Hedgesville Historic District is a national historic district located at Hedgesville, Berkeley County, West Virginia. It encompasses 55 contributing buildings and one contributing site, the Town Spring. Notable buildings include the Presbyterian Church and Manse, Ashton House, Robinson Log House, Hat Shop, Stuckey House, Westenhaver-McKee House, Mt. Zion Episcopal Church and Hedgesville Cemetery, Jacob Hull Mansion, and Bodine's Tavern. Included are notable examples of Queen Anne and Greek Revival-style architecture.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Hedgesville is a town in Berkeley County, West Virginia, United States, in the state's Eastern Panhandle region. The population was 318 at the 2010 census. The town sits on WV 9, and is roughly 13 miles east of Berkeley Springs. In addition to its legal definition, Hedgesville has come to be the common name for the large and sparsely inhabited area of West Virginia's Eastern Panhandle bordered by the Potomac River to the North and East, a southern border defined roughly by an imaginary line from the city of Martinsburg to the tip of Virginia, and Berkeley Springs to the West.

The Clary's Mountain Historic District comprises 8 acres (3.2 ha) on either side of Hammond's Mill Road east of Hedgesville, West Virginia. The district contains six mostly wood-framed houses from the late 19th and early 20th century, with a total of twelve structures, including outbuildings. The oldest house, the Thomas Payne House at Hammond's Mill Road, was built in 1879. The Ward-Lemaster House (612 Hammond's Mill Road)) was built in 1905 with eclectic detailing. 627 Hammond's Mill Road was built about 1894. The Lee Lingamfelter House at 611 incorporates Eastlake detailing. The Dr. D.R. Ross House at 589 was built in 1885, and the Morris-Kilmer House is an American Foursquare from about 1920.The neighborhood lies at the foot of Potato Hill, a component of the North Mountain ridge. The district was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on April 15, 2004.

Peter Speck House is a historic home located near Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia. It was built between 1814 and 1815, and consists of a two-story, two-bay, log section with a gable roof (c. 1814) attached to a two-story, two-bay, gable-roofed stone section (c. 1815). The building dates to the Federal period. It features a one-story, hip-roof front porch added in the early 1900s. Also on the property is a fieldstone spring house (c. 1815).It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002.

North Mountain is an unincorporated community in Berkeley County, West Virginia, United States. It takes its name from North Mountain, which lies to its west. The community of North Mountain is located on West Virginia Route 901 northeast of Hedgesville.

Moses Nadenbousch House, also known as Red Hill and Woodside Farm, is a historic home located near Martinsburg, Berkeley County, West Virginia. It was built in 1885 and is a 2+1⁄2-story, five-bay, "I"-house wood frame dwelling with Italianate-style details. It is set on a limestone foundation and has an intersecting gable roof. Also on the property is a shed, large bank barn (1903), and garage.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.

Hedges-Lemen House, also known as "Fort Hill," is a historic home located near Hedgesville in Berkeley County, West Virginia, United States. It is a two-story, gable roof, limestone dwelling with a central block and wing. The central block was built in 1748 by Joshua Hedges as an Indian fort named "Fort Hill;" the wing was added in 1792. It measures 36 feet wide by 30 feet deep and the wing measures 30 feet wide by 28 feet deep. Also on the property is a stone barn (c. 1840) and Lemen family cemetery.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1991.

Hedges–Robinson–Myers House is a historic home and farm complex located near Hedgesville, Berkeley County, West Virginia. The main section of the house is a two-story, four bay, gable roofed section with weatherboard added about 1880 in the Gothic Revival style. The western section of the log house was built about 1750. Also on the property is a bank barn (1850), ice house, stone smokehouse, slave quarters, corn crib, and spring and dairy house.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1994.

Snodgrass Tavern is an historic tavern located near Hedgesville in Berkeley County, West Virginia. The structure was built in stages beginning around 1742, and is one of the oldest buildings in West Virginia still standing. It is uncertain when the structure became a tavern; but according to Early Hedgesville Chronicles 1720–1947, by William Moore, an account of Robert Snodgrass's wife, Susannah and their first daughter, baby Elizabeth describes it having been used as a tavern during the Indian wars at the brink of the French and Indian War (early to mid 1750s). Specifically, they hid beneath the floors of the tavern, while the Indians drank and fought above. The tavern lasted until 1847, when the property was sold as a private residence. The structure and surrounding property is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The James Rumsey Technical Institute (JRTI) is a technical institute in Martinsburg, West Virginia. It is named after James Rumsey, an American mechanical engineer and inventor from Shepherdstown, West Virginia. JRTI was founded on March 25, 1969.

Samuel Hedges House is a historic home located near Hedgesville in Berkeley County, West Virginia, United States. It is a two-story, L-shaped dwelling with a three-bay wide, gable roofed limestone main block and frame ell. The main block was built about 1772 and the addition built in the mid-1850s. It features a pedimented entrance porch supported by Doric order columns. Also on the property is a 1+1⁄2-story coursed-rubble outbuilding and a log smokehouse.It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976.
