Falmouth House

Hall's Tavern, also once known as the Falmouth Tavern, and now the Quaker Tavern B&B and Inn, is an historic tavern at 377 Gray Road in Falmouth, Maine. Built about 1800 as a private home, it served for many years of the 19th century as a traveler accommodation, and is one of Falmouth's few surviving buildings of the period. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1978.

WMSJ (89.3 FM; "K-LOVE") is a radio station airing the K-Love contemporary Christian music format, licensed to Freeport, Maine and serving the Portland area. The station is owned by Educational Media Foundation. WMSJ's programming is also heard on a translator in Lawrence, Massachusetts, W260AS (99.9 FM).

The Cumberland Fair is an annual farmers' fair held in Cumberland, Maine, United States, at the Cumberland Fairgrounds. It is put on by the Cumberland Farmers' Club and is usually held the last week in September.

The Winn Road School is a historic school building at the junction of Winn and Range Roads in Cumberland, Maine, United States. Built in 1846, it is one of only two known surviving brick Greek Revival one-room schoolhouses in the state. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1984.

The East Branch Piscataqua River is a 10.2-mile-long (16.4 km) river in Maine. It is a tributary of the Piscataqua River, which flows to the Presumpscot River and ultimately to Casco Bay. The East Branch rises between the towns of Yarmouth and North Yarmouth and flows southwest into Cumberland and eventually Falmouth, where it joins the Piscataqua just upstream from that river's mouth at the Presumpscot River.

The Captain Reuel and Lucy Merrill House is a historic house at 66 Winn Road in Cumberland Center, Maine. Built in 1835, it is a well-preserved example of a connected New England farmstead with Greek Revival style. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1999.

WMPG (90.9 FM) is a community radio station broadcasting from Portland, Maine. It is located on Bedford Street at the University of Southern Maine Portland Campus. It is affiliated with the college, and a mix of USM students and volunteers from the greater Portland community produce all the music and local public affairs programs. It broadcasts 4.5 kilowatts on 90.9 (licensed to Gorham, where the main campus of USM is located).

The Elisha Purington House also known as Pride Farm, is an historic house at 71 Mast Road in Falmouth, Maine. Built in 1761, it is a rare surviving example of Georgian architecture in Maine's rural interior. It was listed on the National Register of Historic Places on February 14, 1985.

The Piscataqua River is an 11.9-mile-long (19.2 km) tributary of the Presumpscot River in the U.S. state of Maine. Via the Presumpscot River, it is part of the watershed of Casco Bay, an arm of the Atlantic Ocean. It rises at the outlet of Forest Lake in the southern corner of the town of Gray, flows briefly northeast, then turns southeast and enters the town of Cumberland. Continuing southwest, it enters Falmouth, turns more south-southeast, and reaches the Presumpscot River just north of the Interstate 495 bridge.

Cumberland County is a county in the U.S. state of Maine. As of the 2020 census, the population was 303,069, making it the most populous county in Maine. Its county seat is Portland. Cumberland County was founded in 1760 from a portion of York County, Province of Massachusetts Bay, and named for William, Duke of Cumberland, a son of King George II. Cumberland County has the deepest and second-largest body of water in the state, Sebago Lake, which supplies tap water to most of the county. The county is the state's economic and industrial center, having the resources of the Port of Portland, the Maine Mall, and having corporate headquarters of major companies such as Fairchild Semiconductor, IDEXX Laboratories, Unum, and TD Bank. Cumberland County is part of the Portland–South Portland, ME Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Highland Lake is a lake in the U.S. state of Maine. Formerly known as Duck Pond, the lake extends from the northern tip of Westbrook through the western edge of Falmouth into east Windham, Maine. The south end of the lake overflows via Mill Brook 4 miles (6.4 km) through Westbrook to the Presumpscot River at Riverton. The shoreline of the lake is heavily developed with residences, seasonal cabins, and a state-owned parking area off Mast Road in Falmouth for the launch of canoes and car-top boats. The deeper northern basin of the lake in Windham has been stocked with brown trout, splake, alewife, and occasionally brook trout and land-locked Atlantic salmon. Highland Lake's shallow southern basin is favorable habitat for white perch and chain pickerel, and has been stocked with largemouth bass.
