above the depot is Telford Gardens, the first residential property to be developed by the MTR Corporation. Kowloon Bay station is connected to Telford Plaza, a shopping mall located next to Telford Gardens.

Amoy Gardens (Chinese: 淘大花園; Jyutping: tou4 daai6 faa1 jyun4) is a private housing estate in the Jordan Valley area of Kowloon, Hong Kong completed from 1981 to 1987. It was the most seriously affected location during the 2003 outbreak of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS), with over 300 people infected there.

Choi Fook Estate (Chinese: 彩福邨), formerly Choi Wan Road Site 3B (Chinese: 彩雲路3B區), is a public housing estate in Ping Shan, Kowloon, Hong Kong near Choi Ying Estate. Formerly a quarry site, Choi Fook Estate is a part of the housing development near Choi Wan Road and Jordan Valley. It is developed into 3 phases. All blocks in Phase 1 & 2 were occupied in 2010 and 2011 respectively, while other one further block in Phase 3 was occupied in 2021.

The Kwun Tong Bypass (also spelt Kwun Tong By-pass) is an elevated expressway between Lam Tin and Kowloon Bay in Kwun Tong District, Kowloon East, Hong Kong, with three lanes in each direction and a posted speed limit of seventy–eighty kilometres per hour (43–50 mph). It is part of Route 2 and has links to Route 5 and Route 7. It bypasses the industrial township of Kwun Tong and passes next to the boundary of the Kai Tak Airport. Constructed mainly along the seaward frontage of Kwun Tong Business Area, the 5.2-kilometre (3.2 mi) bypass was built to alleviate traffic congestion on Kwun Tong Road of Route 7, to which it is parallel. It bridges Eastern Harbour Crossing (Route 2) and Tseung Kwan O Tunnel (Route 7) at its southeastern end with Tate's Cairn Tunnel (Route 2) and Kai Tak Tunnel (Route 5) at its northwestern end, providing a fast connection across eastern New Kowloon.

Jordan Valley Factory Estate (Chinese: 佐敦谷工廠大廈) was a factory estate in Jordan Valley, Ngau Tau Kok, Kowloon, Hong Kong, owned and managed by the Hong Kong Housing Authority. It was built in 1959. In 1983, its west wing was demolished to construct the new Ngau Tau Kok Bus Terminus. The remaining buildings were cleared in 2004 and demolished in 2005.

Choi Tak Estate (Chinese: 彩德邨), formerly Choi Wan Road Site 2 (Chinese: 彩雲路2區) and Choi Wan Road Site 3A (Chinese: 彩雲道3A區), is a public housing estate in Ping Shan, Kowloon, Hong Kong next to Choi Ying Estate. Choi Tak Estate is a part of the housing development near Jordan Valley. It is developed into two phases and all blocks were completed in 2010 and 2011 respectively.

Kowloon Bay Sports Ground (Chinese: 九龍灣公園) is a multi-purpose sports ground situated in Kowloon Bay, Kowloon, Hong Kong. The sports ground comprises an international standard 400-metres running track (8 lanes), an international standard natural turf pitch for ball games with floodlight system, a spectator stand with capacity of 1,450 people, A fee-paying carpark with 30 parking spaces for private car / van-type light goods vehicle and 5 parking spaces for motorcycle, a Fast Food Kiosk as well as electronic timing equipment.

St. Joseph's Anglo-Chinese School (Chinese: 聖若瑟英文中學; often abbreviated as SJACS) is an aided boys' secondary school in Kwun Tong District, Hong Kong. Founded in 1958 by Rev. Bro. Paul Sun, it was the first secondary school located in Kwun Tong. It is a Catholic school affiliated with the Diocese of Hong Kong. The patron saint of the school is Saint Joseph, and the school anniversary day is 19 March, the feast of St. Joseph.

Ngau Tau Kok is an area of eastern Kowloon in Hong Kong, in the north of Kwun Tong District east to Kowloon Bay. Largely residential, Ngau Tau Kok has a population in excess of 210,000.
