Bethel Methodist Church is a historic Methodist church building in rural Clermont County, Ohio, United States. Built in the 1810s under the leadership of one of Ohio's earliest Methodist preachers, it has survived the death of its congregation, and it remains in use for community activities. Together with its cemetery, the building continues to be used occasionally, and it has been named a historic site.

East Fork State Park is 4,870-acre (1,970 ha) public recreation area located around the East Fork of the Little Miami River in Clermont County, twenty miles (32 km) southeast of central Cincinnati, Ohio, in the United States. It maintains the 33-mile "Steve Newman World-Walker" perimeter trail, camping, hiking, swimming, and boating opportunities. The state park has hosted junior and collegiate rowing races, including the US Rowing Youth National Championships. The park's main feature is William H. Harsha Lake, a 2,107-acre (853 ha) reservoir created in 1978. The lake's large earthen dam and smaller saddle dams are operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.Fish found in the lake include largemouth bass, smallmouth bass, Kentucky spotted bass, bluegill, white crappie, black crappie, channel catfish, flathead catfish, bigmouth buffalofish, carp, and hybrid striped bass.

Bantam is an unincorporated community in Clermont County, Ohio, United States. It is the location of Bethel Methodist Church, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.The community is located in northwest Tate Township along Old State Route 125 (Bantam Road) and South Bantam Road, 4.2 miles northwest of Bethel. Years ago, to protect the county seat at Batavia, land from northern Bantam and other local communities was purchased by eminent domain to form the East Fork State Park flood prevention reservoir and its surrounding recreation areas. Travel north onto Elklick Road to enter the state park. The first Bantam post office was established in 1837. It eventually closed. Most of Bantam receives mail service from the Bethel post office.

CSF was founded in 2004 after the closing of Southern Ohio Fabricators. As of 2013, Clermont has 65 employees.

Batavia High School is a public high school located in Batavia, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Batavia Local School District. Past enrollment has exceed 600 students. The school mascot is the Bulldog. The school is located 20 miles east of Cincinnati within the village of Batavia, which is a village of about 1,700 people and is the county seat of Clermont County. Batavia Transmission was a transmission factory owned by Ford Motor Company in Batavia, Ohio. The plant opened on July 24, 1980, and closed in September 2008. The plant produced front-wheel drive transmissions for Ford, Mercury, and Mazda vehicles. The facility is now used as University of Cincinnati Clermont College's UC East Campus.
