Sprecher Brewery is a brewery in Glendale, Wisconsin, U.S. It was founded in 1985 in Milwaukee by Randal Sprecher, and is Milwaukee's first craft brewery since Prohibition. Sprecher produces an assortment of beers, flavored malt beverages, and sodas, and it is famous for its root beer. Despite producing a full range of award-winning craft beers, the brewery is arguably best known for its Black Bavarian (schwarzbier) and premium sodas. Sprecher brews more root beer than all of its alcoholic beers combined.

WRIT-FM (95.7 MHz) is a radio station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, owned by iHeartMedia, and branded as "BIG FM". The station carries a variety hits format with a core focus on music from the 1980s and 1990s, along with some '60s and '70s songs and limited hits from the early 2000s. Its studios are in the Milwaukee suburb of Greenfield and the transmitter site is located along Capitol Drive on Milwaukee's North Side. The oldies format has been on 95.7 since the late 1980s, originally known as WZTR. The WRIT call sign previously belonged to an iconic Milwaukee Top 40 station that aired on 1340 AM from 1955 through the 1970s. The WRIT call letters were brought to the station at midnight on January 1, 2000, to ring in the new millennium.

Messmer High School is a private, Roman Catholic high school in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States. It is located in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Milwaukee. Messmer High School was established in 1926 as Diocesan High School. It was renamed after Archbishop Sebastian Messmer in 1928.

Henry Aaron Field is a baseball stadium located in Lincoln Park, a park in the Milwaukee County Park system, in Glendale, Wisconsin. It is the current home to the Rufus King High School Generals and the Milwaukee Beavers baseball club (Land O' Lakes League). It is named after former Milwaukee and Atlanta Brave and Milwaukee Brewer Hank Aaron. The University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee Panthers played at Henry Aaron Field from 1994 to 2019. In February 2018, the Panthers reached an agreement to move to Routine Field in Franklin, Wisconsin.

WKLH (96.5 FM) is a classic rock-formatted radio station in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The station is owned by Saga Communications. Its studios (which are shared with the other four sister stations) are located on Milwaukee's West Side and the transmitter is the MPTV tower in Shorewood. WKLH broadcasts in the digital hybrid HD Radio format.

Sea of the Ear is a public sculpture by Takashi Soga located in Lincoln Park on the north side of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Sea of the Ear - Floating Cylinder is a kinetic work made of galvanized steel and painted bright red. The artwork was commissioned by the Milwaukee County Percent for Art Program.

Estabrook Park is a Milwaukee County park in the village of Shorewood, Wisconsin and is home to the 1,081 ft (329 m) WITI TV Tower and the historic Benjamin Church House. It was named for Charles E. Estabrook, a distinguished Wisconsin lawyer and politician, and is located on a nearly 125 acre, strip of land between the Milwaukee River and the former Chicago and Northwestern Railroad, now converted into part of the Oak Leaf Trail.

WVTV's studios are located on Calumet Road in the Park Place office park near the I-41/US 45 interchange on Milwaukee's northwest side; its transmitter is located on North Humboldt Boulevard in Milwaukee's Estabrook Park neighborhood as part of the Milwaukee PBS tower. WVTV operates a second digital subchannel affiliated with MyNetworkTV which brands as "My 24". It uses virtual channel 24.1, formerly utilized by separately-licensed WCGV-TV until January 2018, when Sinclair turned in WCGV-TV's license and merged its subchannels onto WVTV's spectrum after selling WCGV-TV's spectrum in the 2016 Federal Communications Commission (FCC) incentive auction.

WIWN (channel 68) is a television station licensed to Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States, but primarily serving the Milwaukee area as an affiliate of Cozi TV. It is owned by CNZ Communications as sister to Milwaukee-licensed low-power, Class A station WMKE-CD (channel 21). WMVS and WMVT operate separately from the PBS Wisconsin state network owned by the University of Wisconsin Extension and serves the rest of the state; however, WMVT runs instructional television programs from PBS Wisconsin, and Milwaukee Area Technical College and Milwaukee PBS coordinate instructional television efforts for their broadcast area.
