Muzon National High School (abbreviated as MuzonNHS or MuNHS) is a public school in Taytay, Rizal, Philippines. It is situated in Sapphire Street, Ciudad Grande, Barangay Muzon, with a second building in Narra Street, San Miguel Subdivision. It was established in 2009 and formerly known as "Noel Ireneo E. Reyes Memorial National High School". It is a government funded high school that offers junior high school education.Muzon National High School was also known as "Taytay National High School - Muzon Annex".

Siena College of Taytay, also referred to by its acronym SCT, is a private, non-profit Catholic basic and higher education institution run by the Congregation of the Dominican Sisters of St. Catherine of Siena in Taytay, Rizal, Philippines. It was named St. Catherine Academy at foundation in 1957 by the Dominican Sisters of Siena and it is one of six Dominican educational institutions in the Philippines. Taytay, officially the Municipality of Taytay (Tagalog: Bayan ng Taytay; IPA: [taɪ'taɪ]), is a 1st class municipality in the province of Rizal, Philippines. It is also known as the Garments Capital of the Philippines. Most occupation of the residents are related to supplying different types of garments related things like blouses, pants, dresses and the garment itself at a very low cost. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 386,451 people.  It is the 2nd most populous municipality in the country, after Rodriguez, Rizal. Conurbanated with Metro Manila, it is bounded by Cainta on the north, Pasig and Taguig on the west, Antipolo in the east and Angono on the south. While economically, demographically and politically qualified, plans to convert it into a city was set aside, pending social and administrative reforms in the municipality.The National Competitiveness Council has named Taytay as the "2nd Most Competitive Municipality (1st & 2nd Class)", for year 2019 after topping the ranking last year.Taytay is one of the municipalities in the Philippines that has high financial capability with Php 775.3 million, making it the 2nd or 3rd Richest Municipality in the Philippines in 2016. The elevated high capacity monorail MRT Line 4 is expected to terminate at the Taytay Municipal Hall with an empty lot beside it reserved for the depot.

Cainta, officially the Municipality of Cainta (Filipino: Bayan ng Cainta, IPA: [kaʔɪntɐʔ]), is a 1st class municipality in the province of Rizal, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 376,933 people. It is one of the oldest municipalities in Luzon (founded on August 15, 1571) and has a land area of 4,299 hectares (10,620 acres). Cainta serves as the secondary gateway to the rest of Rizal province from Metro Manila. With the continuous expansion of Metro Manila, Cainta is now part of Manila's conurbation, which reaches Cardona in its easternmost part and is therefore one of the most urbanized towns. As the country's 2nd most populous municipality after Rodriguez, Rizal, efforts are underway to convert it into a city. Its total assets amounting to ₱3,988,392,142.17 (as per 2017 Commission on Audit summary) makes it the richest municipality in the country in terms of income. However, Cainta faces different challenges especially with its boundary disputes with Pasig (Greenpark Village, Karangalan Village, St. Joseph Subdivision, Villarica Subdivision, Riverside and Midtown Village), Taytay (Greenland and eastern part of Cainta) and Antipolo (Valley Golf and Country Club, Valley View and Palmera Heights), thus hindering cityhood efforts.

The Manggahan Floodway is an artificially constructed waterway in Metro Manila, Philippines. The floodway was built in 1986, with the cost of 1.1 billion pesos, in order to reduce flooding along the Pasig River during the rainy season, by diverting the peak water flows of the Marikina River to Laguna de Bay, which serves as a temporary reservoir. In case the water level on the lake is higher than the Marikina River, the floodway can also reverse the flow. By design, the Manggahan Floodway is capable of handling 2,400 cubic meters per second of water flow, although the actual flow is about 2,000 cubic meters per second. To complement the floodway, the Napindan Hydraulic Control System (NHCS) was built in 1983 at the confluence of the Marikina River and the Napindan Channel of the Pasig River to regulate the tidal flow of saline water between Manila Bay and the lake, and to prevent the intrusion of polluted water into the lake.It has a fully gated diversion dam at its head and was designed with a width of 260 meters (850 ft). Over 40,000 households are situated along the floodway's banks and these shoreline slums have reduced its effective width to 220 meters (720 ft). Kangkong is cultivated extensively in the floodway as well. The Manggahan Floodway was supposed to function together with the proposed Paranaque Spillway Project, a spillway that would direct flood waters from Laguna de Bay to Manila Bay. However the spillway project was cancelled in 1977 due to budget issues.: 61  Ever since the onslaught of 2009's Typhoon Ketsana (Ondoy), and consistently-reoccurring flooding in the metropolis, the Paranaque Spillway project is now being revived, together with the proposed Marikina Dam.

The Sapang Baho River is a river system that runs through Rizal Province and Marikina in the Philippines. The name, when literally translated, means "smelly creek." It is one of 21 tributaries of Laguna de Bay and is regularly monitored by the Laguna Lake Development Authority (LLDA) through one of its 15 river monitoring stations. Among its headwaters are the Hinulugang Taktak falls on the Taktak River in Antipolo city, once a famed tourist destination in the days before urbanization and pollution.

St John the Baptist Parish Church, also known as Parokya ni San Juan Bautista, is a Roman Catholic church located in Taytay, Rizal, Philippines.

The Napindan Lighthouse (Filipino: Parola ng Napindan) was a lighthouse in Taguig, Rizal (present day Metro Manila). It served as a meeting point for the Katipunan, a revolutionary group that led the Philippine Independence movement. It was destroyed during the Philippine–American War.

Cornerstone United Methodist Church (Cornerstone UMC) is a church that started as a Bible Study mission of Taytay United Methodist Church in 1982 and was localized on March 5, 1995. The church is located at Neptune St. Santana Subdivision, Barangay Dolores, Taytay, Rizal in the Philippines.

Angono National High School is a high school in Angono, Rizal, Philippines established in 1980 and has gained a reputation as the most prestigious high school in the Philippines, as of 2022. In 2018, the school was recognized by the Department of Education for its performance in the National Achievement Test in Mathematics, Science, and English. In 2019, on the other hand, the school was recognized by the Department of Education as a recipient of the "Gawad Siklab" award for its performance in the implementation of the K-12 program. Forbes Magazine in 2020 recognized the school for its performance, citing its "incredible performance" and affirming its reputation as a premier institution of learning in Rizal.

Napindan is one of the 28 barangays of Taguig, Metro Manila, Philippines. It is located to the northeastern portion of the city surrounded by Pasig to the north, Taytay in the province of Rizal to the east, Barangay Ibayo Tipas to the west and Laguna de Bay to the south. Circumferential Road 6 traverses barangay Napindan and connects Taytay and Pasig to Taguig.
