Zabeel Park (Arabic: حديقة زعبيل) is an urban public park located in the Zabeel district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is bounded by Sheikh Rashid Road to the north, the Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Road to the northwest, while the Sheikh Zayed Road cuts through the south. The park is divided into numerous sectors connected by pedestrian bridges, and there are multiple entrance gates. The Dubai Frame is located inside the park. Situated between Al Karama and the Dubai World Trade Centre, Zabeel Park covers much of the Al Kifaf area. It is accessible from the Red Line of Dubai Metro via the nearby Al Jafiliya Station. It is maintained by the Public Parks and Horticulture Department of Dubai Municipality.

Al Kefaf (Arabic: الكفاف) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Al Kefaf is located in western Dubai in Bur Dubai and is bordered to the north by Al Jafilia and Al Karama, to the south by Zabeel and to the east by Oud Metha. Sheikh Zayed Road's Trade Centre Roundabout forms the southwestern border of Al Kefaf, while the Al Karama Interchange forms the southeastern border. Zabeel Park covers much of Al Kefaf, while several prominent buildings are located along route D 88 (Trade Centre Road), which forms Al Kefaf's western periphery. Etisalat Tower 2, one of Etisalat's many offices in Dubai, is located in Al Kefaf.

Al Karama, or simply Karama (Arabic: الكرامة, literally meaning dignity), is a residential district of Dubai located on the western banks of the Dubai Creek and one of the older communities of the city. It is outwardly distinctive due to the regularity of its low-rise residential buildings. The area, which was planned on a tight grid system, is home to thousands of people even though it is only two square kilometers in size. Al Karama is the most populous residential area in Dubai and the most central part of Dubai. Al Karama is also one of the most accessible parts in Dubai, that makes it very easy for residents to travel to any other parts of the city from Karama with ease due to the wide range of transport available in the town.

Max (Arabic: ماكس) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE.The station serves Al Jafilia and surrounding areas. It is located on the Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Road, providing access to Zabeel Park and several office buildings.The station is the only one in the system to have a siding. This allows two trains to be stored to the east of the station. On 4 August 2021 this station was renamed from "Al Jafilia" to "Max" after the Max Fashion brand.

ADCB (Arabic: بنك أبوظبي التجاري; formerly Al Karama) is a rapid transit station on the Red Line of the Dubai Metro in Dubai, UAE, serving the Al Karama district. The station is named after the Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank. The station opened as part of the Red Line on 30 April 2010, originally named Al Karama. It is close to Al Karama Bus Station, Al Attar Shopping Mall, Dubai Central Post Office, the Karama Centre, and the Karama Market. The station is also close to a number of bus routes.

Oud Metha (Arabic: عود ميثاء), or Al Nasr (Arabic: النصر) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Although a small residential locality, has several commercial and entertainment complexes, schools and cultural clubs. Al Nasr is bordered by the localities of Al Karama, Umm Hurair 2 and Zabeel. It is the home of Al-Nasr Sports Club, a football club of the UAE League based in Dubai. In addition, several expatriate schools such as Dubai Gem Private School, GEMS Winchester School, The Indian High School, Dubai, Al Rashed Al Saleh Private School and St. Mary's Catholic High School as well as cultural clubs such as the India Club, the Iranian Club, the Sudanese Social Club and the Pakistani Association of Dubai are located in this area. The French international school Lycée Français International Georges Pompidou maintains a maternelle (preschool) campus in Oud Metha.The Dubai Metro's Green Line also has a station at Oud Metha.

Zabeel (Arabic: زعبيل), alternatively spelled Za'abeel, is a community in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Za'abeel, which is in eastern Dubai, consists of two sub-communities: Zabeel 1, is adjacent to Al Nasr and is bounded to the south by routes E 66 (Oud Metha Road) and D 73 (2nd Zabeel Road). This sub-community is residential and contains Za'abeel Stadium, and Za'abeel Park, a popular spot for sports and live music. Zabeel 2, is bounded to the east by Za'abeel 1 and to the west by Business Bay. Za'abeel 2 contains the Nad Al Sheba Racecourse and the Ruler's Palace : the Zabeel Palace (fr).Both Za'abeel 1 and Za'abeel 2 are relatively newer, more affluent communities with villas and town homes. Zabeel is home to many official buildings including ministries.

Al-Maktoum Stadium (Arabic: ملعب آل مكتوم) is a multi-purpose stadium in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is currently used mostly for football matches and is the home ground of Al Nasr SC. The stadium holds roughly 15,000 people. It was upgraded for the 2019 AFC Asian Cup.

Al Mankhool (Arabic: المنخول) is a locality in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE). Located in western Dubai, in the area of Bur Dubai, Al Mankhool is largely a residential area. However, several restaurants, hotels and financial service corporations (such as Citibank and Emirates NBD) are located in Al Mankhool. Route D 90 (Al Mankhool Road) runs east–west through the locality, while Khaled bin Al Waleed Street runs perpendicular to Al Mankhool road. The section of Khaled bin Waleed Street that is in the proximity of Al Mankhool is sometimes referred to as Bank Street by expatriates. Al Mankhool is bordered by Umm Hurair in the north, Al Rifa in the west, Al Karama to the east and Al Jafiliya to the south. Important landmarks in Al Mankhool include the Al Mankhool Community Health Centre and the Bur Dubai Etisalat service centre.

The Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) (Arabic: مركز دبي التجاري العالمي), historically called Sheikh Rashid Tower, is a 38-storey and a height 184 m skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which was erected in 1979. It is a purpose-built complex for events and exhibitions. The building is featured on the 100 dirham bank note. With over 1.3 million square feet of covered exhibition and event space, comprising 21 halls and over 40 meeting rooms across 3 floors, Dubai World Trade Centre hosts over 500 events annually. In 2015, the venue held 396 trade events and welcomed over 2.74 million visitors.

Lycée Français International de Dubaï or Lycée Français International de l’AFLEC is a French international school in Dubai. It serves levels maternelle until lycée. It is one of five schools operated by the Association Franco-Libanaise pour l’Éducation et la Culture (AFLEC). It opened in 2002. As of 2016 43% of the students are French, 15% are Lebanese, and 42% are of other nationalities.

The Dubai World Trade Centre Residence is a 41-floor tower in the Dubai International Convention Centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Opened in 2008, World Trade Centre Residence is managed by Jumeirah Living. Jumeirah Living offers a mix of one to four bedroom serviced apartments within the residence for short, mid-term and extended stays. The tower has a total structural height of 158 m (518 ft). The building is a five-star residential tower alongside the Dubai World Trade Centre, Dubai's first high-rise building. Construction of the foundation began in August 2005. The building sits on the site of the old World Trade Centre Hotel.
