Lahr (Schwarzw) station is the station of the town of Lahr (also known as Lahr/Schwarzwald, meaning Lahr in the Black Forest) on the Rhine Valley Railway in the German state of Baden-Württemberg. It was opened on 1 August 1845 with the section of Rhine Valley Railway between Offenburg and Freiburg and lies a few kilometres west of the town's centre.

Lahr

Lahr (officially Lahr/Schwarzwald since 30 September 1978) (German: [laːɐ̯]); Low Alemannic: Lohr) is a town in western Baden-Württemberg, Germany, approximately 50 km north of Freiburg im Breisgau, 40 km southeast of Strasbourg, and 95 km southwest of Karlsruhe. It is the second largest city in Ortenau (district) after Offenburg, and serves as an intermediate economic centre for the cities and towns of Ettenheim, Friesenheim, Kappel-Grafenhausen, Kippenheim, Mahlberg, Meißenheim, Ringsheim, Rust, Schuttertal, Schwanau and Seelbach. The population of Lahr passed the 20,000 mark in the mid-1950s. When the new body of Municipal Law for Baden-Württemberg came into effect on April 1, 1956, the city was therefore immediately accorded Große Kreisstadt status. In addition, Lahr cooperates with the town of Kippenheim in administrative matters.

Ringsheim/Europa-Park station

Ringsheim/Europa-Park station is a railway station in Ringsheim, Germany on the Mannheim–Karlsruhe–Basel railway. It is the closest railway station to Europa-Park and shuttle buses carry passengers the 4 kilometres (2.5 miles) distance to the park. The name of the station was changed from Ringsheim to Ringsheim/Europa-Park in December 2021.On 20 September 2022, it was announced that TGV services would start calling at the station. The planned service will start on 11 December 2022 and will see services from Paris to Ringsheim/Europa-Park on Fridays and Saturdays, and a return service on Sundays.
