The Spanish Synagogue (Hebrew: בית הכנסת הספרדי, Czech: Španělská synagoga, German: die Spanische Synagoge) is the newest synagogue in the area of the so-called Jewish Town, yet paradoxically, it was built at the place of the presumably oldest synagogue, Old School (also known as Altshul). The synagogue is built in Moorish Revival Style. Only a little park with a modern statue of famous Prague writer Franz Kafka (by Jaroslav Róna) lies between it and the church of Holy Spirit. Today, the Spanish Synagogue is administered by the Jewish Museum in Prague.

The Jewish Museum in Prague (Czech: Židovské muzeum v Praze) is a museum of Jewish heritage in the Czech Republic and one of the most visited museums in Prague. Its collection of Judaica is one of the largest in the world, about 40,000 objects, 100,000 books, and a copious archive of Czech Jewish community histories.

A statue of Franz Kafka by artist Jaroslav Róna was installed on Vězeňská street in the Jewish Quarter of Prague, Czech Republic in December 2003. It is situated near the Spanish Synagogue. It depicts Franz Kafka riding on the shoulders of a headless figure, in reference to the author's 1912 story "Description of a Struggle" (Beschreibung eines Kampfes).

Church of the Holy Spirit (Czech: Kostel svatého Ducha) is a Gothic church in Josefov, Prague, Czech Republic.

The Church of Sts. Simon and Jude (Kostel svatého Šimona a Judy), situated next to the Brutalist Hotel InterContinental on U Milosrdných Street in the Old Town of Prague, dates back to 1354, when a hospital was founded on the site. The building was adjoined by a chapel that was sanctified by bishop Arnošt of Pardubice, a close friend of Emperor Charles IV.

Josefov (also Jewish Quarter; German: Josefstadt) is a town quarter and the smallest cadastral area of Prague, Czech Republic, formerly the Jewish ghetto of the town. It is surrounded by the Old Town. The quarter is often represented by the flag of Prague's Jewish community, a yellow Magen David (Star of David) on a red field.

High Synagogue (Czech: Vysoká synagoga) was financed by Mordechai Maisel, and it was finished in 1568, the same year as the Jewish Town Hall. Probably it was modelled after High Synagogue, Kraków, which was built in 1556 in Poland. The house was designed by P. Roder in Renaissance style (supervising builder was master Rada). It was designed as a preaching place for councilors of Jewish town hall. In the center there were bimah, surrounded by seats. Mordechai Maisel gave pieces of Torah and silver tools to the synagogue. The stucco ceiling was gothic ribbed vaulting. In 1689 it was destroyed by the Great Fire. The synagogue was reconstructed. In 1883 the synagogue was rebuilt by J. M. Wertmüller. During this modification the facade was simplified to the modern appearance. In 1907 the eastern entrance was closed, and a new entrance was made facing Red Street (Červená ulice). Other reconstructions were during 1961, 1974–79 and 1982. During the Nazi and communist rule, the synagogue was part of Jewish Museum and there was an exhibition of old Hebrew books.

The Old New Synagogue (Czech: Staronová synagoga; German: Altneu-Synagoge), also called the Altneuschul, situated in Josefov, Prague, is Europe's oldest active synagogue. It is also the oldest surviving medieval synagogue of twin-nave design.Completed in 1270 in gothic style, it was one of Prague's first gothic buildings. A still older Prague synagogue, known as the Old Synagogue, was demolished in 1867 and replaced by the Spanish Synagogue.

The Ministry of Regional Development of the Czech Republic (Czech: Ministerstvo pro místní rozvoj České republiky) is a government ministry, which was established in 1996.

The Jewish Town Hall (Czech: Židovská radnice) in Josefov, Prague, was constructed adjacent to the Old New Synagogue on the corner of Maiselova and Červená Ulice in 1586 in Renaissance style under the sponsorship of Mayor Mordechai Maisel. It acquired its Rococo facade in the 18th century. The building was the main meeting house of the local Jewish community but is currently closed to the public. It is perhaps best known for its two clocks, one on a tower with Roman numeral markings, the other, lower, has Hebrew numerals, which are the same as letters in the Hebrew alphabet. The Hebrew numerals begin with aleph and continue counterclockwise around the clock dial.

The Golden Prague Hotel managed by Fairmont is a 9-story, 372-room hotel on the bank of the Vltava River, near the Old Town, in Prague, Czech Republic. It is managed by the Fairmont Hotels. The hotel opened in 1974 as the Inter-Continental Praha, and was later slightly renamed as the InterContinental Prague. It was designed by noted Czech architect Karel Filsak in the Brutalist style, and was constructed by the Czech national travel firm ČEDOK from 1968 to 1974. The hotel was owned by bank funds from 1990 to 1999, during the privatization process. It was renovated in 1992–1995, overseen by architect Roman Koucký. Strategic Hotels & Resorts purchased the property in 1999. The interior was renovated in 2002, though certain original elements by designer Miloslav Hejný were preserved. Westmont Hospitality Group purchased the hotel in 2010. They sold it in 2013 to the Slovak-based Best Hotel Properties, owned by investment firm J&T. It was sold again, in December 2018, to R2G, the investment group of Czech billionaire Oldřich Šlemr. The hotel was renamed the Golden Prague Hotel managed by Fairmont in May 2020, before closing for a major renovation. It will reopen in 2023 as the Fairmont Golden Prague.

The Talmud-Torah School (German: Talmud-Thora Schule) was a Jewish religious school in Josefov district in Prague, which operated between 1908 and 1942.
