Fort Jennings is a village in Jennings Township, Putnam County, Ohio, United States. The population was 525 at the 2020 census.

Fort Jennings High School is a public high school in Fort Jennings, Ohio. It is a member of Putnam County. It is the only high school in the Jennings Local Schools district. Their mascot is the Musketeers. They are a member of the Putnam County League. The superintendent of the school district is Nick Langhals, and the dean of students is Todd Hoehn. They built a new high school in 2004. Their building is connected to their elementary school.

Ottoville High School is a public high school in Ottoville, Ohio. It is the only high school in the Ottoville Local School district. Their nickname is the Big Green. They are a member of the Putnam County League.

Ottoville Local School District serves education to students in Ottoville, Putnam County, Ohio as well as Perry, Jackson, Jennings and Monterey townships in Putnam County, Ohio, which is located in the northwest corner of the state. The superintendent is Scott Mangas, who took the position in 2008. Mr. Jon Thorbahn took over the High School Principal job, in 2008 replacing the retiring Wilbur Altenburger. Delphos is a city in Allen and Van Wert counties in the U.S. state of Ohio approximately 14 mi (23 km) northwest of Lima and 13 mi (21 km) east of Van Wert. The population was 7,117 at the 2020 census. The Allen County portion of Delphos is part of the Lima Metropolitan Statistical Area, while the Van Wert County portion is part of the Van Wert Micropolitan Statistical Area.

The Marks–Family House is a historic house on the eastern (Allen County) side of Delphos, Ohio, United States. Erected along Franklin Street in 1902, it is a one-and-one-half-story house built in the Queen Anne style of architecture. Among its features are a tower in the corner of the house, a large wraparound porch with Ionic columns, and leaded glass windows of many shapes and sizes. Nearly every element of the interior is original, including the woodworking, the floors, the doors, the fireplace, the carvings, and much of the furniture. In 1982, the Marks–Family House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places because of its historically significant architecture. Key to this significance was its well-preserved Queen Anne exterior and its original interior. Two other Delphos buildings are listed on the National Register: St. John's Catholic Church, which is also located on Franklin Street, and the Bredeick-Lang House on the western (Van Wert County) side of the city.

Delphos Jefferson High School (DJHS), is a public high school in Delphos, Ohio, United States. It is the only high school in the Delphos City School District and serves students in grades 9–12 living in the city of Delphos and parts of neighboring Washington, Marion, and Jennings Townships. School colors are red and white and athletic teams are known as the Wildcats. DJHS competes in the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) as a charter member of the Northwest Conference. As of the 2021–22 school year, the school had an enrollment of 295 students and a faculty of 19 teachers, for a student-teacher ratio of 15.53.

The Bredeick–Lang House (also known as the "James Lang House") is a historic house on the western (Van Wert County) side of Delphos, Ohio, United States. Built in 1859, it is one of western Ohio's best examples of the Italian Villa style of architecture. Members of the Bredeick family have been important throughout Delphos' history: brothers Ferdinand and John Otto Bredeick platted the community along the Miami and Erie Canal in 1845, naming the two sides "West Bredeick" and "East Bredeick" respectively. Few buildings from the city's earliest years have survived, making the Bredeick–Lang House one of the oldest extant buildings in Delphos as well as one of the most elegant. A brick building with iron elements, it has seen few changes since the time of its construction, thus retaining its mid-nineteenth-century appearance to the present time. In 1982, the Bredeick–Lang House was listed on the National Register of Historic Places because of its well preserved historic architecture. Two other Delphos buildings – both of which lie on the Allen County side of the city – are listed on the National Register. Unlike the Bredeick–Lang House, neither of the other buildings features Italianate architecture: St. John's Catholic Church is a Romanesque Revival structure, while the Marks-Family House is a Queen Anne building.
