Leggett Bay (also known as 'Leggets Lake) is located in Waterford Township, Michigan, United States. The 25-acre bay within Lake Oakland (Michigan) lies north of Walton Blvd. near Clintonville Rd. Clintonville is an unincorporated community in Oakland County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The community is located within Waterford Township. As an unincorporated community, Clintonville has no legally defined area or population statistics of its own, and it uses the Waterford 48328 ZIP Code. It was located along the Clinton River on what today is Walton Boulevard between Clintonville Road and Sashabaw Road. The village was built on the shores of Wormer Lake (27.5 acres) and Schoolhouse Lake (37 acres).

Morgan Lake is a lake located in Waterford Township, Michigan. It borders Lake Angelus Rd. and is just east of Clintonville Rd. The 28-acre (11 ha) lake is a private lake with two beaches for its residents. At its deepest point, the lake is 25 feet (7.6 m) deep.

Loon Lake is a freshwater lake located in Waterford Township, Michigan. It borders Dixie Highway on the west and is south of Walton Blvd. on the north. The sand-bottom lake is 243 acres (98 ha), making it the 18th largest lake in Oakland County, Michigan and one of the largest in Waterford Township. Loon Lake is located on the upper reaches of the Clinton River watershed. The Clinton River enters Lake Loon on the north end from Lake Oakland upstream. The Clinton River exits to the southwest downstream of Loon Lake. Loon Lake also connects to Silver Lake to the east. From Loon Lake, the Clinton River heads west toward the Drayton Plains State Fish Hatchery and then winds its way southward to Cass Lake.At its deepest point, the lake is 73 feet (22 m) deep, making it the ninth deepest lake in Oakland County. Sashabaw Presbyterian Church is a historic church located at 5331 Maybee Road near Clarkston, Michigan. The church is one of the oldest in the Detroit Presbytery and has served congregations for nearly 150 years. It was designated a Michigan State Historic Site in 1964 and listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1980.

Woodhull Lake is a 135-acre (55 ha) all-sports lake located in central Oakland County, Michigan. The lake has a maximum depth of 56 feet (17 m). It is located in both Waterford Township and Independence Township.Woodhull Lake is located on the upper reaches of the Clinton River watershed. The Clinton River enters Woodhull Lake on the west end and exits on the north end. Approximately three-quarters of a mile upstream is the dam for Van Norman Lake, the next lake upstream. The Clinton River between these two lakes is wide with slow flow. Also upstream is the 26-acre Townsend Lake.Downstream from Woodhull Lake, it is connected to Lake Oakland. There is a dam on Lake Oakland and both Lake Oakland and Woodhull Lake have a legal established lake level elevation of 957.43 feet (291.82 m).On the southeast side of Woodhull Lake, there is a connection to Eagle Lake, a small, 19-acre (7.7 ha), 20-foot (6.1 m) deep lake which flows into Woodhull Lake.

Mohawk Lake is located in Waterford Township, Michigan. The 23-acre (9.3 ha) lake lies south of Lake Angeus Rd. and north of Walton Blvd. At its deepest point, the lake is 33 feet (10 m) deep.Mohawk Lake connects to Wormer Lake and to Lake Angelus.

As an unincorporated community, Drayton Plains has no legally defined area or population statistics of its own. It once had its own post office with the 48020 ZIP Code but now uses the 48329 Waterford ZIP Code. It is located on Dixie Highway near the west end of Loon Lake.

Silver Lake is a freshwater lake located in Waterford Township, Michigan in Oakland County, Michigan, United States. The lake is located south of Walton Blvd., north of Silver Lake Road, and east of Dixie Highway. Silver Lake is located on the Clinton River watershed. Silver lake connects with Loon Lake to the west and with Upper Silver Lake (35.5 acres) to the east.The sand-bottom lake is 101 acres (41 ha).At its deepest point, the lake is 73 feet (22 m) deep, making it the ninth deepest lake in Oakland County.
