The Clematis Street Historic Commercial District is a U.S. historic district (designated as such on October 8, 1998) located in West Palm Beach, Florida. The district runs along the 500 Block of Clematis Street. It contains 12 historic buildings.

The Grant Van Valkenburg House (also known as the Anderson House) is a historic home in West Palm Beach, Florida, United States. It is located at 213 Rosemary Avenue. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.It was deemed significant as "a fine example of a Craftsman bungalow with Victorian detailing. The one and a half story, wood frame dwelling sits on a raised concrete foundation and has a gabled roof with multi-planes and two gabled dormers, all with wide, overhanging eaves. The house is clad in three wood variations and has many decorative exterior features, including Victorian scroll-sawn woodwork. The interior of the Van Valkenburg House features many elements characteristic of Craftsman-style bungalows, including built-in furniture, leaded glass cabinet doors, wide baseboards, picture rails, coved ceilings, round arch openings, and carved woodwork. The house remains largely intact since its construction in 1918 and retains a high degree of architectural integrity. The house is architecturally significant as one of the last remaining Craftsman bungalows with Victorian detailing within the City of West Palm Beach."The house was moved from 316 Hibiscus Street to its current location in 1996.

The Square (formerly known as Rosemary Square and CityPlace) is an upscale lifestyle center in downtown West Palm Beach, Florida, along South Rosemary Avenue. Considered a New Urbanist mixed-use development, The Square is architecturally composed of Mediterranean and Venetian elements. The 600,000-square-foot (56,000 m2)-center contains more than 60 restaurants and stores, as well as rental apartments, condos, and offices. Opening in October 2000, the property, which constitutes several city blocks, is primarily credited for West Palm Beach's urban renaissance, which had previously been notorious for crime, poverty, and vacant and dilapidated businesses and houses. AMC Parisian 20 and IMAX, LA Fitness and Publix are the center's anchors. The fourth anchor was Macy's which closed in 2017. Hotspots include Cheesecake Factory, Sloan's Ice Cream, and Starbucks. Apart from shopping, dining, and cinema, the center is now at the forefront of West Palm Beach's entertainment complementing establishments located on nearby Clematis Street. The Raymond F. Kravis Center for the Performing Arts and Alexander W. Dreyfoos, Jr. School of the Arts are located within walking distance to The Square, as is the Palm Beach County Convention Center. An early-century trolleybus circles downtown between The Square and Clematis.

Hatch's Department Store is a historic U.S. building in West Palm Beach, Florida. It is located at 301-307 Clematis Street. On April 14, 1994, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.

The Hibiscus Apartments (also known as the Hibiscus Garden Apartments) was a historic site in West Palm Beach, Florida. It was a 3-story Mediterranean style apartment building built in 1926. The building was destroyed in the early 2000s for the development of City Place shopping district in downtown West Palm Beach. Macy's currently occupies the space where the Hibiscus Apartments once existed. It was located at 619 Hibiscus Street and on May 10, 1984, it was added to the U.S. National Register of Historic Places.
