Quetivel Mill is a working watermill in Saint Peter, Jersey. Its history can be traced to 1309 and the current building dates from the 18th century. It is situated near to the Jersey War Tunnels and upstream from Tesson Mill. Quetivel and Tesson are both in the care of the National Trust for Jersey. The mill was derelict by 1934 but was brought back into use during the German occupation of the Channel Islands. It was restored again from 1971 to 1979 and the restoration received a commendation from the Civic Trust in 1978. A new water wheel was fitted in 2015. The mill is open to the public and its operation is occasionally demonstrated, producing flour for sale, but it is not in continuous production.

St Lawrence (French: Saint-Laurent; Jèrriais: St Louothains) is one of the twelve parishes of Jersey in the Channel Islands. It is located 8.0 kilometres (5.0 mi) west of St Helier. The parish covers 5,258 vergées (9.5 km2) and occupies the centre of the Island. St Lawrence Village is also the name of a village in the parish. Much of the parish is inland, though it has a short stretch of coastline in St Aubin's Bay. It borders St Peter and St Mary to the west, St John to the north and east, and St Helier to the east.

Living Legend was a tourist attraction in Jersey, consisting of a show detailing Jersey's history, an "adventure golf" course and a craft and shopping village. It did not re-open for the 2016 season after 24 years of operation.

St Matthew's Church, also known as the Glass Church, is an Anglican church in Millbrook, in the parish of Saint Lawrence, Jersey, in the Channel Islands. Built in 1840, the church is known for its glass-work by René Lalique added later.

Millbrook railway station was an intermediate stop on the Jersey Railway, a mixed passenger and freight railway line on Jersey in the Channel Islands.

First Tower United F.C. is a football club based on the Channel Island of Jersey. They are affiliated to the Jersey Football Association. They formerly played in Jersey Football Combination Premiership, and are currently playing in Championship 2. The club plays in white and blue. They were the second most successful club in the island after Jersey Wanderers, having won the Jersey League 19 times.

The 1938 Jersey Airport disaster occurred at 10:50am on Friday 4 November 1938 when the Jersey Airways de Havilland D.H.86 airliner St Catherine's Bay (G-ACZN) crashed in the parish of Saint Brelade, 500 yards east of Jersey Airport, killing the pilot and all twelve passengers on board, as well as farm hand Edmund Le Cornu, who was working on the ground. In terms of loss of life, it was the worst crash of a rigid aircraft on British territory to date and the second-worst overall crash of a British rigid aircraft after the crash of an Imperial Airways airliner in Belgium in 1933 (in which 15 people died). The airliner had just taken off from Jersey en route to Southampton. The sky was overcast, with a cloud base of 120–150 feet. The aircraft had been fully inspected and was not carrying a full load. The Air Ministry investigation concluded that the accident was due to pilot error. The pilot had made a climbing turn into the clouds and inadvertently allowed the aircraft to sideslip when he was still too close to the ground to avert disaster. The aircraft had exploded and several bodies had been thrown up to 40 feet away. Among the dead were the daughter, son-in-law and baby granddaughter of surveyor and aerial archaeology pioneer G. A. Beazeley.

St. Peter F.C. is a football club based on the Channel Island of Jersey. They are affiliated to the Jersey Football Association and play in the Jersey Football Combination Premiership 2. The club hosted matches during the 2015 Island Games, including the 3rd/4th place play off match.

St Aubin railway station, also known as St Aubins was a railway station in Saint Aubin, a port in Jersey in the Channel Islands. Opened in 1870 by the Jersey Railway, it was in passenger operation until the line closed in 1936.

Ville-ès-Nouaux is a Neolithic site, located in the parish of Saint Helier on the island of Jersey. It consists of a gallery tomb and a dolmen surrounded by a stone circle. The complex dates back to the late Neolithic period (2800–2000 BC). The gallery tomb, with the entrance facing south, is 5.8 meters long. Inside, ceramic vessels were found, including goblets and bowls, as well as an archery plate. The dolmen is surrounded by a stone circle measuring 6.4 × 5.8 meters and consists of a small chamber measuring 1.2 × 1 meters and only 30 cm high, covered with a stone slab supported by four load-bearing boulders. During the archaeological excavations carried out in 1883, only a few flint chips were found inside the dolmen.

St. Aubin (Jèrriais: Saint Aubîn) is a town and port in La Vingtaine du Coin, St. Brelade in Jersey, the largest of the Channel Islands. It is located on the western end of St. Aubin's Bay, on the south coast of the island, opening out into the Gulf of Saint-Malo. St. Aubin was originally a fishing village and the historic economic centre of the island. The Jersey Railway historically terminated in the town, at what is now the parish hall. The Railway Walk, a trail following the route of the former Jersey Railway to La Corbière, starts from St Aubin. The town is the civil administrative centre for the parish of St. Brelade; however, ecclesiastically, the parish church is located in St. Brelade's Bay. It retains a much more historic character than St. Helier, whose architecture has changed as the centre of Jersey's finance industry.
