The school resides in a listed building on Vestergade 29 in the old medieval inner city, comprised by the neighborhood of Indre By. The building was listed on the Danish registry of protected buildings and places by the Danish Heritage Agency on 3 December 1924. The school offers a 4-year arts programme and a number of courses in sculpting, painting, design, ceramics, photo and webdesign.

Hald's House (Danish: Halds Gård) is a 4-winged house and a listed building in Aarhus, Denmark. The house was built in 1870 and was listed on the Danish registry of protected buildings and places by the Danish Heritage Agency on 7 October 1970. The house is situated in the central Indre by neighborhood on Vesterport.

Mølleparken (lit. 'The Mill Park') is a park in the city of Aarhus located in Midtbyen. Mølleparken was constructed in 1926 where the, by then obsolete, mills of the city had been situated by the river since 1289. Today the park lies by the Aarhus River and the ARoS Art Museum and functions as a section of a pedestrian arterial from ARoS to the Latin Quarter.Mølleparken was extensively redesigned in 2006-2008, as part of the opening of the Aarhus River and now contains large areas for public recreation and facilities for street sports, including basket ball, panna, table tennis and concrete board game tables for playing chess, backgammon and checkers. Eleven busts of notable Danish authors line the northern section of the park, namely Steen Steensen Blicher, Marie Bregendahl, J. P. Jacobsen, Johannes V. Jensen, Jakob Knudsen, Thøger Larsen, Jacob Paludan, Henrik Pontoppidan, Johan Skjoldborg, Harry Søiberg and Jeppe Aakjær. The bronze sculpture of "Elskovskampen" (lit. 'the lovemaking battle') by Johannes Berg from the original park is still on display and in 2014, the kinetic sculpture Snake by Phil Price was placed here too, after acquisition by the city council. The council bought the sculpture after it received the highest rating from guests at the Sculpture by the Sea, Aarhus 2013 art festival in Tangkrogen.

Åboulevarden 69 or Ny Jydske Kjøbstad Creditforening is a building in the city of Aarhus, Denmark, located in the Indre By neighborhood in the Midtbyen district on the street Åboulevarden. The building was constructed in 1910 for the credit union Ny Jydske Kjøbstad Creditforening (New Jut Market Town Credit Union), a name which still adorns the facade of the building. The building has functioned as a financial institution since it was built and as of 2016 was owned by Steen Mengel and rented to Danske Bank, who use it for their main Aarhus branch.

Vester Allé 12 is a listed building in Aarhus, Denmark. The building was completed in 1902 and was listed by the Danish Heritage Agency in the Danish registry of protected buildings and places on 5 April 1988. The building is situated on the west side of Vester Allé close by Vester Allé Barracks and ARoS Aarhus Art Museum. The building has been home to some of the earliest cultural institutions in the city.Colloquially the building is known as Smykkeskrinet (The Jewel Box) for its distinctive shape or as Erhvervsarkivet (The Business Archive) for its long tenure as the home of the Danish National Business Archives.

The Aarhus Courthouse (Danish: Tinghuset) is a historic building located on Vester Allé in Aarhus, Denmark. Originally built as a combined Courthouse and jail, it now serves as the seat of Aarhus County Court while the High Court of Western Denmark (Vestre Landsret), based in Viborg, has a courtroom there. Inaugurated in 1906, it was built to the design of L.A. Ludvigsen and Julius Hansen in the Art Nouveau style.

The church is situated in Øgadekvarteret in the Vesterbro neighbourhood on the corner of Thunøgade and Hjarnøgade. Aarhus Methodist Church is a part of the United Methodist Church in Denmark and has served the Methodist congregation in Aarhus since its construction in 1912. Before the church was built, the congregation used a smaller church situated in an apartment in the alley of Posthussmøgen.

Mønsted's House (Danish: Mønsteds Gård) is a house and a listed building in Aarhus, Denmark. The house was built in 1810 and was listed on the Danish registry of protected buildings and places by the Danish Heritage Agency on 24 March 1950. The building is situated in the historic Indre by neighborhood on Vestergade across from the Church of Our Lady. The reason for the listing was partly the historical significance and importance of the building and the impact of its former inhabitants.

The Church of Our Lady (Danish: Vor Frue Kirke) is one of the larger church structures of Århus, Denmark. It is situated in the centre of the city not far from Aarhus Cathedral (Århus Domkirke). The church and associated structures were built in several stages in the course of the Middle Ages, from the late 1200s to 1500 AD. The original church at the site, stood finished as early as 1060 AD, but only the stone crypt remains today as evidence of its existence.

Our Lady's Priory, Aarhus (Danish: Vor Frue Kloster) was an early Dominican foundation just outside the original walls of Aarhus, Denmark. The buildings are part of the Church of Our Lady (Vor Frue Kirke) complex, now part of the inner city of Aarhus, but they have been repurposed.
