Highbury Hall

Highbury Park is a public park located in Moseley, Birmingham, UK. The estate of Highbury Hall, the former residence of Joseph Chamberlain, stands on the park's northern edge. Before his death in 1914, he bequeathed the park to the people of Birmingham. The park finally opened to the public in 1930. Rangers are also available to host events and activities in the park. A picnic area also lies in the park.

Queensbridge School is a mixed, 11-16 comprehensive school in Moseley, West Midlands, England. It is judged an Outstanding School by Ofsted. Results in 2017 place it in top 10% schools nationally for P8 for low and high prior attainers. The school has been awarded specialist Arts College status. It shares a building with Fox Hollies School. The Headteacher is Harpinder Singh.

Infinite Wave is a permanent memorial located in Cannon Hill Park, Birmingham, England, dedicated to the 31 British victims of the 2015 Sousse and Bardo terrorist attacks. Commissioned by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, it was designed by George King Architects and unveiled on 4 March 2019 by the Duke of Sussex. The memorial is formed of 31 separate metal streams, representing each of the victims of the attacks, which loop back on one another, forming one single wave. The sculpture took four months to complete and was fabricated from 316 stainless steel tubes. The names of the victims are inscribed on the streams and placed inside each stream are written messages to the victims from their friends and families.

Birmingham Edgbaston is a constituency, represented in the House of Commons of the UK Parliament since 2017 by Preet Gill, a Labour Co-op MP.The most high-profile MP for the constituency was former Prime Minister Neville Chamberlain (1937–1940). Since 1953 it has elected a succession of female MPs.

Kings Heath railway station is a railway station under construction in Kings Heath, Birmingham. It was originally opened in 1840 before being closed to passengers in 1941.

Moseley Hall is a Grade II listed 18th-century country house which was situated in parkland in Moseley, Birmingham. The hall itself is now part of Moseley Hall Hospital and much of the surrounding estate has been developed for roads and housing. The hall was built c.1795 of ashlar with a slate roof in three storeys with a five-bay frontage. A central porch is supported by four pairs of Tuscan columns. The dovecote in the grounds is also Grade II listed.

Kings Heath Park is a Green Flag status park in the Kings Heath district of Birmingham, England, which is managed by Birmingham City Council.For a time, the park was used as the setting for the popular ATV programme Gardening Today.

The Ritz Ballroom in York Road, Kings Heath, Birmingham, West Midlands, was a 1960s music venue, known for the number of artists it hosted, who went on to become international successes, especially those on the roster of Brian Epstein.Operated by Joe Regan and his wife Mary, the venue used a former cinema. Acts which appeared there included The Beatles, Pink Floyd and The Rolling Stones.In March 2013, the building, by then used as shop, was destroyed by fire.

The King David School, of Birmingham, England was founded in 1843 as the Birmingham Hebrew School, an infants and primary Jewish day school. Students learn Hebrew, eat kosher food, recite Jewish prayers, and celebrate Israeli holidays.The school is unique for its multicultural intake and atmosphere. In the late 1950s, the declining local Jewish population led the school to accept non-Jewish students, most of whom were Muslim due to the changing demographics. As a result, in 2007 about half of the school's 247 students were reportedly Muslim, with less than 40% Jewish. An article in The Independent praised the school's ethos and its efforts in promoting inter-faith harmony from such a young age.

The Hare & Hounds is a public house on the High Street in the Kings Heath area of Birmingham, England. Originally built in 1820 and remodelled to its current form in 1907, the Hare & Hounds is Grade II listed, as it retained many original Art Nouveau internal fixtures.The Hare & Hounds has hosted many up-and-coming artists early in their careers, including Ed Sheeran, Ellie Goulding, and Basement Jaxx. The pub is best known for being the location of reggae and pop band UB40's first gig in 1979. In 2011, to commemorate the occasion, a PRS For Music Heritage Award plaque was unveiled. In 2016, the Hare & Hounds won the Best Live Entertainment award at the Great British Pub Awards.

The Birmingham Youth Theatre was founded in 1971 in Birmingham, England by local teachers Derek Nicholls and Ray Speakman, and was based at the Midlands Arts Centre and Birmingham Repertory Theatre. From 1984 it was also run by teacher and director Malcolm Cleland, who also ran the Central Junior Television Workshop in Birmingham. The company was funded by Birmingham City Council and West Midlands Arts for the purpose of giving 16- to 23-year-olds from the wider local community access to drama and the theatre arts. The unrelated BMOS Youtheatre was set up in Birmingham in 1987, and renamed "Birmingham Youth Theatre" in 2013; it is a registered charity.
